Took my MacBook in to have it looked at as the keyboard and trackpad weren’t working. They were able to run some diagnostics, and even though the fix was more money than I was willing to spend on an old laptop, the customer service was great! Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend them!

The nicest people EVER!! I went there today and he fixed the problem with my computer so quickly on the spot. I will be going there any time I have any issues rather than the bigger Apple store.
I stopped in after the Apple store suggested they may be able to fix my issue in a shorter time frame. The associate at the store confirmed my issue and arranged for replacement parts to be sent to my home as I requested. The associate promised my parts would arrive in 3 to 5 business days. The parts and tools needed arrived in less than 24 hours. Great service. I drove over an hour to get to this store and it was well worth it.

Just received our computer back and its running much better. They answered all the questions we had about previos problems and finished the workwithin the timepromised ata reasonable price. Would rate them higher, but we just got it back and well see how everything works. So far Id recommend it.
A great place to have your mac serviced. I have been with this shop for over 10 years and they have never disappointed me. Their prices are reasonable; their service fast; and their ability to work with you impressive. I can give you numerous examples of times that they want above the call of duty. A good place to have your sick mac looked at.

Capitol Macintosh took my ten year Imac put it on the operating table and did a open hard drive transplant surgery, screwed her back together and Im now happy to say the patient recovered and is running like a brand new computer. So nice work Doctors and would recommend computer open hard drive surgery to anyone with a patient in poor health to call one if Capitol Macintoshs surgeons and get patient well again !!!!!! After my MacBook Air crashed and took all important data files with it, Apple wanted $475 and 7-9 days for a repair, no guarantee the files would be recovered. I took it here, and they had files recovered and transferred to a different computer in hours, for $95. I would recommend this store to anyone having computer issues.
They truly are a life saver! The price the Apple Store was offering me was astronomical for a brand new battery, all because of liquid damage. I took it to Capitol Macintosh, and they offered me a price that was less than half of what the Apple Store offered, and they even replaced my keyboard, and cleaned up the liquid damage. I would take my Mac back there in a heartbeat for any other problems it might have. I highly recommend!
They are the best! reliable, knowledgeable, helpful and fast! I took my mac air and they not only fixed the problem with the computer but they also checked out and fixed my i-phone in situ (even though they dont take care of i-phones). Great guys who serve mac users beyond expectations
Very happy that this place exists. The Apple Store was unable to fix the trackpad on my Mac Air (due to it being a 2011). Capital Mac Was able to order the part and fix it promptly for me.

The video card on my MacBook Pro died yesterday afternoon. I brought my laptop into Capitol Macintosh and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 24 hours. Im truly impressed with their speedy, professional, and friendly service and will continue bringing my business to them in the future.
I cant say enough good things about my experience. After my work computer stopped working, I was denied a business associate contract with multiple other big name repair places. Capitol Macintosh was willing to sign a contract to address HIPAA protected information. I am more than satisfied with the work and price. I cant say enough about the interaction I had. I would highly recommend others, especially small business owners, or those with HIPAA or highly sensitive information. Despite negative feedback, I found the owner and employee present as both polite, respective, and responsive to my concerns. I found the price to be reasonable.
Capitol Macintosh has excellent customer service, and superb repair and diagnostic skills. I have brought them my MacBook Pro for over 5 years and have had only good experiences with their team. I am a medical student and typically need my computer back within a day or two, and they have yet to disappoint, even when the Logic Board crashed. I have nothing but good things to say about Capitol Mac. Highly recommended.

They charge almost $100 for just diagnosis when you can get it free from somewhere else. Go to MacMen technology in East Lansing, they have much better service.

I have been a client of Capitol Macintosh/Eubulus since their origins in the late 80s. They have serviced my personal machines and those of the school district in which I served as Technology Coordinator. They have ALWAYS provided the highest level of professional service. My most recent adventure involved the replacement of a main logic board on my iMac. Dropped the machine off for service on Monday, part received and installed on Tuesday, machine picked up on Wednesday. Working flawlessly. Over two decades of service, NO disappointments.

Apple Store was extremely busy with no appointments, so they recommended taking my MacBook with a backlight problem here. Extremely friendly, great quality care. The part they ordered didnt fix the problem so they sent it off to Apple immediately and got the problem fixed. They kept me updated the whole process. Would recommend.

Capitol Macintosh was able to recover my files off my 2007 Mac Book. i later learned this is a service the apple store would not provide. i had a great experience with them.
I read the reviews but went anyways, my mistake. The trackpad on my 13 Macbook pro wasnt accurately registering clicks, so I took it to them and told them exactly what was wrong with it. Im a student and I NEED my computer (Im a computer science student). 5 business days later I called them and asked if it was done yet. They said they couldnt replicate my problem. 5 days! So I came in and showed them the issue in 15 seconds, and they agreed it was broken. They finally ended up shipping it to Apple to have them fix it. Unfortunately despite me telling them multiple times that I had research that was important to me on the hard drive and I did not want it reformatted, they didnt pass this information on to Apple, so I was returned (two and half weeks later) a working but completely erased laptop. I will be driving to the Grand Rapids Apple Store next time I have any warranty issues.Oh, and as alluded to in the other reviews, their customer service skills (except one guy) are lacking as well.
Capitol Macintosh has a virtual monopoly over Mac repair in Lansing. I have used them twice. The first time was for a cosmetic defect that shipped with the Mac. They ordered the part, called me when it was in, and had it repaired within one day. I was extremely pleased.Later, the LEDs went out on the same part that had been replaced for a cosmetic defect, the new LED LCD that shipped with the Macbook Pro. This left a large spot on the screen that was difficult to ignore, and which was clearly the result of a design defect. I brought the computer in, showed them my AppleCare information, and the said that they would call me when the part came in. I received a call 4 days later. I was at work at the time, and the voicemail stated that they had called several times and that because I had failed to call them back they would have to ship the part back to Apple.The funny thing is, they only called once. I pulled the phone records to make sure, and I saw that I had an incoming call from their shop on a single occasion. Since I am a full time law student and a law clerk, I asked my wife to call them to explain the problem and ask them to reorder the part.She called the next business day after receiving the voicemail. She explained the situation, explained that they had only called once, and was subsequently treated terribly. They accused her of causing them a penalty because they had extended the favor of not requiring the computer to sit in the shop overnight. Apple, they claimed, charged them a penalty because they are only allowed to hold the part for a period of time.My wife calmly and rationally explained to them that the only notification that we received that the part was in stock was on a Friday, that I had been at work on that day, and that they were closed by the time either of us had gotten home (after 5pm). The service representative was extremely rude and acted in an irrational way. He stated that he had called several times, despite the fact that we had clear proof that he hadnt called at all.In total, it was a silly reason for a locally owed business to get defensive or irrational. I thought that they were a really good repair shop based on my previous experience, but now I know that I can never use them again. To do so would be to reward their rude and unprofessional behavior. If they would have just shrugged it off as a miscommunication problem, it would have been different (and reasonable). With that said, I would recommend that you do not patronize their business. It just isnt worth the hassle. Hopefully with the increase in Mac sales, a new repair shop will step in and fill the void. Until that time, I will drive to the Detroit area or to Grand Rapids to get my Mac repaired, as sad and annoyed as that makes me.
Couldnt ask for a better experience. Needed a key replaced and the only thing Apple could do was charge $298 and 5 weeks for a new keyboard on a 5 year old laptop. Capitol Macintosh took care of it with parts on site in less than 10 minutes. My go to for anything I need .
