This place literally was a bad experience. Since they took my measurements bad customer service. The measurements from the tuxedo they gave me were the wrong sizes. The white shirt was dirty from the collar and it was different style from the other groomsmen. Went to return it after the event and I told them everything that was wrong and they said they gave me the right sizes. They charge for a service that is not even worth it.

Stay away. They’ll ruin any positive experiences you’re supposed to have. All sizes were wrong except my jacket. When I complained, they said they’d refund me and once my tux was turned in they claimed I wore my tux and wouldn’t refund me. There was plenty trouble and I believe anybody wanting to deal with them should just stay away and not hassle with them.

Id just like to say it plain and simple, yall suck! I was a witness with my step mom, karla pruneda, as well as my dad and the tux did not fit the groomsmen at all. My dads tux wasnt even the right colors, my little brothers tux didnt even fit him, it looked like it shrunk. The service was quite awful. The best man decided to not take his tux and go somewhere else so he wanted to give his store credit to another groomsmen and the manager decides to make up a $35 cancellation fee! If any of yall are looking for a good, professional tuxedo place, DO NOT go to international tuxedo rental. The best one in Laredo is Pichardos, they are the definition of professionalism. That same day before the wedding my dad went to Pichardos asking for a miracle, and it was answered. In less than 30 min all the measurements were done, we came back in less than two hours to pick up the suit that SAME DAY and my dad looked AMAZING! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY AT INTERNATIONAL TUXEDO RENTAL! YOULL REGRET IT!

I would not recommend this location. My step sons measurements were taken twice and still wrong when we came to pick up his suit. My husbands tuxedo looked faded and worn out. The white shirt was over sized but right size for sleeves or short sleeves and big size those were the options. Day before the wedding we went elsewhere to find him a tuxedo.I saw your reply, and I would like say that you could not be more wrong. The groom was even more embarrassed than I was for having picked this location begin with. The bridal party was not happy either. Each had a complaint. I dont appreciate your lies about me or the groom. If it were true, the best man wouldnt have gone elsewhere like he did for his tuxedo as well.At the end of the day, you may have 40 years of experience but all it takes is one experience like ours to know that you dont know what youre doing and are unprofessional.There are other unhappy reviews. I dont believe those people were lying about their experiences as well.

It’s not worth spending your money! Most of the groomsmen has wrong sizes and colors!

What unprofessional workers here all the wedding tuxedos were all the wrong sizes my nieces went to turned them in and they started yelling at my niece I never will come back again

My cousin rented a suit and he really liked how it fits

The owner is very rude to start. He yells at his employees in front of the customers, thats in very bad taste. He likes to discuss with clients even if one has in his hands the receipt and evidence of what one asked for. Very bad experience, in my husbands suit his pants were only raised on the side by one side and more ragged than my husband asked for, and the other side was long without grabbing his cane. The vest gave my husband a bigger size when she assured me she was my husbands size. I grabbed the vest but it still looked super large. After he had given me a price for all the costumes we ordered, he wanted to charge us extra the day we picked them up. It was stressful to go to this place.
