Sheryl was prompt to help us out as soon as we stumbled into the store with 3 open Amazon returns, a list of Comcast devices, and an entire stack of questions. She patiently helped us make sense of the confusing Amazon requirements, deftly sorted out our device returns, and even got all our questions sorted out. As a bonus, she even showed us the canvas and metal printing facilities that we are now considering for our own projects and small businesses. I did not expect to have such a pleasant, positive, and friendly experience and look forward to our next trip.

Every time I go into this store, the ladies there are awesome. They are professional, funny, kind, helpful and just simply seem to go out of their way to provide good service to their customers. They are always smiling, always enjoying their work and have made each of my experiences in the past year absolutely wonderful. I give them five stars and always look forward to being serviced by them when I need it.
Always have had great service at this store. However UPS has done nothing to keep us safe during the pandemic. There were no lines to separate people by distance, no partitions on the counters, and neither employee was wearing a mask. When I told the employee that I would appreciate it if she would wear a mask, she told me that she couldn’t, that they were supposed to, and pointed to where her mask was stored. These employees were both young and seemingly healthy. If they cannot wear masks perhaps this is not the job for them.
They charged me $3.08 just to print a label. (“For using the computer and print the label “” they said) plus $5 to tape it.. poor service and rude ladies..
Wanted to give a shout-out to Sheryl. She did a tremendous job helping my wife and me ship a small cabinet to a family member in California. She figured out a way to ship it in a smaller box (saving us a lot of money), helped us bubble wrap some items we placed in the chest, and otherwise went out of her way to provide good customer service. Next time we need to ship something “somewhere on earth” (inside joke), we know where to go. Thanks Sheryl!
I was so happy and proud to get exactly what I needed for a retirement card. The customer service lady, by the name of Sheryl, knew what exactly what picture to place on the card and designed the card. Im going back to have the card laminated. I went at 9am right when they open. I had to send an overnight letter it cost me $44.39 just for a letter! They do the job you ask, but for a crazy high price. I had to use my credit card bc wasnt expecting to pay $44.39 like she quoted me. qq

Great and very quick service in returning several Amazon items. This experience was so much quicker and easier than returning items at Kohls. Will definitely use them again for this, shipping and any printing needs.

I have relied on the staff at this UPS store for almost five years to print and collate the workbooks I use in my training classes. They always do a phenomenal job. Even when my deadlines are tight, they come through for me. Ashley Gould, store manager, sets the tone with her courteous, friendly manner. Absolutely worst experience of any UPS Store I have dealt with (more than 15 used before). Totally unreliable!! Promised to go pick up for me some urgent items, then increased their quote at the last minute and later at the last second cancelled on me (after I gave them my credit card details!) for a unbelievable excuse! Absolutely shocked!! Almost lost $3200 because of them!! And also very unpleasant person who answers the phone... Never had anything like this!!
Ive had the pleasure of having Amanda assist me with 3 not so easy Amazon returns as well as 2 shipments. Her kindness, knowlage and patience is well appreciated and why i only use store 1197. Other UPS store clerks shoud take notice on Amandas professionalism.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I came into the store to mail a motorcycle jacket to California. As it turned out, the box I was using would have cost me a fortune to ship. Sheryl, the UPS customer service representative that helped me, offered up a few suggestions to save me some money. Not only did she do that, but she also got the jacket in a much better suited box and really did save me money!!!Some people may say she was just doing her job, but to me, she went above and beyond which was more than appreciated. I will for sure go back to this store when I need to ship UPS. Thanks Sheryl!!
Ashley and her team are extremely helpful. I had event flyers I needed printed not only were they so patient with me and took the time explain sizes etc. They did an exceptional job. It was fast, well done and they let me know when it was done. Everytime I walk into the store they are busy but once you get to counter they are so helpful. Ill take patience for great customer service anyday! Thanks UPS Ill def be back.

I visited this store to ship a overnight package with return labels. I had to cancel my one unused label within a week and they denied refund for the cancellation of the label. I spoke to UPS customer service directly and they told me that refund is possible in my case. This store simply denied the refund.I will never visit this store again...
I had to drive to this location three times to get my package. The first two times, I was denied access to it by a woman named sheryl. She seemed distant and rude, and the tone in her voice was very insulting. I had the email with tracking number, and my ID showing proof that I reside at the address for the delivery and she refused to give it to me both times. The second time she said I needed to get my wife to pick up the package. So... I went, and got my pregnant wife all the way from our house to this location. My wife was able to get it, but not before sheryl told her that your husband needs to work on his people skills. I am not the one in customer service, and I was polite until she started being rude to me. I wasted my time and money doing this, and I am very insulted. I would not recommend this store to anyone. In fact, I would recommend that UPS fires her because she does not know how to do her job. I am very upset and insulted, and I will be calling corporate on Monday.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive had at a UPS store. Both of the ladies at the front were the rudest people Ive met in Michigan since I moved here two months ago.I was trying to pick up a cell phone case I ordered off amazon, but i currently do not have a state drivers license as it is still in the mail ( takes 2-3 weeks). I showed up with my state employee ID which I used two days ago to pick up my new iphone from a different UPS store.When I presented it to them after asking for my package they told me they couldnt give me the package because my ID (that says State of Michigan on it) was not a government issued ID. I then showed them the receipts I received from amazon for the item and the tracking number I had been using, along with the slip of paper that was left at my door when they had tried to deliver it to my address.They were both still hell bent on not giving me the package because I didnt have a government issued ID, and told me if i received my iphone 2 days ago with my employee ID, then that was a mistake.At this point I called UPS customer service. I explained what was going on and they informed me that it was enough information to get my package. I let the customer service rep talk to the lady behind the counter. Eventually after I hung up the phone the lady behind the counter said, Were a private location so we dont have to follow what they said. So even then she wouldnt give me the package. I called amazon, cancelled the order, and left.This is was a ridiculous experience and I hope I never have to go to this UPS location again or deal with the folks at this store ever again. Avoid this location like the plague and go to the location on Saginaw or the main customer service location on Enterprise.IF your package does get sent to this location dont worry, It will be so safe inside this building even you wont be able to pick it up!
The employees were not friendly at all, when I visited there was a short girl instead of greeting she was just staring at me they don’t know how to smile at all.
I have used this store several times in the past and they have always been extremely friendly and helpful. They provide great service, have what you need and will help you in any way they can. I always take my UPS packages to this store.

I’m a law student and am solely in Michigan for that reason. A friend from home sent a package for me and I got a note on our security door of the apartment cause no one was home to receive it. I went to pick it up and she asked my name ect and then asked to see ID. Once they saw my ID was out of state it became a ridiculously complicated issue and they REFUSED to give me MY package to MY name. I asked if my friend could call to confirm it’s to me along with the tracking number and such. They said NO!! So my friend paid shipping for this package just to be sent back to him?! Hopefully customer service refunds him for wasting HIS and MY time.

I was happy with the office on MLK, but unhappy with my television that was shipped to my son. Clearly those who handles the package can see that the large screen television was in its original box and had not been open. When my son received his gift it had a large slit in the front of the box. He called me to tell me that the television had a crack and someone had taped the box where it had been slit. Common sense will tell someone to handle the package with care. I feel thatUPS was unprofessional to the service of my package. Next time I will have FED EX to send my precious cargo instead of UPS.
