The gentleman who helped me was polite and knew his products. He helped me set up my bluetooth to the headphones I bought

IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT THIS STORE NOW FOR A YEAR OR TWO. THE ONLY STORE I GO TO EVER SINCE I STEPPED MY FOOT IN THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME. THE GIRLS HERE HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULDNT WANT TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Ill mannered, Poor customer service. Unfriendly, Distasteful attitude towards clients. Both The manager and the Dark Skinned female Rep there threw numbers out of the sky instead of checking the system to so I could inquire about the iPhone 11. I found myself standing in the store having to repeatedly ask to be serviced. The Manager assumed I didn’t want help because I had my company shirt on from my business, as if I came in for no reason. The Dark skinned Female Sales Rep refused to speak to me until told so by the manager. Even let another client pass over me. This is my second time coming in the store and second time being highly disappointed. The Store SuperVisor needs to hire a new staff because the current team there as of 03-06 @ 11:00 AM is doing MetroPcs a MAJOR disservice in Lauderdale Lakes. If you don’t want to talk to people. Don’t be a Sales Rep. 1 out of 5 stars. And that’s ONLY because 1 Sales Rep decides to have some some respect for me as a client and allowed me to freely inquire about possible joining metro.

You know what I dont like about Metro yo Bill dont do until week they dont wait a week before they send you a text telling you you got to pay your phone bill and no other phone company is like that but Metro and if you dont pay it today they said pay it 12 that evening before you even can wake up out your bed your phone is off now tell me if Metro is a good phone company for us black people

I am so annoyed!!! Their internet went down in the middle of porting my number. I had to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF and if I left, I would have had no cell service. I asked the manager to compensate me in some way for the inconvenience and he offered me $5 off an accessory. Are you kidding me?!?! My time is more valuable than that. There are several Metro PCS stores within a few mins drive. I highly recommend going to a DIFFERENT LOCATION! I am so upset I gave them my business today.

GREAT SELLERS, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Always horrible. The women that work there take over an hr each person small or big issue, more intrested in conversating with eachother, there are no lines so there just taking random ppl as they walk in while ppl who have been waiting get skipped over. And it seems like there conversation is more important than the customers waiting.

The empoyees their are disrespectful and unprofessional. This store needs to be shut down I did my research on this store and its a private owned store. The owner knows his employees are disrespectful but does not care. After going to that store I decided that metro pcs was not for me. I canceled my account and Im done with them until this company can change Im good.

These young ladies decided the store closed at 8:30pm on Friday oct 5th. I guess its weekend hours at this location. I got told to go home at the door. Smh

They close at whatever time they wish. It clears states they close at 6pm on Sundays. Its 5:12 and the doors are locked.
