****BEWARE**** Had my 1000 mile service done here, after taking bike home and replacing derby cover found that the primary oil was not changed! Contacted the service manager Ty who said he would investigate and look at cameras to see if tech did work and call me back. After waiting a month never received a phone call and after several calls Ty would not return my calls! Beware getting your bike serviced here since they obviously are NOT doing the work promised. I assume the other two fluids were not changed either. This after buying a new over priced 2020 Road Glide!!!!!!!!!

I was truly impressed when my new wife said I can ride me a Harley a day after I got married. What a woman! Las Vegas Harley had me at hello. They treated me like VIP from the moment I stepped in there. Sean in the rental department is the man! I rented for a day at a reasonable rate. Unlimited miles and they provide a helmet. Las Vegas LAW! smh.. I rented a street glide and it road very well through the French Mountains. Loved it!

So, I went to all 3 of the Harley shops in the area. 2 of which are on the strip. This location is just beyond the famous Las Vegas sign. Here you will find the best customer service and the largest selection of products. The restroom is clean, in fact the whole store is really clean. They let my wife try on several shirts. Definitely the best Harley-Davidson store Ive ever been to! They have a really large selection of shirts along with the chips that everyone looks for. Check them out!

Wow, we truly want to thank Kevin, Bill, Britney and Harley Davidson of Las Vegas on making a 1100 mile trip through NV, Utah and AZ one of the best trips of our life. Troy, Kal and myself are from Miami Florida and shipped our three CVOs to Las Vegas and now back to Miami and this dealership was so professional, polite and just made us feel right at home. We started and ended in Vegas and I would highly suggest this dealership to anyone, great service!

Great dealership. No pressure sale tactic with very knowledgeable staff. Joe the salesman and Justin Crowder in sales were at their best along with finance and the all the sales people on the floor. I read the reviews prior to visiting. The one star reviews were mostly sour grapes. I went to buy a helmet and a T shirt. Miles from merchandise sales helped size my helmet and select my T shirts. He was with me from A to Z. Couldn’t ask for more.

As I started visiting Harley Davidson stores in California and Nevada, I found the best and right place in buying a big bike. The experience was uncomparable because of their appealing showroom, the knowledgeable and friendly staff and salesperson, and the easy financing process. You can never go wrong when you visit Harley-Davidson at 5191 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV.

Las Vegas Harleydavidson made me feel rite at starting with the genarl manager. Then brother Rob made me feel rite at a home interduced me to the people at the parts counter I dont remember names but do remember the lady with the purple hair my bike is green but depends how sun light hits it it turns purple it called Venom they are all good people all the way down to signing papers with Joni very nice and knows her job well thank you Las Vegas HarleyDavidson

Had a really good visit at Las Vegas Harley...sales people were really friendly and informative. Unfortunately, there is a shortage of bikes in the market....so their motorcycles were all pre-owned and at higher prices. Im sure things will get better soon.

I’m not a Harley guy but I’m always impressed every time I step into one of the dealerships. Harley really does have excellent customer services. All the staff were friendly, laid back, and willing to help. They offered refreshments and have a beautiful show room. I rented a bike here and the process was easy and quick. Only complaint was that the bike I rented was in poor shape and needed repairs. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of every staff member.

Really, really bad ownership/management. Owner is a COWARD and won’t even stand behind giving the shaft to LOYAL HARLEY OWNERS. I own a HARLEY, this is supposedly a HARLEY DEALERSHIP, but YOU turned my 2002 bike away because 2006 is YOUR magic cutoff to work on Harley’s, regardless of speaking to someone in YOUR service department ahead of time, saying they would work on the bike. A previous review was left calling you out for this policy, and YOU are too chicken shot to respond, only responding to 5-star reviews. This place is in complete contradiction to everything HARLEY-DAVIDSON owners believe in and stand for. When you turned my bike, MY BABY, away, YOU told Harley owners everywhere that YOU hate your customers, that YOU hate your own bikes. Why are you even in business? This is personal, and I will never forget.

Great dealership. We have been to many, and this place always has something going on. We rent every time we visit, and Keith was great. He got us the machine we wanted. We have fun and always buy something while in Vegas.

I wouldn’t suggest to anyone buying a motorcycle, to come to this dealership. Yes I’m a out of state customer that they will probably never see again, so how they handle local sales my be different. However I’m a customer non the less. My son and I both bought bikes from them while on vacation, sixty days later my son has a bike that still is not titled to him, and after quite the struggle, I have a title but still no bike. They even went out of the way to schedule a third party company with in a week to pick up my trade. This dealership uses bait and hook tactics, then won’t return phone calls, emails, or follow up with you after the sale is final.

