Amazing customer service. Katie went out of her way to check up on me, to make sure I was still vacating the storage unit. I missed my original date. She wanted to update me to insure I wouldnt have to pay for an extra month I didnt need. I had totally forgotten the payment was coming up. Thank you so much Katie for saving me $100. All of the staff are professional and helpful. I will recommend and do more business in the future.

Kristie was both friendly and professional. I was signed up expeditiously. The facility is enormous yet well maintained. An extra bonus is the drive through allowing you to park as close as possible to your locker. Reasonable pricing too. Highly recommend this facility.-James P

Management staff has always been very helpful but security of property is severely compromised. Our trailer has been broken into twice in less than a year. Were moving on to try to find better accomodations.

The cube smart in Laurel was robbed Saturday. They stole my $10,000 motorcycle after they cut the locks off of the trailer. They then stole other stuff from people including two landscape trailers, 2 cars and an RV. They disabled the gate and just drove right out with everyones belongings. Cube smart doesnt even care they said they have absolutely no responsibility for this situation. So if you would like to keep your belongings then dont use cubesmart.

The staff has been super nice ! The gate has ALWAYS been closed and entrance can only be gained by customers assigned codes, which helps to ease my mind some. On the other hand, while my storage unit was near the rear of the facility, I dont ever recall seeing any cameras on the outside of the buildings. I never seen many people in the lot at the same time anyway and the fencing very secure so its safe to say that I felt at ease storing my belongings there.

Checking in and renting a unit was easy and quick. Katie was knowledgeable and friendly. This is my second time patronizing the Laurel location; each time, I’ve been happy with my experience. Thanks!

We had a last minute problem with another storage location and on a Sunday afternoon CubeSmart helped up with a new spot for our camper. Devin was incredibly helpful and we appreciated last minute help very much.

What a positive experience. I had never rented storage and didnt know what to expect. I rented a small unit on a Sunday morning and within a half hour, Katie called me to make sure everything was fine. I went to the storage unit about an hour later and there was a bag with my lock, storage info and a thank you card from Katie. Top notch customer service! Wish I had thought to do this a long time ago.

Not happy with the amount I pay considering I have a indoor unit which is temperature controlled. Removed some of my belonging and mold was all over it.

I TOTALLY LOVE the no-contact reservation system. Maybe this is one good thing that has come from the COVID pandemic----it proves the no-contact system CAN work. It was very seamless and smooth.The facility has met and even exceeded my expectations; The isles are generally much wider than at other storage chains. This way, its much easier to back your van or truck right up to the door rather than to have to park parallel to it. This makes it much easier and faster to unload and load.Good job!

I was looking around for indoor, climate-controlled storage, and when I walked into this CubeSmart location, Katie helped me with everything I hoped to find. This is a place to store my stuff, so I wasn’t expecting an incredible customer service situation, but I got one. It was enough to convince me to pay a little higher price than I had intended just to know who I was working with and what to expect. I would highly recommend them.Also worth noting, I met the general manager, Kristie, who was also pleasant to work with. I also went to a different CubeSmart location, initially, which pointed me to this one for the climate controlled units. I didn’t catch her name, but I’m grateful for the extra help.

My experience at the Laurel MD location was great . I went into the local office and Katie assisted me let me advise that I never write reviews, however I had to write a review because Katie went over and beyond to assist me her service was outstanding! Everyone at this location is absolutely phenomenal they all went above and beyond to help me and to make sure that I had the best possible experience. Scott went out of his way to try to jump my car and get it running for 45 minutes, then offered to put the new battery in for me. Katie then helped me get in touch with a mechanic to help me with a possible car engine problem and hooked me up with a mechanic personally. Everyone at this location was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend that any one looking for storage goes here first! Very clean in the storage unit and they were very nice and helpful. I also had peace of mind that my items were secure and not compromised by any rodents or insects. I do believe they could have more dollies though. Other than that, I love CubeSmart.

Ive been with CubeSmart for about 4 yrs now and am very pleased with their service. They have various units of all different sizes; indoor and outdoor options (climate control). One thing I dislike is that theres no dumpster to use if you need to dispose of anything. Another think I dislike is that the fee raises annually and a decent sized, climate controlled unit is already expensive.

Katie and Kristie is the absolute best!I found the 10X10 storage out of the whim at a n unbeatable price. I was there for like 7 months. Now when i needed access to my unit and it was my fault for paying my bill late they would allow me access because they saw me as a person. When I moved out, they even prorated me which helped me out a lot because most places would never do that! Seriously I wouldn’t go to another CubeSmart than this one. Real Talk! These are some good people.

CubeSmart is simply AMAZING! My sister just relocated from the Mid-West with a drive over 13hrs. Prior to her arrival she made reservations at a Public Storage location in the Laurel area. We where excited about her new journey and expected to have a smooth move in transition. Unfortunately, when we arrived the property manager was very unwelcoming and wouldn’t accommodate our on-line reservation.He instructed us to go to their “sister- location” which was a complete inconvenience. However, we wanted to get this task over with. So we followed his instructions. Long story short, we arrived to the other Public Storage location and the office was closed with no property manger on site as promised. In that moment, we were so frustration and disappointed with their service.This is where CubeSmart stepped in to SAVE the DAY! We noticed their location across the street from the Public Storage and walked over to get prices.Immediately, when we walked in Kristie Witte and Scott Dunnigan greeted us with professionalism and awesome hospitality! With in moments my sister was all moved and ready to GO! This company went above and beyond the call of duty and we are forever grateful!
