Ron was the best person we encountered on our impromptu Vegas trip. No plans just flew out and got hitched.. renting a Moped was an impulsive decision just as we were walking past his shop- BEST DECISION EVER!!! He helped point out places of interest to go see, cut us deals, and we used his moped in our wedding photos- the moped saved our whole trip and gave us so many laughs! Can’t speak highly enough about Ron and his business!

Rented a scooter from Ron last Friday. The scooter had a few dings but it ran just fine for the price. Ron was cool and was able to get me in and out with a scooter in like 20 min and when I wanted to keep the scooter for a few extra hours Ron accommodated my needs. It kinda seems like he could use a little help around his shop but I’d rent from him again.

Honestly, thought I had a great experience with them. Rented a scooter, got it around 11am, and took it back to my hotel room to charge, didn’t get to use the scooter until around 10ish that night, and it completely died on me at only 1 casino. Again, I didn’t completely go through the whole casino, just went through so I can hit up the strips. The scooter completely died on me, so I had to call the owner, which was after business hours, got a replacement and everything was fine, the 2nd scooter lasted all night. Return the scooter the next day, left it at the front desk hotel, and a couple days later, got my deposit back but only for $75, got charge for a service fee for them to come out after business hours! Just because I signed a contract doesn’t mean it’s ok to rent out a scooter with a bad battery! I basically got charged for a replacement because it was after business hours and the owner basically said I signed the contract for after business hours. Well, maybe I couldn’t never called if I wasn’t given such a bad battery that didn’t even last 15 mins going through the casino lobby to the strips street.As a business owner myself, I knew how important it is to my customers to give them the best service I can, and I would’ve never charged a customer when it wasn’t their fault with the bad battery.I would’ve give them 0 stars if I had a choice! Go somewhere else to rent your scooter!Replying back:Funny how you asked why I waited until 10pm to call, it’s because I didn’t take it out until 10pm and when I took it out, I didn’t use it no more then 30 mins. Prove is in the video camera from the hotel that the scooter was never taken out of the room until later that night.

Ok, I have not been to this business. I doubt I’d ever go because to even get onto the website I got some bs pop-up that I had a virus on my phone. Whatever, so then I got past that and tried to check prices and and got another pop up saying I had 39 viruses on my phone! Bs, so I’m tired of this already so I went to leave the site and got another pop-up.Your website is your virtual door to your business peeps. If you got shady a-holes standing in front not letting you take a look, why would I do business with you??!!!

Ron was able to show me in the parking lot how to drive safe for a few minutes and when I asked him to take a picture of me he didnt hesitate, absolutely had a fun time. This is a great place to rent scooters from the owner Ron is very helpful and nice i rented 2 scooters for my birthday and I had a problem with one of them and the owner Ron came and bought a new scooter to my room in less than an hour and he gave us these really cool t-shirts for free after returning the scooters.

Great place to rent a scooter! Big Ron is a very nice and helpful guy. We rented two scooters and took our kids out to the Red Rock Park. Beautiful drive, approximately 20 miles away, we made it there and back and still had gas to spare! Very reasonable prices. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I visited Vegas recently and wanted a motor scooter experience. Today I spent 4 hours riding around town and it was such a positive experience that I wanted to write about it same-day.The prices are reasonable, includes a $100 refundable security deposit, and all of the options and fees were readily disclosed. Ron, the manager, explained everything and gave me a quick lesson on how to drive. I really appreciated his honesty and helpfulness in making this experience happen. I had a great experience driving around during daytime and was surprised how light traffic was, which made me feel safe driving a vehicle that cannot exceed 40mph. I had so much fun that Ive decided to do this again when I return to Vegas.Excellent customer experience!

