I went there twice because my daughter needed her phone fixed. Guy helping us wasnt wearing a mask. Since he basically told us he couldnt unlock the phone, we didnt stay long so i I didnt press him to put a mask on, although all the customers had to wear masks. We had to go back about a month later to fix the screen, and this time there were two guys there and neither one was wearing a mask. I asked them to wear their masks, and for the entire time it took to fix the screen, both of them kept giving me reasons why they shouldnt wear masks. Then they made jokes about it and put on 3 masks and asked do I feel better now?!! My daughter had gone about 3 months without her phone, so I didnt want to leave because she really needed it fixed.The dismissive,careless,condescending men who work at this establishment have no business etiquette and have no care for the lives of their customers. If only I could give them 0 stars I would. Stay far,far away from this place

Amazing service. man let me tell you something, I went there this morning and i told the arab to fix my phone and i came back in 10min and it was fixed. they do magic my phone was water damage and it didn’t want to turn on but they did a great job. if there’s any problem go to the arab mobile one you won’t regret trust me.

Never been treated so horribly by an establishment in my life. Went in to get my screen fixed. The owner Ray helped me. The screen was fine but I noticed a smudge on my camera, something as a previous reviewer mentioned, I could not wipe of myself. I come back after about a month, seeing as to this store is 30 minutes away from my house, I’m not in the area often. The owner is not there. After explaining the problem they say it’s an additional $20. After asking to speak to the technician who could not explain why I was paying additional money. I spoke with an employee by the name of Mickey who tried to explain that my whole camera needed to replaced, which I also didn’t understand since the camera was working fine. I offered to pay the money but I wanted the owners number. Mickey proceeds to tell me to “take your sh*t and get the f*** out of my store! You need to learn respect and get the f*** out! Thats right f***ing leave”After leaving, calling the cops, and going through hell and high water to get into contact with the owner, he never even called back. I’ll never even look at this place again.

Never in my life have I experienced such thieves who takes your money and not fully fix a phone. DONT GO THERE FOR PHONE REPAIRS!!!!!!! They will take your money and give you a broken phone, they refuse to fix their mistake in my phone!

I asked them to fix my phone and they broke the metal plate on the inside of my phone and now they won’t do anything to fix it! I can never understand such un proffedionalism.

I went to get my phone fixed and they gave it back to me worst then ever. The screen wasn’t properly placed down and the camera had a smudge on the inside (something I could not wipe off myself) and my phone kept shutting off. I went back so that they can fix whatever was making it restart. They fixed it but that following week the screen had already cracked. It was a cheap screen and I’m never going back.

My phone will now be forever broken because they “tried” to fix my phone. I paid them to fix my phone and they created internal damage and now refuses to fix my phone I’m so tired of unfulfilling people
