Their framing section is a joke. All I wanted was a mat for a frame cut. The mat was there for two weeks. I went in twice in that time and each time they told me it would be done that day and they would call me! Never happened. After two weeks, my husband finally had to go in and stand there while they did it. Literally just to cut a mat. I would go somewhere else for your framing needs.

Im not intrigued with this store. Same stuff without enough changes in inventory to have my experience there differ in a years span. But if you are the kind of person who likes to take on crafty projects, definitely the place for you. Theres a lot of the same. Also, prices are not competitive.

Staff not customer friendly, I asked for assistance and both times staff acted like if I was bothering them, even my 12 yr daughter noticed them and she said how rude!!

Hobby Lobby is my favorite place to shop. Its always clean, orderly and everyone is friendly and helpful. I always find something on sale or even on clearance and for a regular priced item, I use the 40% off coupon. Every time I go I get inspired to create something. The music isnt bad either.

Their products remain the same except for seasonal. Service in fabrics is good. However, you can find some workers to help. They do need a few more lanes open when there are more customers. Otherwise, store is better and cheaper than similar stores and also more spacious. The service is friendly and store well-designed.

Hobby Lobby has the best craft items. You can find everything you need and then some. From childrens science projects supplies to crochet needles and yarns, frames, mirrors, decorations and holiday seasonal items, as well. Not to mention they always have sales and their online coupons are a must. I recommend this store!

Open spacious store. They were having a huge sale when I went there for some reason a lot of the items were 50%off. The only issue was they did not have the product I was looking for which was a Pilot Parallel Pen, but no luck. All in all it was a good visit with many items on sale and plenty of employees working at the registers.
