Staff seemed very disinterested, and instead of trying to help me, directed me to go online or call customer service.

Heres my issue.. they 1. Are too lazy to answer the phone so the only customer service they really provide is how to be a lazy employee. 2. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.. Because for example the phone hotspot runs out, yes, but when I pay for an extra 10gigs and cant even use it because it doesnt work for some reason on anything but another phone? Thats total BS in my opinion. This company is the absolute worst and I seriously would not ever, EVER recommend anyone to this company.

Great place to get a new phone if you want to switch up your provider, the credit I got from switching from straight talk paid for my new phone and all I had to pay was $50 for that month of service. Aj was friendly and helpful and helped get me everything I needed.

They are unprofessional and i wouldnt reccomend anyone to get there service. My phone wasnt working for 4-6 months and they credited me for 2-3 months. They are thieves

Bought my phone here signed paperwork got home it was in Spanish. Wasnt told about a lot of hidden fees dont think they were truthful bout the phones the had or didnt have in stock. No where for handicap disabled people to sit. Staff friendly till you get your phone and pay them. District manager promised to email me a copy of English paper work never did. People we in america I dont but they ran out of English contracts.was not told a lot about phone. Skip this place go to another phone provider. Takes forever to get rebate if you ever get them. Customer service is clueless and dont speak plain english.

Started out with 40$ service 80$ for two lines my phone and my boyfriends phone were free after he switched over service providers. Mine was from mail in rebate that i was supposed to be reimbursed .i forgot to send in the paper work or go online and fill it out, but the phone wasnt that costly anyways. We both originally started out on 8gb data an each phone with a hotspot then went back in to get tempered glass one day and the staff told us we could upgrade to unlimited data at the same cost without a hotspot. We both love this place! and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I am in the process of trying to get my mother to change over too!😆

Down to 1 star. Poor store manager and asst. Both have a bad attitude towards customers about defective phone that literally caught on fire and was told to call and report stolen to get new phone instead of replacing phone that wasnt even 90 days old