The dealership made me feel welcome when I entered. They answered all of my rookie questions. They explained all the motorcycle that were for sale. Very friendly sales people. Was in a very good mood because I was on vacation at a time but I eventually knew I wanted to buy a Harley-Davidson. I found the one that I wanted that just so happened to have lots of upgrades on it. It was the right price and I pulled the trigger and bought it. This is for the fluffy woman only, they do not carry a large selection of plus size womans clothing. The had an excellent selection for regular size tho. The price for a tank top I did find was outrageous! 62.00 for a thin top. Seriously HD come on. You dont need to charge that much for a ladies top! Its getting out of hand, I love to represent HD but am finding it harder hand harder to find tops in my size ( they will only have 1 or 2 ) and then they over price them. I find this at all the dealers now.

Pretty cool Harley dealer. The building itself is huge. Not as big of selection of bikes as I thought there would be. Seemed like there were more used bikes than new ones. They also rent out bikes to ride around Vegas on. Not sure of the price and hours though. The Big Bus tour actually makes a stop here as well if you want to browse around for a half hr.

Spent 25 mins in there with no assistance. Girl at front desk says hi, and promptly on phone. I walk around 2 sales people talking hoping to grab their attention on buying a RGS they keep talking. As Im walking around, after their convo, one of the guys refused to make eye contact or acknowledge me as I walk to him.Bro. I dont beg anyone to take my money. The people in the gear area, thanks for your help, Lawrence and the blonde young lady, I appreciate it. They tried directing me to who I believe may have been the sales manager, after I asked who were on sales. I declined, I just wanted to be sure I knew my money wasnt good there.All the way from Cali for this. Get bent.The 1 star is for the merch people who helped me.

Very friendly and engaging staff. The salesmen arent pushy and legitimately like to talk about their bikes. Their selection of bikes and Harley paraphernalia is second to none.

One of the biggest Harley Davidson stores out there! Staff was super friendly and plenty of bikes and merchandising to check out. Its located South of the strip but only a few minutes ride from the strip. Would definitely recommend to any bike enthusiast or just anyone who can appreciate good craftsmanship!

My bike broke down in the middle of a 7k mile trip at Vegas. Luckily, we were able to make it to this dealership before they closed that Saturday. Brandon, although their service shop was already closed was able to get my bike scheduled to be looked at the following day which is Sunday. I was very surprised that they even have their service shop open at Sundays which is very rare. A major mechanical problem which could have ruined the engine and could have turned disastrous for me. They got it fixed for me within 5 hrs. I finished the whole trip in one peace safely while having my bike running like a champ!!! No word can express my gratitude to the crews of this dealership. Thank you very much !!!

NASTY!!! PSA to ALL HARLEY OWNERS!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Brought my 2002 FXDL in for repair. Called ahead of time to confirm that they would work on it. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT WORK ON ANYTHING MORE THAN 15 YEARS OLD. IT WAS A LONG RIDE FOR NOTHING AFTER BEING TOLD AHEAD OF TIME THAT THEY WOULD WORK ON IT. THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A HARLEY!!!!

To begin with Id like to thank Alan for being very helpful and kind the second time around. He offered us a great deal that we couldnt walk away it was three rentals we made and we enjoyed every second of it. The first time around we asked a different gentleman for information and felt like we couldnt rent due to a high deposit and we walked away. This place is so consistent on their service. Very Clean, knowledgeable and friendly. Even managers are out walking to talk to customers. This place really belong at the strip, it’s a great Harley place to promote their brand in Las Vegas. What a great experience coming to this place all the time. I went in to look at a motorcycle and was made an offer that I couldnt refuse. I was able to purchase the bike and still make it to an appointment that I was going to use as an excuse as to why I couldnt make the purchase at that time. I was treated like family and the finance package was customized to my needs.

They have a wide variety of Harley clothing, memorabilia, accessories, etc. They have dressing rooms to try on clothing. They have a snack shop attached to the store. Be sure to pick up water bottles.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Street Glide. The staff was very welcoming. They had a great selection of bikes and merchandise. Salesman Broadway Joe was knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. He showed me several bikes. I settled on the Street Glide and planned a test ride while they evaluated my trade. When we returned they offered me a fair trade. Negotiated an aggreable price and purchased the bike.I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman Broadway Joe. I will definitely return to this location for my next purchase.
