I am totally in love with the concept of this place, as soon as you enter you are greeted by a wall full of all kinds of special postcards for any occasion. I passionately love orange fruit tea. I cant imagine a better place than LaPostté to write a postcard to your loved one and design a creative message using stamps and colors that are available for everyone to use while enjoying a dessert or tea. And if all this is not enough, they have a wall designed with ALL the months and days of the year allowing you to leave your postcard ready for the postal service on the date you want to send it. Its just perfect! 🤗
High Tea Time!!!!! We had a two-person high tea and ordered two crepe cakes, Mango and Passion Fruit, by the side. The pastry there was not overly sweet which I liked very much because I have Asian taste buds!!!! All the items at the high tea set was delicious and beautiful. The Osmanthus Tea was wonderful and it was a good quality one. The two crepe cakes were to die for. Just the perfect amount of cream filling in between each crepe and the decoration on top was beautiful. The service was friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended!
For this to be my first experience I have to be honest I was please. If your on vacation you don’t want food or desserts that will make you not ever return. I was willing to give them a chance and they failed me miserably. The taste and texture was not my cup of tea I have had my no thank you helping I won’t ever return. It tasted like old as if it was made days ago and stored and put out each day until someone purchase another one. Not worth the visit and not worth the purchase
Spent Sunday afternoon in this lovely cafe, gorgeous cakes and drinks. It was packed when we arrived but were quickly given a table and service was excellent. Its great to have a proper tea shop away from the likes of Costa and Starbucks you should try here you wont be disappointed and will return again
Cute place with personality. I really enjoyed drinking tea and sending a card to my special person. Yes, you can pick a card and send it to your friends. When we came in and picked a table, we ordered a tea and a cake. It was delicious. Also you can come with your laptop and work, they have WiFi.Stuff is very friendly.
Teas and cakes? Check. Fantastic decor and comfortable seating? Check. Want to pick a getting card and have it mailed to a choice of our destination while sipping tea? Check.
A nice cafe restaurant. I really recommend the brown sugar milk and rose cake. The favor is pretty good and the decorations are beautiful. I enjoy eating here it makes me feel relaxed.
Cute tea/coffee shop! You can write and post a letter to your future self while you’re there. Coffee was good. Clean, fun vibe.
Awesome place in Chinatown Las Vegas. The crepes cakes are a must try.
Very cute, Good drinks, love the idea of the cards and letter wall to be sent to someone you choose on a specific day!!!! Very nice. Highly recommend.
This is my favorite study spot! It’s gotten a lot more popular in the past couple months and usually picks up in the night when I go on weekdays after school. You can customize the sweetness of your drinks, I usually get 25% sweetness. My favorite treat to get once in a while is the white chocolate cheesecake! Very nice ambience and the music is never to loud.
Went with one friend and we went specifically for Afternoon tea - the experience was mixed. We were recommended a tea service thats good for 1-2 people but it came with only 1 of each thing - like 1 small scone and 1 of each type of pastry. So, for us to each try something we were cutting little pastry bites in half. They were really cool about the sandwiches because Im vegetarian and my friend isnt so they gave us an extra sandwich and served one croissant without the meat. The tea setting was also lovely china and beautiful flatware. The thing that got me and I probably wont go back is they didnt have clotted cream for the scone and the jam was just cheap packets. When I asked about cream she looked confused so they dont even know what it is.
Such a cute place with character. Made a reservation for afternoon tea service for mothers and daughters to celebrate my friend’s birthday. When we asked about the teas, were invited to come smell them. The hot tea served in individual pots was delicious! Seriously amazing. All the foods and desserts were delicious. The tea pots, plates, and spoons were beautiful. The service was given with warmth and hospitality. We loved exploring the postcard wall and purchased many. We loved how you can purchase a postcard for $1 and a stamp for 50 cents. Then you can put it on the wall in the slot for the day you want it mailed out. There is a slot for every month/day for the entire year. The postal carrier comes in each day to pick up the mail that is ready. Such a cute idea! We will be back to try the regular menu of drinks and desserts too!
I had a little cute cake and a cup of coffee here and both were very nice. A really nice place to go with friends or mothers/sisters. Beautifully decorated. The staff were also really friendly and kind. We went on a Wednesday afternoon so it wasnt too busy but I imagine that this place would get busy after school hours and on a weekend
This place makes me so happy. Fun drinks, tea and Boba or all sorts of offerings including a tea service and amazing desserts! Seriously, they have some of the best to go cups ever, Im still using mine. But! The best thing is to sit and write postcards (they have bajillions to choose from) to friends and family and adorn it with stickers (which they also sell along with postage for all your postcards!) and then you can choose when it will be sent with the wall of dates. Say I write a postcard to my brother for his birthday next March and its June...just put it in the slot for a few days before and they will mail it out next March! Amazing!
An amazing place and not just to view. Cakes have a great range in flavor. Teas and coffee have a reasonable price. The place is extremely cute, friendly staff and they have takeaway. Highly recommended.
