Very helpful staff and a good selection of tech such as external hard drives and computer accessories. The rewards program is a must for anyone, including business owners.

Not much to like here anymore. No great deals, mediocre assistance, and the worst rewards system I have ever experienced (and it appears to not have changed in a decade).

Friendly staff and decent prices

Had an awesome experience shopping for a new printer today! The gentleman helping me was awesome! He helped me get exactly what I needed without overspending, and even had me pull around so he could put it in the car for me since it was so heavy! Great store!

I can not just review the online portion of this company, so I will have to do it with this location. Their prices are okay, but every item seems to either be out of stock or arrive late; Which is hugely frustrating. I get different answers from different online employees. I made purchases based on the delivery date, and they can not hold their end of the deal. I am told that I have to wait weeks to get this figured out.

Upon walking in the store, not one employee passed me without assisting to help. Now thats what I call great service!I needed service from printing dept, and Ashley was perfect! She suggested everything I needed, and performed the job 100% perfect! Ill definitely visit this store when I need anything they offer. 👍😁

Im super late on doing this but had to because the service was exceptional! I did my order online by the way was a nightmare. For some reason my c.c was not going through. The 800 operators were no help! I went to the store because I needed my items printed that day. The employee at the printing counter welcomed me with a smile and remained smiling even though my order was all messed up from doing it online. Ashley Keyton took care of me like it was her place of business! In fact every customer she serviced while I was waiting she was GREAT! You dont get service like this anymore. Most people seem irritated even when you are spending money because they dont really wanna work! She went above and beyond for every customer that she came in contact with! Sorry this is so late and thank you so much for your help that day!

There’s a lot of good people that work there but one manager Maria is absolutely toxic and is exceptionally rude to fellow workers. I saw her going off for no reason on some guy for putting in a shelf backwards she needs help.

The worst customer service ever I will never be coming back I just called and asked a question and he laughed cause I didn’t know what the guy told me was I’m very disappointed

AMAZING Customer Service!! I had no idea how to hook up my Mac laptop to a monitor and they went above and beyond to find the right cords and make sure it had an HDMI (opened box to see if one was there and it wasn’t so I got one for $5). Also made sure I could use my rewards points etc. All involved were very helpful, friendly, and fast. Thanks!!

Very helpful staff! I went in to purchase an Otter box case since they were on sale for $10. The man who helped me today (I believe his name may have been Alec or Alex..wish I would have gotten his name) brought numerous selections for me to choose from and even let me try the case on my phone before I purchased it. They ALWAYS have great deals going on! And their staff is ALWAYS helpful and kind! Very pleased with Office Max.

Managers will keep you waiting they do not care about your time Office Max and Office depot are slowly going down the drain

I go here occasionally to look at different supplies and even furniture. The prices are high and I usually only buy stuff on clearance or good sale. Some staff are helpful others know much less than me (even about where stuff is located in the store).

Went looking for an office chair. They had a lot of chairs scattered around the store. A lot of them were not labeled with the sale prices offered online. Their 2020 East Grand River Ave store, on the other hand, had a great selection of office chairs neatly displayed in one area and all of them had their sale prices properly labeled. I ended up buying from the Grand River Ave store.

Small store that never seems to get busy. Good deals on office supplies. They have nice printers for scanning/copying/printing.

Had shredding done today... Very friendly people there. Also looked around at WiFi printers. Less than a hundred bucks and thats awesome! Love this place.

I received great customer service today! The staff was very helpful and answered all my blonde questions.

Horrible retail experience with Abe. He was asked to assist me, but that was only after waiting on two other guests before assisting me. He was rude, condescending, and does not know how to handle his words in front of customers. I honestly have no idea why he is there. Val on the other hand, she is awesome, was willing to assist when Abe became a dip sh#@. If you see Abe, walk away and ask for someone else.

Needed a new printer, didnt want to spend alot of money, worker we had help us years ago came to are rescue and gave us info we needed to know which we should. Bought it came home, set it up and it works miraculously.Thankyou Office Max

Shipping options on Sunday is nice. Staff are hot or miss. Sometimes I am in and out other times the service is terrible. Selection is pretty much what would be expected.

Well u go into this store to order some business cards they say they are supposed to be there the same day I ordered them june 30 and today is the 13 of june their business is not worth anything they dont know how to run it and when u call and ask about the card the woman tells me she dont know where they are now tell me what kind of business if that after u have already paid for them and u are depending on them to be there the next day now this is holding up my business I feel like if u are going to run a business and u are going to have a motto deliver on what u say and run that business the right way by the way this is angelias cleaning crew thank u for listening and if u are trying to get something done right do not go through this company.

Service was okay but price on everything is a lot higher even when I just bought paper and had to go to Target right down the Plaza Inn the same paper was almost a dollar cheaper. That is Target everyday low price compared to the sale at OfficeMax.
