Useful who wouldnt want to ride a scooter on the strip🤦🏾

Best place to Rent scooters. Also being right on the Las Vegas strip was a plus.

My issue is the same as others who gave a one star(my deposit). I have not received my 300.00 deposit yet. They told me it was my bank but the bank said they actually charged me the deposit and the price of the rental. I have called numerous times and NO response. I really enjoyed the scooters, I told the group of 50 I traveled with they should check them out. I will definitely tell them to go else where. Can I get my deposit back???? Is that too much to ask when its MY MONEY!!!!!

DONT CALL THESE GUYS! Waited 2 hours no one showed up. I called and every time I called they told me 30 minutes. Made reservations that were cancelled because I didnt get there.

This company is the worst when it comes to your deposit. Still havent received my deposit back. $150.00 they charged my card 195.00. the first scooter fell and had damage I paid $175.00 and recorded the exchange just in case. I didnt have a problem paying it because I was responsible but the second scooter they let me get after I paid an extra $175.00 was not damage nor late. Didnt even use it my full 3hrs. I Returned it to a gentleman. He informed me I would receive my deposit. After 7 business days nothing. My next option. Im filling a lawsuit. Glad I recorded everything and glad I have a family lawyer

Had the best time ever with my friends. We all rented the basic scooters for the day which was so cheap! We had transportation the whole day and saw Vegas and things on the strip that we haven’t seen before! Definitely a great time and 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for the fun time and great memories.

AMAZING IDEA AND A GREAT WAY TO SEE THE VEGAS STRIP. MY WIFE AND I RENTED A SCOOTER.....WE ZIPPED AROUND ALL OVER AND EVEN WENT TO DOWTOWN. THE BEST WAY TO SEE VEGAS. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK EASY PROCESS. FREE PARKING WAS A BONUS. THANKS AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Been 6 months since I rented and still havent got my deposit back,evertime I call they say youll get it soon. They did it to me and 3 other people that were with me.

I finally got my $150 refunded back to my account. It took an entire week for it to come. The reason behind the 4 stars was I felt like I was misinformed or didnt understand the payment process, they charged me the entire $180 for the mopad rental for only 3hr. I called almost every day but they inform me that they will refund my money and they did. Next time I will do a cash deposit and leave a card on file. 😊 Overall It was an great experience riding my first moped.

This place was so terrible I do t even want to leave a star. Don’t rent from here they are irresponsible and don’t run their business properly. One of our scooters broke down we called them 21 times and they never answered. They call us back the following morning and then charged us more out of our deposit. So I’m the end we never really used the scooters and they charged us 100 dollars. I say take you business to someone else because these guys don’t cut it.

We saw the scooter rentals on our trip while we were walking down the strip in August. Initially we were so excited when we saw all the great scooter and sling shot selection in the front on the strip where the booth was located. We signed the waiver, and paid our $150 deposit. We were told that we would get this deposit back the next day when we returned the scooter.signing the waiver, to our surprise, we were walked to the back of the strip mall where the actual scooters for rent were located. The guy that worked there started looking at all of them, and none of them had any proper side mirrors, foot pegs or gas. They all looked like they had been in multiple accidents and were appeared to be very unsafe looking. He found the only one with foot pegs that looked the least beat up(still a death trap), but the tank was empty. we expressed concern about the condition of the scooter, but he instructed us to take a video for proof that it was in this condition when we rented it and he put the key in to start it.This scooter looked like it had been hit multiple times and didnt even have a side mirror. Since we were only paying $65, and were getting back the deposit that we already gave, we figured it was better than spending way more on Uber or cabs and off to the gas station we went.We had a great time, so I wish the ending to the story was better. When we returned the next day to return the scooter, there was a lady working the booth. When we arrived she looked very confused and looked at the scooter and asked us what had happened. We were both confused and reassured her it was in that condition when we rented it and showed her the video. We parked the scooter and she said there was no record at all that we even rented it. She took the key out and then insisted that we had bent the key and we would be charged $30. We told her we had not put the key in and that we had to to fill it up, and she said there was no reason we shouldnt have had a full tank when we rented it and that this scooter shouldnt have even been rented to us because of the condition it was in. When we inquired about the deposit, she said it would go back into our account within 10 business days. We tried to call when a month had gone by and we had not received our money. They do not return any calls and also, we are from canada, so the deposit ended up being $250 for some unknown reason since that is way more than the exchange rate. They do not return any of our phone calls, and it has now been almost 3 months since we rented the scooter.If I could, I would rate this place 0 stars, which is such a shame because we really had a great time on the scooter itself. do not ever rent from here. They are dishonest and are renting unsafe scooters and then dont ever return your refundable deposit.

We love renting scooters from Scooter Rentals LV Strip. They have the sickest rentals. Trikes. Scooters. MadDogs. Tesla Scooters. They even have the Polaris Slingshot.

We had so much fun in Vegas cruising the strip.....we got to see the Vegas strip in a amazing way. next time we come out I will rent for a few days now that I know about Scooter Rentals LV Strip! WOOHOOO!

I did not love this place at all I think that the people running it are snotty and there is a bait-and-switch style thing going on down there. They advertise one price and then they asked another. Any small issue I had was met with over-reaction and hostility and I would never recommend this place

Still waiting since April to get back my security deposit. Company will not return a call. The Accounting department, is never working. Always just giving the run around!!! Won’t rent from here again!! Customer service is a joke.

Amazing Scooters. Amazing staff. Best rentals in Las Vegas by far. They have the biggest selection of rentals in Las Vegas.
