Love this store.. super clean and friendly staff

Vlad went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me regardless of my frustration. This guy needs to get a raise! Thanks again Vlad 👍🏽

One of the employees added an extra line without my authorization and my knowing and because of that a bill that was only supposed to be for two lines was twice the amount it was supposed to. If it wasnt for corporate fixing their mistakes I would have move to another carrier. This experience ruin 15 years of loyalty to the brand. Now, I will stop suggesting to my friends and family to switch with this company.

Very rude and disrespectful. I was just on the phone with a man inquiring about the iPhone 11 and he put me on hold then hung up on me. I called back twice to speak with a manager but no one answered the phone ! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, terrible experience and I haven’t even step inside the store yet. Very poor representation of t-mobile and I will be making a call to corporate !

The agent was pleasant and tried his best to be helpful. Service is a bit different but I wasnt there for excellent customer service and I got what I needed easily

Wait time was too long they need to hire more workers or have more present on a Friday.

Worst service experience in 2021 so far. I waited 15 minutes for the store to open so I would be first in line. I was joining a family plan and needed a SIM card. I told the agent who “assisted me” that I needed to get my phone from my car. I was gone 30 seconds but he gave my place in line to another customer.I left in disgust.

They helped me a lot and gave me a lot of attention. Thank you Thomas!!!

Very rude customer service if it bothers you to be nice to people work in a warehouse miss, Not in the store.

Just leaving the store the rep was so short and rude, didn’t even try to ask and figure out how to better solve my situation, and then to use sarcasm when I was walking out was the last straw. I will never be back at that location and they almost lost a permanent customer

Stated free tablet with purchase promotion for me so picked out phone myself no assistance because while Im trying to figure what phone Im gonna spend almost $1000 on he salesman decided to go help someone else 3 times in an hour I was there. When he finally decided to continue to help me pick what I needed in a phone we picked one then he stated the tablets not a special anymore and wanted me to shell out an addition $269 for what was suppose to be a free promotion gift for new signups. So I signed myself up with a different carrier. Sorry T-Mobile you lost my business for a while and Im telling everyone about these big companies that push you around well Im not gonna tolerate it any longer gonna speak my mind then move on to a company who wants & appreciates my money.. your loss T(errible) mobile should be called instead.

They need to put there whole staff through an intense customer service boot camp cause I live right around the corner and I will never step foot in that store ever again

When I first walked into this store, I stood up and waited, I looked around there was no sign of a sign in sheet, no one greeted me, and then a rep by the name of stephon looked at me and acknowledged that I’m here however he never said anything, he looked back to what he was found so I said “hello, how do you all acknowledge the order of operations if no one ever says anything?” Stephon then clapped in sarcasm and said hello. I asked for a supervisor or a manager and was told there wasn’t one available. I am very big on customer service as I am in the customer service field myself! No one here has any decent customer service! T- mobile only has a few stores in the area that have good customer service and product knowledge!

For an authorized dealer they sure are rude. I came here for a new SIM card and the heavyset guy was everything but helpful. I purchased a new phone, and was unsure whether my phone or SIM card was defective because the phone would not read the SIM card. Without even looking at the phone, he told me that I needed a SIM card. He also said it would be $15 just to try the new SIM card in my phone and regardless of whether or not I actually needed it, I would have to keep it. Isnt that why you troubleshoot the phone FIRST?! I also wasnt sure on how to put the SIM card in the phone and he told me youll figure it out and sent me on my way as he took the next customer. What a way to treat a valued customer that has been with the company for over 10 years.

I was at t mobile 2 day in a row for my phone issue, I walked in upset but walked out happy Thanks to vanessa she was delighted to fix my issues that I was having that God for understandings cause I was really upset and she handled me very well, she has excellent communication and customer service skills ❣🥰

Dont go there!!! A sweat box thats always crowded and the staff always has a dont care attitude. Very poor management when the manager leaves a crowded store to attend to their personal affairs outside.

Last summer bought here a mobile and gift to my son. He was very happy.

IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF.Ive been there on 2018 BLACK FRIDAY to open an account but aint close ANY deal. Since then Ive reveived bills and it has been impossible to clean the mess done by theirselves plus it is hurting my credit.
