Cashier was very polite and friendly

Love the service I receive here! The staff are all super friendly, the store is always clean, and they even know my special orders when I come in!!

My husband works in Lansing and has bragged about the fried chicken here for years. I finally had the opportunity to try it so figured I would take it home for dinner. I tried ordering (from the posted menu) a bucket of chicken. The guy behind the counter was obviously tired and very rude and hateful from the get go. He said, You want strips? I said, No, I want the 12 piece bucket. He said, We dont have that. I remarked, It is on your menu, and he rudely replied, Theres a lot of stuff on that menu we aint got! I told him Id go somewhere else with nicer customer service and Id be calling to talk to the manager. He replied, Tell him my name is Trey. I know its just a convenience store, but wow, what a jerk. I wont be back.

I always stop in for their spicy chicken strips, but this last time, the girl working when I asked if I could get some made said “too bad were closed” at 430 but the sign said 6. Thanks for depriving me of my craving.

I love their hot food even though it is pricey it is worth it.