Ron was excellent! He was easy to get in touch with and communicated the details well. He provided us with a lesson and directed us to an area where we could practice at our own pace and time. The prices were very fair and he was flexible and accommodating for my friend and I to get a bike we could share with some trunk space. We were able to keep it overnight at our air bnb. I highly recommend choosing this place if you want to rent a scooter. The prices here are very reasonable and I rented a scooter three separate times during my vacation without having a problem.Before I chose this place, I carefully checked the reviews and prices of all of the scooter rental companies in Vegas. Some of the other rental companies had a lot of negative reviews where people complained about getting charged for damage they didnt cause, but that isnt something I dealt with here. The owner of this shop was very reasonable with what he charged me and this is one of the cheapest rental shops in Vegas.My only complaint is that this is a one man business, besides for when a mechanic is occasionally here to work on the scooters, and so the shop is usually only open on demand. Its best to call ahead before you show up and let the owner know what time youll be there.

Amazing experience! The training was very easy and Ron made it fun. His wife was very professional. It was my first time renting but definitely wont be the last! I booked a tour and rent scooter for two days. I get the best price here to Grand Canyon (-25% compared to other sellers). This shop rent scooter also by few hours if u want, other renters rent it by 24h for one ride. I get really good service here, owner is kind person and going take care of you. This was a super cool way to see the city! He had a great training beforehand and told us where the free parking was through out the strip. No issues with the bikes thankfully.

MY scooter was technically destroyed on the front from a crash. I called their shop and they were very polite, they came personally to my place checked my moped and gave me an estimate. They took it to the shop and fix all the body problems in just a couple of days. Everything was perfect and looks like new. Great job for a very fair price. thank you.

Total waste of time. First off... soon as we walked into the place people were returning scooters and complaining and having to get picked up because of thier bikes breaking down. Yet we STILL decided to go through with renting against our better judgment. HUGE mistake. We rented 3 scooters, 1 kept stopping at the lights, another kept stopping while in motion while the other had a hole in the tire!!! Needless to say we only road around for maybe a half hour and returned the scooters. Unsafe and unprofessional. They should never be allowed to rent these things out in these conditions. Luckily we were able to get away paying only 10 bucks. Which is why Im giving the one start. Still a waste of time and my 10 dollars!

I called Sin City Scooter Rentals and the gentleman on the phone successfully talked me out of using his company. He said that their scooters are only for indoors and after I said that I doubted wed leave the hotel, he suggested renting from another company, like ScooterBug. He also said that their scooters need to be charged constantly and that people blame (Sin City Scooter) when their battery runs out of charge. He was absolutely convincing that I should not rent from this company! Thank you for the recommendation, sir!

For this being my first time on a scooter I feel like a pro after the included training I had before going on the road .we even got FREE tickets to multiple shows . this place is awsome. Ill definitely be back before we head home .

I rented a Taotao 50 from this place. The guy gave me a fairly detailed rundown of how to use and secure the vehicle. Riding it was fairly easy. Once I didnt know to kick start the scooter when the weather was cold, so the guy drove over and showed me how. The vehicle had about 350 miles on it, and it rode alright, though I had to start it on the road a couple of times. I took it around Red Rock Canyon, which was really scenic and nice. I wish I rented it in better weather conditions (it got cold and rainy), but thats no fault of the business. Its also really smart to wear lots of layers everywhere: the wind chill made me really cold. When I went to fuel the vehicle up, the fuel port got bent a bit and the cap got stuck, but the shop fixed that up. Other than a few minor incidents, this was a solid experience.

1 of the 3 scooters rented was barely operational. They were all poorly .maintained. They charge you when they break down and the employee was a jerk.

These scooter or know good, they break down you, half of them or falling apart so they put zip ties all over them lol.... they dont tell you about the 150$ or 250$ deposit tell you get there....speed i got only 25 mph on it...i would never paid again for trash scooter like that and a deposit that high for some trash scooter like sin city scooters.....my dogs run faster than your scooters....

Hope this company goes out of business. We went there which is in a very disgusting area of the strip and there were three post it notes on the window which said three different things. We knocked on the door like one post it says to do and then called a cell phone # which was on another post it. He answered and said that he was at a dr and if we wanted to rent we could but no less than 24hours. I said we only wanted three hours like on the website and he replied we cant only if we wanted to rent for 24 hours. I would not trust this company at all!!!

At first gave kind of bad scooter that broke down in the middle of road and afterwards charged fee for coming for us and giving new scooters. Really unfair terms and conditions for customers
