I LOVE THIS METROI walk in and am greeted with big smiles and friendly welcomes. My expectations are always met and I will never go to another metro again. Lindsay is phenomenal and always takes the time to listen and help with whatever your needs may be. I only seen mike one time and he was great to! Love this spot!

This dude should be banished from the MetroPCS world! Continued to talk on the phone, would roll his eyes when I asked questions, continued with his phone conversation (in his native language, apparently). I asked about adding memory he said Sim card $20.00. My bad, I let him sell me the card for twice its value. Stay away from this dealer, shoddy customer service. The other dealers are so much better.

Will never shop there again. I went in to buy a temporary phone since i shattered my screen on my zte max pro, i asked to see his used phones and he immediately tries to sell me a new one, i tell him i want a used phone because im not looking to spend much, he keeps trying to sell me other phones and finally i was like fine! 60 dollars for this white lg out the box. He hands me just the phone, no box no receipt and says your all set. Confused, i left with the phone (oh and he tried to buy my old phone for 15 dollars 😓) less than 30 minutes later i come back, completely unsatisfied with my purchase and he tells me no exchanges or returns. But i havent had this phone for 30 minutes? I have no recepit or box, he gives me the box and recepit and is completely uncooperative with me, telling me its too bad. I call corporate and they tell me he without my knowledge charged me for an upgrade (which i used a month ago) making it so i couldnt return the phone and his sale was final. I have gone through many phones with metro i know this is not the procedure unless i actually wanted to upgrade. So i go back in and tell him he knows hes wrong for selling me this phone that you give away for free and sell for 39 and selling it to me for 60. He now calls the police on me saying i refuse to leave. He was inconsiderate and selfish in his sale. I will never advise anyone to shop there.
