Took a friend to look for a recliner. Sales associate was very pleasant and helpful. My friend found a suitable recliner, the purchase was made and arrangements were made for a timely delivery!

Went into farmers to find a king bed set with my daughter. The sales lady followed me after I repeatedly told her I was just looking. I went to the clearance room and looked inside of a dresser. There was bed bugs and dead roach bugs inside of the drawer. The couch looked really nasty not cleaned. The lady came back and asked what I was looking for and thats when I walked out. I told the lady numerous of times I was just looking and would notify her if I needed help. But after seeing the bugs in the dresser, I wouldnt buy anything from there. The dresser was on sale for 100 bucks which was loaded with dead roach bugs. Disgusting. Thats how you pass along bugs to peoples houses. Im calling dhec next week along with speaking with the manager.

I came in the store looking for a deep freezer and none of the caucasians female workers nor the caucasian guy in the office never came out to greet or ask could they help me Aunt B. But thats Mayberry Laurens for ya

They need to take the false advertisement down off the store. I was turned down for credit with them. I bought 3 vehicles and paid all them off early. But in only 5 minutes they ran my credit and said no. The sign says no credit needed get approved.... thats a lie. So i would never do business with them if they were the last store on earth. I hope the store goes under and the people that work there can not find a job after it goes under.

Went in to get new living room furniture and found the perfect set with the help of Denise Evans who was very knowledgeable and patient.And by the way this was the 5th store I had been to.Would recommended highly!!!

The sales ladies are absolutely wonderful. They always call right back if you have any questions. Also they are so helpful in the store especially when I had to purchase a new mattress. I have been doing business with them for years and they will continue to have my business! :-)

Went in on 7/8/19 to purchase mattress set was told be delivered on 17th after waiting all day I call to see whats going on with deliver to told now that Im down for delivery on 25th to then be told mattress wasnt even ordered now Im here with no mattress very poor business practices first payment would been do by time I get it guees take my business to Badcock

Customer service is useless. I bought a coffee table set that had one caster that was not machined properly and would not screw into the table. I called the store and over a period of 3 months they would not do anything about it and kept saying dont call us we will call you. I even went by the store and after making me wait 15 mins they came back and told me dont come by the store we will call you. I have always been polite and very patience. A few day later me and my wife went to another store looking at sofas and loveseats while we were there I showed them the deflected caster that I took with me and they were able to find one on one of their floor pieces and now my coffee table is finally level. Today I am going to pick up our new sofa and loveseat. Clearly the Laurens store is poorly managed and only wants your money.

Tried to work out a decent deal with them on furniture they were replacing but best they could do on furniture over a year old with stitching c coming loose and slime stuck to it was half off retail on old furniture. And even having to come pick up the old furniture still charged delivery on the new furniture. Store has very little selection with manager not willing to make reasonable offers or deals

This is the worst furniture store ever on so many different levels. Dont waste your time or money on their cheap merchandise and horrific customer service. When you walk in to make a payment the staff are all huddled up gossiping instead of serving the customers. Never in a million years will I do business with this poor excuse of a company again.
