Great customer service. Walked in didn’t feel pressured like at other store’s with a pushy salesman in my face the whole time. Explained what I needed and sales staff worked with me and got everything I was looking for. I left a very happy customer with a great deal. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

I came in on Saturday, April 10th, with my wife and daughter. Another couple came in a minute after us. We sat on beds, talked, sat on more beds and talked to eachother about the mattresses for 10 minutes. No employee came out onto the sales floor the entire time. We left without talking to anyone or having any questions answered. Where was an employee for the 10 minutes that we were in there? Moved on to another mattress storesEdit: You asked which store, but its clearly at the top of this review. Also, Did you not read my review where I said nobody even came out into the showroom of the store for 10 minutes with multiple customers in the store? No employee greeted us for 10 minutes....so your reply to me customers like to be left alone is silly. We had plenty of questions and it appeared that there was no employee at the store when we were there

Customer service was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Not pushy. Only thing is way to expensive.I would like to add that when my mattress and box spring was delivered by the two delivery guys they did an awesome job and they were very friendly, helpful. Keep up the good work guys. I will definitely pass on the word to go to Mattress Source because they will not be disappointed.

I bought a queen size and twin size mattress here a couple of years ago. I didnt need box springs as our beds are on platforms. No pressure at all from the salesman. I loved that the mattresses are made here in Lansing.

The owner/salesman was very knowledgeable without being pushy or in our faces. He gave us space to try out the mattresses and discuss things but available to answer questions. Mattress Source was our first stop. We checked all the competitors out and ultimately came back to them. We love that the store as well as the mattresses are locally owned and made. Free delivery and mattress removal were added perks.

Not sure what people are complaining about with bad reviews! This store and the staff are very friendly. I have bought several beds from this store along with many family members. The prices, comfort, and quality is much better than the other stores(name brands)

We were excited to purchase a new bed and had been recommended to this store, and my family had purchased beds/mattresses from here since I could remember. There was absolutely no accountability or care by the store for selling us an adjustable base that arrived defective, was presented by the sales person as something it was not, etc. The difference between what was said in the purchasing process, and how much they pretended to care, versus once they had our money was vastly different. This is not the place it used to be, and as a business owner, I was appalled at their customer service and business ethic. Now we are stuck with a piece of an expensive piece of junk, the headache of constantly having to call for parts and fix as well (sometimes at our cost), topped with a mattress that was not as presented. Save yourself many headaches, and find another dealer of Capital Bedding, or something different altogether.