10/10 Want to live there. The atmosphere was simple and adorable. The covid regulations made me feel safe and the staff was really nice. All the food was delicious! I went here for my birthday with a friend and it was amazing. Post cards are beautiful and high quality. Did I mention the food tastes divine? It wasnt that expensive, for high tea and cake (which is two pieces of cake, six sweets, five sandwiches, and a whole pot of tea) was $51. All and all Im planning on going back every year.
This place is cute and the desserts are just right! Not too sweet and not too plain. Will definitely stop by again in the summertime for some desserts.
Very cute place and not too crowded. We went to three different cafes that didnt have tables available before this one. Had a nice experience here.
Loved the durian crepe cake. My boyfriend had the taro milk tea and he said it was his best one yet. Definitely coming here again, would recommend.
High tea was fun, foods were nice and the presentation was really cute. Very casual atmosphere so dont expect a fancy high tea experience. Will go back.
If you are here for the first time, please do try the caramel macchiato, it is very tasty but not too sweet. Friendly staff with great customer service, I can’t ask for more. I came here with my girlfriend, she loved the matcha cake, 5 stars. I highly recommend.
We had a group if 20 come and enjoy the Afternoon Tea served at LaPostte! We were skeptical at first because they did not serve crumpets with their Afternoon Tea and our group is very very picky when it comes to Tea Time. We were pleasantly surprised. They had a great tea assortment and their treats and sandwiches were amazing! So accommodating to our large group. We also really enjoyed being able to fill out postcards that they will send out for you on the date you request. Such a fun idea! We loved our experience. Well done!
Been to this place quite a few times now and always great, staff are excellent, desserts&coffee is fantastic just had low tea today and it was brilliant! Sit in or take your cakes away all in all fantastic and would always recommend!
I love I love this place. Tiktok broughtMe here !
The lady behind the counter was rude and not accommodating. We asked if we can combine flavor drinks and said she doesn’t know if it will taste good, & go on to say that she won’t make another if we don’t like it. In other boba shops, they allow that & they prioritize their customer. This cafe is TERRIBLE at customer service & I am never coming back
Cute aesthetic and nice concept but the tea is too expensive for being so watered down even before the ice melts. The cakes were nice and pretty but lacked the flavor to warrant the $8 per slice price tag.
Very good tea, and a wonderful idea! They have a wall that you are able to put your post cards in (which they also sell beautifully made ones) and the store will mail out your card on that day. Send a letter to yourself in a year, etc. Great idea. Beautiful shop. Visit.
It was Amazing! So Yummy! I went with my son and we will be going back. Pasteries and beverages are worth coming to this place...
This is such a nice little gem! My sister and I throughly enjoyed our high tea today. I would highly recommend checking it out!
The high tea was amazing and so reasonably priced! I’ve seen some people say this place is too expensive but high tea anywhere else would be so much more! Tea Lounge is $51 per person and you need a reservation and to go a scheduled seating. Here my husband and I were able to drop in, order tea and have it brought to us for only 30 dollars total (we did split a one pot option, but the bigger one is only 50 total). If you want to drop in for a nice, adorable afternoon tea experience without breaking the bank this place can’t be beat! The tea is great! The service was very friendly and welcoming! I want to come back to try all the other menu options! The atmosphere was also very relaxing. Mostly students studying which speaks volumes for the calm cozy atmosphere! It’s great place just to be.
Super cute cafe with a variety of choices for boba and plain tea lovers. They also have other neat desserts like honey toast and crepe cakes. They also have cute postcards and stickers for sale to mail. Awesome cafe highly recommend.
Where has this place been all my life. No dairy. All almond milk. Drink was so amazing. Atmosphere was cute and unique and sweet and charming (just like the woman whom took our order-the owner perhaps?). Very accommodating. I cant wait to come back. Worth every cent.
This place is so chill! Their tea smells awesome, and their matcha crepe is to die for!
Our drinks where very good. The woman behind the counter was very friendly. The inside of the shop was comfortable and relaxing. Will visit again and bring friends.
Food makes you sick, doesnt allow sharing food which makes no sense. Very stingy owner.
Great tea/food and fantastic service, would visit again!
Such a fun place to visit. Send a postcard to a friend while youre there!
My wife and I enjoy the ambiance. The service and High tea were good. I recommend the creme brûlée honey toast. Enjoy....
It was super cute! I went with a couple of my friends and ordered the high tea... the tea wasnt to my personal liking but that was natural as I am not a big fan of teas in general. The little deserts were delicious! We also left a postcard there, it was fun deciding what to write. Overall it was a good experience! Sad the coffee machine was down but it happens ^-^
Very cosy. Nice place.. Calm, confortable. Good beverages. Very nice staff. I cant wait to go back.
Extremely cute place! Very quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly
This place is super cute. I love the theme. The postcards for sale are nice, the mailing center is sweet and the stamps make me remember how obsessed I was with them as a kid.Be careful if you order items to go. We got the taro crepe cake to go and it didnt come with any of the garnish that you get with it if you order it to stay. The desserts here are already expensive enough so this adds insult to injury.
