Luckily I got there before the people started pouring in, they have always been helpful and helped me with any issues and helped me get setup.

Thee best T Mobil in MI. I was in yesterday to but a new Phone. Shawn, was beyond helpful. Sold me a Galaxy A32 5 G phone and smart watch for a super deal. He worked with me sitting up so much, ( as I am not savy with tech.) Left there a very happy lady.His co worker ( I think his name is Ruben) helped others, and each customer came in, was promptly greeted, and left very satisfied.Kudos to Tmobil

I have had a few good and some bad experiences here however tonight was the best. I took a chance got a new phone that had lots of changes, I couldnt get it to pair with my car. The day before when I had been in the kid working said huh thats weird, that conversation didnt go far🙄 I went in tonight convinced I was turning it in and the guy came out to my car and 5 minutes later he had it working. I wish I had caught his name. Again THANK YOU☺️

Its no nice having this store open so I dont have to go all the way across town, and Laura was so helpful and friendly! I came in with a problem that I went to 2 different stores trying to figure out, and she did more for me in 10 minutes than the other people had in hours. Strongly recommend.

Worst tmobile store location. When Victor was there it was good. Since he left its gone down hill. Always rude people. If you want great customer service go to the Frandor location and talk to Chelsea.

The service was great as long as you get with certain personal in the place. They will do anything to send you home with a smile. I had bad experience with a new hire but I just try my best to avoid him and go to the rest of the crew.

This store is great very helpful and friendly, never will I go back to the new Okemos location, horrible and non friendly staff I walked in never was greeted and until 7 minutes later, after that I left, they only had one customer in the store and 1 employee, The t mobile store on south cedar has excellent customer service, thank you t mobile and Shaun you were awesome see you soon and will send in a lot of my family and friends

Calmer store in good location and dont have to wait in line as long as you have to at the other stores.

Went in here this week to set up services, and ended up walking out. the gentleman i spoke to was named mike (bigger gentleman), and his demeanor was very unprofessional. he seemed more concerned about the outfit i was wearing, and inappropriately checking me out. aside from all that, he just had a very distant and uncaring personality. i decided to leave this location, and visit the corporate store in the mall. i found out this was not a corporate store, which might explain the lack of caring for the customers. 1 star, and would NOT recommend this location. the only positive part of the day, was getting my iphone 7 and finally getting rid of my dumb phone.

The workers at this store will scam you. They tell you that your phone wont work on their network so they can sell you a phone. They also added international calling on my plan without informing me so that my bill would be charged $40 more.

Granted...I do not have great credit,however when I came in to check on what they had to offer I was told u could get this and that for under 100...after talking with my husband and going to the bank...I decided ok lets do it ...I upon credit check they wanted 450 per line deposit ..the part that upsets me...is that the person who I spoke with earlier NEVER mentioned that there was a possibility that a deposit of this much would be needed...had helped me pick out phones and everything...waste of my and your time

Said they were open until five I even called and checked got there and it was closed.

They will get over on you if they can. Go to a corporate store.
