This store was so clean and bright. They had great flavors and toppings. The staff was great. We really like this location. We will return very soon

Loved it, loved it, loved it.Very first time coming to this place and fell in love with the horchata flavor a little bit sweeter than o.was expecting but nothing to get sick of it.The chairs are pulled aside to encourage social distancing.All the toppings are now covered and the employees are the ones helping out with adding to your froyo 😄Definitely coming back for another round

Best treat for family,and children in town.by the way,I have been to at least three Sweet Frog outlets in the area, and this one is hands down the best, in terms of service, cleanliness (thats the owner down there cleaning) and selectionFive stars, all around!

Have been going for years to this place, pricey but sometimes worth it with coupons.Most personnel has changed over the years but mostly friendly.Unfortunately I slipped and fell and the management was not interested in documenting this I called, no answer ....I am in pain and hit My hip,Elbow and head. Guess I need to contact a lawyer. I am not one to get a lawyer easily...this could have been settled at a lower level.

Not the worst place to get yogurt but at least they always have fresh toppings and keep them stocked.

Nice toppings, clean place, horrible frozen yogurt. They all have a strong artificial sweetener aftertaste. Too expensive for me to throw in the trash

Amazing! Been here now twice. Each time was enjoyable, super clean and Cashiers were very nice. Hold on...they have NSA (NO SUGAR ADDED) Yogurt that is off the chain. They also have these Mango flavored Toppings that are addictive. Great place to come and enjoy a dessert for the whole Family.

Great selection but $8 for a cup that isnt even filled up all the way...

I honestly love this Sweet Frog location. Never had an issue until the worker that was wiping the counters down attempted to serve me toppings without changing the gloves she wore while cleaning with the dirty rag. I declined the toppings even though I really wanted some. I dont think thats cool at all. Thats how cross contamination happens.

Customer service was not a thing today. Went in for some frozen treats today with my family and the cashier was so rude, definitely lost our business.

Always a great place to visit! It is always clean and fully stocked. The staff are wonderful and greet you as soon as you walk in and the loyalty program is always giving a discount or free cup. By far the best frozen yogurt shop around!

This is my favorite SweetFrog location and Ive been coming here since they opened! Its always clean and youre always greeted when you come in. They have a great frozen yogurt selection (my favorites are pineapple, mango, and raspberry pomegranate). They also have a lot of delicious toppings to choose from! Ive had nothing but good experiences here!

Pretty good selection at pretty good prices. The store and outside area was clean. Both indoor and outdoor seating were available. Wifi was free but a bit spotty. There was no issue with having our pup out front. Its good but not unique or in anyway special, but adequate.

Finally went there with the kids and thought it was amazing! Perfect location next to Target. We go in and shop for awhile, and if the kids are good, I get them sweetFrog. Love it and recommend it to everyone. Continue to keep going back and back!

Service was not good could not make a shake it was like water then offered to remake or refund so refund it was to be then taken 35min to get that if I did she had no way of showing me it was refunded just said have a problem come back or call the manager that was not even in well my child enjoyed her cup hope it get better. And my refund come .

I used to go to this shop more often in past experience when the ice cream tasted better. Nowadays, the ice cream doesnt taste like its been mixed properly or that its old ice cream.

Not bad taste wise but compared to other similar establishments, they have a small selection of frozen yogurt, icecream, etc. Fairly varied topping selection though.

A little pricey, but great concept and good variety

We decided to go to Sweet Frog because it was such a hot day And we wanted to celebrate our sons first day of school. We like Sweet Frog. It has great froyo with the right toppings but Sweet Frog is to expensive. We spent about $42 for three froyos....It is good but Sweet Frog is maybe only a yearly treat. The prices are too high but thanks for the sweet treat on a hot day!

This place NEVER ceases to amaze and/or satisfy me! I bought a Groupon (the $20 one) and I didnt realize it was for the Catonsville location and NOT the Laurel location. I was mortified! I brought my license, my son and my phone (absolutely no cash) completely sure I wouldnt need anything else. The 2 young ladies working literally called the owner to see if he could help and of course he did! Most places probably wouldve given me the whole sorry wrong location speech but they went above and beyond to help me out and had the manager switch something in the system so I could use the Groupon here! Thank you!

They have a party room! Just went to Sweet Frog for a four-year-olds birthday party. An associate was there to help as needed with the party but also to guide the guests in a few games. All of the children were given little prizes from the games and they got to get their own bowl of froyo and put whatever toppings on they wanted, with help from adults. The grownup guests were allowed to get froyo for a $4 flat rate if they were with the party. I do not know what the cost of the party was, but the associate helping was very helpful and personable and all of the children seemed to really enjoy the experience. I would definitely consider a birthday party thereAlso, their froyo is really tasty. A great variety of toppings, definitely comparable to competitors. The cheesecake bites in the froyo tasted better at than other froyo places.