Strawberry Milk Tea was AMAZING. It was sweet and very savory, and made quickly in a nice container for only $5 (I got the large size). The employee was really nice, the place was quaint and comfy, and kept clean.
Would go back. I went with a large group for tea time, it was tasty and they had a lovely tea selection as well as cute tea sets. Slightly too expensive to make it a regular thing.
Yummy boba and chill atmosphere. if you like postcards check this place out. they have a collection of unique and fun postcards. also a good place to work and study.
Such an Beautiful Place with nice drinks and good pastry. All the employees are super nice and acknowledged about their teas. Will become a regular
Didnt have what I wanted, couldnt make it even tho other places can, forgot to put something in my drink and they had to take it back and fix it, which is great or whatever, but like get it right the first time. They ran out of boba at a boba place. They told me that after I paid for it.The drink I got was awesome, tho, so I guess its like a 2.5, but I put 2 stars lolololol. The cake was really good too, still 2 stars. Not the greatest first time experience. Would not got back since there are better options.
Love it here! Great vibe for studying and employees are super nice and friendly!
The crepes were kind hard, seems not fresh. But the flavor was ok
A really cool place with some very interesting and yummy desserts
Came here for a dessert after having a late dinner. We ordered the Chocolat Explosion Lava Cake $19.99 for 6inch, which can feed at least 4 people. The cake looks cute and very Instagrammable, however, it tastes like a dry brownie from Smith. My husband had the Strawberry Green Tea which tastes cheap too. What we order had no flavor. I would not recommend that place.
Fun placeGood way to do cards
Awesome flavor
Truly a Hidden Gem, this place has excellent handmade Desserts and Drinks
So cute! Tea and desserts are delicious, service is fast and responsive.
Its a little $$
Loved the atmosphere. Many unique desserts with charm.
Get the passionfruit, best dessert we had in Vegas.
Pretty little hole in the wall with delicious teas, coffee and desserts.
I was intrigued by not only the tea/high tea aspect of the shop, but also the postcard/decorating aspect as well. Seeing as how its fairly new, I decided to give it a try one Sunday after church. The place was still empty when I arrived as I was the first customer. This gave me some time to peruse the menu and take photos of the interior as I pleased - the workers/owners helping me were incredibly friendly as they explained how the postcard section of their shop worked. The interior of the shop is fairly big - it seats around 20-30 customers with a very modern touch to the furniture and décor. Dark wooden tables and chairs line the major seating area, but theres also a big communal wooden table for people to work on postcards/chat with friends, etc. The twinkling circular orbs hanging from the ceiling and the simple stickers on the wall all add to the simplicity of LaPostté as well.So I came mainly because I was intrigued by the postcards. Ive done it before in Taiwan where you pay for a postcard and postage stamp, fill out your greeting (addressed to whomever you wish to mail it to), and on one section of the wall, there are wooden boxes to correlate to each day in each month. Placing a postcard in the particular day of your choice designates when the postcard will be sent out by the staff at the store. They do state that the longer they hold postcards for you, the more you have to pay - but Im not sure if thats in effect right now.LaPostté also has a wall filled with different types of postcards (seems like most are from Asia) that you can purchase for $2 each. You can also purchase sticker sheets, decorations, etc. for $2 a piece as well. I dont know if youre able to bring in your own postcard to send out, but I picked from the plethora of choices and used their stationery table to decorate my postcard. They have gel pens, pens, stamps, scratch paper, etc. so if youre a fan of writing/art - youll have a blast! And since I was already here, I ordered a drink as well. I skipped the high tea and tried the Lapostté milk green tea. The Yelp check-in allows for a free topping, so I tried the crystal boba. I forget that crystal bobas texture is way different from regular boba, so I was pretty disappointed that the boba was not chewy. I liked the to-go cups of the shop, but I got my drink served in a citrus-like jar that wasnt too aesthetically pleasing (in my opinion) since I was decorating my postcard in the shop. The drink (at $4.75) was quite pricey and had more milk flavor than I would have liked. It also was more fragrant than most other milk green teas that I have had. I dont think Id order this drink again. As for their high-tea and dessert items - they all sound quite promising (but slightly pricey). Combo for 1 person is $24.99 while a combo for 2 people is $43.99. Their toppings are $0.79 each, which is slightly pricier than most places. They do have lots of new drinks rolling out, which I think is a plus.tl;dr - I like LaPosttés postcard service and high-tea aspect of the restaurant, but the milk green tea wasnt anything great. If I come back, I probably will try a fruitier tea instead.
Overpriced and horrible low-quality drinks. The staff consists of the middle age dragon Lady owner who knows nothing about her products. Be prepared to spend over $5 for a cup of tea.
What I like is that they give you an option to have them add salted cream to your tea.
What a great place for teatime!
Super friendly and the drinks and food are amazing.
