Got my trucks headache racks made and installed here. I chose the ones with lights, its worth the upgrade. Quality and workmanship is great.Staff really needs to work on their time estimates and communication with customers. There were delays, which is fine, but I was never informed I had to be calling and finding out about the delays. After the racks, I bought a special order accessory. Paid for it and waited the time they told me to. When I called to pick it up they didnt know what to tell me, it just wasnt there. I had to go in person to find out that they never ordered my part and their supplier did not have it available. So I had to get my money back.I gave 5 star because they did an awesome job on the headache racks. If It wasnt for the racks I would have given it a 1 star because they charged me and never ordered my special order accessory.

I spent a lot of money here and am very unhappy. I had a problem with one of my parts because of their horrible install, two bolts of three were missing. they said they must not have been tight? obviously, luckily the part was warrantied but they wanted to charge me to replace the parts and fix it. I told them no, i had a problem because of their crappy install, why would i pay them to do it again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JR MARTINEZ. Spend your money somewhere else.

Not in exact place where the navigation takes you! Its to the far side of the santafe market near the fence( far side of where the rent a center is.) Behind the building following the gravle dirt road.

They took forever to change my motor for an used one in good condition. The motor I got started to link oil from everywhere.
