Oh my goodness...getting my new phone at the Laurens, SC Verizon store was beyond fantastic. I spent a very long time with a young man named Stephen. Even then I just wasn’t sure about upgrading. I was amazed at the professionalism Stephen showed even when I didn’t make a purchase. So I left the store to think. But a couple of hours later I returned. Stephen was at lunch but he seriously gulped down his lunch to come back and help me. He again spent a goodly amount of time, helping me get my new phone set up and ready to go. What a patient young man. He deserves gold stars for the knowledgeable, kind and patient service he provided me with today. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Purchased a Surface Pro X from Best Buy and tried to get it set up (as I was told would be an easy task), had some difficulties that Geek Squad and Verizon Tech Support couldnt figure out but CASSANDRA from the Laurens Store beat em all. SIM card works and now service on the Surface Pro. Take that Geek Squad and Tech Support, Laurens has their stuff together. Great Job Cassandra and will be coming back to you for any more help.

I have been with Verizon for over 12 years. Last week, after countless times in the Greenwood store, and knowing we had no contracts on any phones we currently had. I swore I would leave Verizon, not because of bad phone service, or a bill. But because over the years the Greenwood Location has had intolerable customer service, and it just continues to get worse.We went to Lauren’s desperate really, not wanting to actually walk in. But all the gentle men there where so helpful and down to earth it was almost a shock. They kept us with the company, just with their customer service. I bought a new device and they set things up, explained things told us what my phones features were. ( never in 12 years have I had customer service with this company) Like I did today. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I would recommend that store and these young men to everyone I know.

So had fabulous service on March 23, 2019 in your Lauren store from Stephen, Ben,and Jayall three of them were a great help came in because my phone started deleting everything they were able to back up to the cloud help me reset my password and in addition to that help me purchase a new phone for myself and one for my son these 3 guys are great great customer service very friendly made me feel like I was the only person around so kudos they did a great job!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I feel this store deserves my 1st google review. I upgraded a family members phone in this store in mid June and a $30 phone protection plan was added to the phone charge without my or my family members authorization. I would have never authorized a $30 protection plan on a phone that only cost $125. I asked why the bill was so high and was told it was taxes. Once I realized what the charge was, I asked for a refund from the store manager. The manager told me I would receive the refund by July 4th. I put in a call to the store on Aug 17th and was told by a lady the manager was not in and she would not tell me when they would be back in the store. IF A REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS STORE IS READING PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME!

These folks dont know what they are doing. Tell you one thing and its usually wronge. They tell you one price and when you get your bill it is lots more than they tell you. Not too honest.

Waste of time going to this store. We have a six month old iPhone with a defective speaker. We were told here that they had no way to check it, no one to fix it, warranty claim could be very expensive, and there was nothing they could do for us. Suggested we go to the Apple Store in Greenville. I gave it one star because the sales associate was polite.

The manager at Verizon was very knowledgeable of the product and made sure it worked and I knew how to operate it. I purchased a Hum.
