They take forget just to attend to you. Theres really only 2 guys from the 4 whose names are on the doors. Javier Martinez and Pete Amezcua are the only ones who are running around tending to everybody. Took about 20 minutes before I finally stopped Javier to ask for his assistance.

The parts department staff were very helpful in ordering the part I needed for a 1996 chevy 1500.

The worse experience ever went in for a 9 am OIL CHANGE Appointment got out at almost 12:00 noon had also asked for a complimentary carwash and I went and asked Rudy about it he claimed it was in the carwash when I had already seen it in the parking lot parked for how long have no idea so I just left
