This is a great store, Dante’ helped me out and had and answer for all my questions! And when he didn’t already have the answer he was very diligent about seeking out the information for me! Very helpful

I had to wait even though there were computers open. Why isnt there a kiosk in there to pay your bill? It is almost easier to drive across town to pay your bill there. They also dont or wont give change when you pay in cash. Please put in a kiosk so we can self pay.

The staff at the store are friendly and useful. Thanks! However, we cancelled our service in advance and the company did not cancel our service despite multiple assurances that the cancellation went through. In the end, we were billed for an extra 2 weeks of service. This is theft.Edit: Its been two weeks and our bill still hasnt been fixed. Currently my partner is wasting her time trying to find an agent who can help. This is theft of money and time. Dont subscribe to Comcast.Edit2: They are claiming we called to get reconnected. This never happened. Every time weve called it is a different story. They have included incorrect information in their notes about our calls. It is sloppy at best. Dont subscribe to Comcast.

This is the worst company on the planet. They keep stealing my money over a service I dropped in March. They will steal your money. They have no customer service. The workers are incompetent and liars. Do not get their phone service.

The girls were very professional, worked with me on getting all my information switch from my Android to my new iPhone! Took some time but we got everything transferred over they were very professional and very personal at the same time. The store look great had no problem very pleased with the service.

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We had problems getting our transfer pin from our old carrier. Yet they were patient as they walked us thru the steps. They even took the time to make sure the phone was completely working before we left the store.

I have had a terrible experience with this store as well as for Xfinity in general!!! I paid over $500 in a week and they were all giving me a run around and no one was able to help me. Very sad for a place of business

My internet literally goes out every day. Bill is always paid but what am I paying for? Every single day Im without internet which means Im without tv. When I do have internet its nowhere near the speed I pay for. I need my money back and Im switching internet providers.

After three years of being a customer they still bump up my plan to almost twice its cost when the contract is over without warning or telling me, and I try to sign up for the lower cost deal afterward but they still charge the higher amount for the first month before the new price kicks in. This seems like it should be illegal to just charge people any amount until they complain.

We have had internet for 18 days and its already shut off they tried to double bill my credit card for 2 months and my credit card company is on the lookout for fraudulent charges and they saved me my bill should only be 54 dollars and their trying to charge me 128 what a bunch of crooks
