They are so in responsible they never had my dress ready for my day, they even closed the store and did not let the costumers know about it, I had so much problems with them,and I guess because I pay my dress in advance well thats what I get for been responsable, never do that or don’t even go buy there 😠

I just loved this place. First, customer service is top and I was able to find the most of the dresses I have seen online. Alterations were made for free and they have a broad variety of couture brands and variety of sizes as well. Definitely coming back to this place.

(3/11/14) 11 months ago we went to this amazing store and now that am getting marry we went to get my WEDDING DRESS. They respected my budget and they even gave me some accessories with my dress :D I LOVE IT. they respected my budget and once again Marcos help me get my dress which Im in love with.

This dress boutique sucks... I wanted to cancel a dress and if they could give my money back and they didn’t want to return my money.. I had spoke with a lady and she said there is not return on money even if you cancel a dress so if you payed 100$ of your dress and for some reason you want to cancel it they won’t give you your money back.. that is just robbery.. she told me that every dress boutique has that policy.. mind you, I am new to the whole dress boutique I have never boughten a dress from a store like this.. when I went to go chose a dress she NEVER! Told me about return policies.. in my receipt is says no cambios.. I actually had called not too long ago and I wanted to cancel my dress I originally had gotten to a prettier one.. the one I first I got was 300$ the second one I got was 1,200 they could break that exchange policy but they couldn’t give me my money back.. so please ladies if your for sure going to buy a dress from here just make sure you won’t cancel it.. because they will not give you your money back.. I will never be returning to this store or recommend it to my family and friends.. disappointed and these people are robbers!

Rude service and bad done job. If you can avoid it please do so. I graduated class of 2008. Asked for an specific dress which they said would take about three weeks, so I ordered it and paid for it in advance. A month passed by and they didt have my dress. Then just a week before prom they gave me a dress that looked like the one I asked for, but wasnt that one. Bad done dress, bad seam, threads everywhere, just terrible!!! They needed to adjust it which took even more days. What is worst they put a tag with the name of the brand from where supposedly was the dress from. Just the day before prom I got my dress, worst thing ever. I couldnt have done anything anymore, it was too late to look for something else. And lets not talk about how rude they are. As other girls where trying on dresses with their moms (you know how moms are, they ask a million questions) This salesperson talking in the worst ways about the moms. I just cant imagine what they say about every single customer. I could even show you pictures of the dress I asked for, and the one I got. Its a shame!!!! If you have had a good service with them, you have to be really lucky and thankful.

Was looking for a dress for my moms wedding didnt want to go there because it had bad reviews expecting the worse we ended up there and have the best service ever they were so friendly and helpful dont believe these bad reviews!!!!

NEVER go to Di France in Laredo for dama dresses.. the skirts that were handmade are falling apart before they even wore them not worth the $160.00 I had to pay. We were ripped off!

Do not buy is a fraud, This business is a mockery, the worst is the way the owner behaves it seems that they are doing you a favor for a dress of $ 500.00 Dlls. This store is the worst along with its owner, do not go to buy this place if not who leave disappointed and always with lies and abuse. It is a robbery and the worst people. As you realized in a previous post that I did that my daughter looked bad with her prom dresses, well I gave the store where I was going to buy these dresses a lot of time to call me lost to tell myself daughter with the poor service this store had but until this hour nothing at all. I am very sorry for the bad reputation this store has but I believe that what my daughter and I went through will not come back. If they gave me the money back but what was it to get a dress to last that was the worst. The owner of Di France bridal couture was not to see how bad the skirt and dress were made or the measurements were ready, it was wrong, also the people who attended me the first time were the same, poor lady that day, She apologized every so often to us, the owner spoke to him on the phone and he assured me that everything would be fine but it was not. He was very angry when I asked him for the money and he even hung up on me. Marcus I dont want to do more business with you either !! Now you know Di France Bridal Couture is not a good store and neither is its owner. Think twice before going. Marcus, a single call to apologize was the only thing he wanted, but that doesnt matter to you and neither does his clientele.

Bad service from both the owner and his employee.Installations in disrepair, do not even turn on the air conditioning on the second floor where the wedding dresses are.They said that they had David Tutera dresses and when looking on their official website Di France does not appear in the list of stores that have those dresses, apart from that, I did not know that David Tutera dresses were made in China, because the label of the famous dress clearly said Made in China ... They wanted a 100 dlls deposit to let me try it on. THE WORST experience they can give a future girlfriend.
