Never special order anything. The employees will never give you a straight answer as to when your item will arrive. When I purchased an item, I was told by two different people it would arrive well before christmas. I was just told (after waiting on hold for 45 min 3 different times, and calling multiple times) that my order won’t arrive until January.Terrible customer service.

Limited selection. Less-than-polite sales staff. Just plain lame.

So sad it is closing, always found the best brand of clothes, shoes, etc...not to mention the jewelry!

The best clothing store in Laredo, Tx. They have the best brands in shirts and fine suits for men. It is a luxury store, with tailor and personalized attention. The prices are not for any customer. Here come the rich people to dress in luxury.
