Love the service Sears proves, went in because my check engine light was on my car and everywhere I called they wanted to charge me over $100 dollars, just to check it, ridicilous to say the least!! Called Sears and the Manager Josue offered to do a courtesy snapshot which included checking my engine light for FREE!!! 👍👍 Needless to say it was just my gas cap been loose which cost nothing to fix. Keep up the great service and you earned my business from now on.

I just got to say that the new manager from the autocenter is super nice and so helpful. Answered all my questions even though some questions did not have to do with my van 😄😄. Prices are a bit higher but with customer service like that its worth the expense in the end!!!!!

My car had a problem with it pulling to the left and no one could fix it. Took it Sears and they fixed the problem with an alignment. No hassle, fast and extremely friendly service. Totally would recommend them if you have same problem.

The staff is AMAZING. I was turned away by two shops because they were closing in 2 hours... Ramone took my vehicle even though they were closing in one hour. The lug ended up needing to be replaced and they stayed open late so that I wouldnt be stranded. I had no options for travel or a place to stay so they made it work. Cant thank these guys and Ramone enough!

Dont go here they messed up my car and are afraid to admit it highly recommend this place gets new employees and management.Took almost 4 hours just to install new tires on my car so nooooo....

Fast and friendly service a reliable auto center.

Horrible. I had a Groupon and they would not take me in for an oil change because you were supposed to schedule an appointment online. However we called way ahead of time and asked and they did not tell us this information. I told needed it by today and they couldnt help me put at all!

Excellente service on the part of the boys of the automotive cento. I left the Mall and found the flat tire of my car and no one to help me. I went to Sears Auto Center and they helped me replace the flat tire with the spare tire without any cost. Super concenta because they helped me without thinking twice. THANK YOU!!!!! 💓💓
