Busiest gas station I’ve ever seen. Long lines but the employees move the line along pretty swiftly. Great food and not to bad for a gas station

I went in on 8/2/21 afternoon staff to busy to make tea or have kiosk on Ive been a regular a great place to open a cafe or have cafe managed better

The male manager here handled the rude customer yelling at his employees very professionally! Think his name was mj. Very busy place and the employees here do a great job even though they’re understaffed

Bread is stalr and they upcharge for cheese a d chili on each item. Trying to talk to the clerk about it she talked like a robot

Sad excuse for a cafe anymore. I actually used to work in this cafe and definitely never had issues back then. The guy who made my order took half an hour to make a pizza and what was supposed to be a panini burger. Which he made into a regular burger made with the wrong toppings. Was super rude when I asked to get the pizza cut in party cut and was rudely told he could not do which is a lie considering every time I come get a pizza I get it cut that way. Would not recommend getting anything here from the cafe.

Very clean and friendy atmosphere. Also the best $5 large pizza around! Way better pizza than Cittle Leaser...

If I could give this place a half star I would. The lady that works in the cafe is rude every morning. She rolls her eyes when you ask her anything. Her customer service skills are horrible.

Filthy location, no toilet paper, asked employee and got attitude, Mentioned the state of the restroom to the cashier,who in turn told the mgr.. Mgr shrugged her shoulders and said I dont have time for that as she was walking out for a smoke

Good place. Used to be great. Been coming here literally since the day it opened. Tends to be short staffed these days with long lines. Also, cleanliness has gone down hill a bit too. Once you get to the register most of the staff seems to be on their cell phones or talking to someone else. Not as personable. Used to be a place where people knew me since Im there 2-3 times a day. Now, no one really seems to care who comes in the door, as long as they can get them out...

I’ve been coming here since it was a new store and it’s only gone down from there. I haven’t tried the restaurant but I would like to. The store is rarely stocked properly and there’s always trash everywhere. The other day when I was there about 5 boxes were scattered all over the floor with a bunch of plastic wrap. The grass in the parking lot is so full of trash that you’d need a landscaping company to come use a giant vacuum to get it all up. There was an employee outside changing the trash bags. I understand gas stations have staffing problems because I’ve worked for a gas station before, but I think speedway corporate should hire a cleaning service to get all the trash out of the grass at least and use a street sweeper in their parking lot. It would only shut them down for a few minutes. I’m sure the trash from neglect of their property and people throwing trash around has been blowing into the road and surrounding businesses and areas.

I go here multiple times daily. Food is great and customer support is as good as the employees can do, they try hard. FOOD IS AMAZING! ♡ it can be very busy at times.

This place was high quality when it first opened years ago, but dang it has not aged well. They arent well staffed, and their café is a joke now. The last time I was here I ordered taquitos- straight forward, every Speedway has them. This girl partially nuked them, and when I went to bite into them, the entire inside was super cold. I didnt even bother going back in to ask for new ones; I didnt want to wait, and I honestly didnt think shed do any better the second time.Its a large facility and has easy access points on either side, so its great for getting gas. But the quality inside just isnt worth the visit anymore, which is disappointing because I generally love and swear by Speedways.

Nice store, unfortunately you run a big risk of becoming invisible if you go inside to purchase anything. The employees enjoy long conversations with whoever is at the counter and could not care less that youre standing in line waiting to pay for something. Cost them a sale this evening and I sure as hell wont be going back. P

When they first opened this new location it seemed well-run, but my last experience was surprisingly bad.Just now I watched a cashier tell another customer that she made an error pre-authorizing his pump so he would have to get back in line to go through the process again. That guy had to come inside and wait in line twice because of her error. She wasnt at all apologetic and if I had been him I would have considered her rude.When I got to the front of the line the Speedway ID system was apparently not working so I couldnt complete my purchase.This tells me that Speedway is having issues with both hiring decent people and maintaining their own infrastructure and systems.If you just need to get gas here you might be okay, but I wouldnt recommend going inside.

Usually I go here for my fix of Pizza but unfortunately today they were only making personal pizzas. So that kinda ruined my kids movie night..🙄🙁Bummer...so I ended up getting a sub sandwich...I requested for it to be to be toasted...needless to say. I wasnt impressed my bread was tough and I wasnt happy...I spent $60 that day...Such a shame...

This is one of my favorite stops for gas every morning.

Im just going to leave this here.Im the Pepsi chick you called in on 8/9/16. As me and the other Pepsi guy were finishing up with your delivery in the 91 degree heat, the long brown haired manager thought it would be appropriate to tell us that she would have cussed us out had she known that we had the back door propped open. We dont have any air conditioning! I didnt think anything of this when she said it. I felt bad for her. And just making conversation i said, Dont worry- we dont either. I guess this was offensive, abusive and unruly which is what my manager was told by whoever called in.Id like to apologize and say that most of you guys are doing a wonderful job. I really hope that your air conditioning is fixed now. I can tell the heat was taking a toll on you. Even under the pressure of no air conditioning, the red haired woman working the hot grill was so kind to show me how to order food on the touchscreen. She went above and beyond with her kindness. And, my panini was amazing.Finally, dont worry about being bothered by me anymore. Im no longer with Pepsi. Id like to make one suggestion, though. The next time you guys are checking the order before its taken into the store, would you mind trying to not blow your cigarette smoke in our faces? I had nowhere to go, couldnt avoid it. The older supervisor/manager with short hair in a ponytail mustve been under pressure, too. Its okay. I understand working with no air conditioning. Our truck didnt have air conditioning, either.

I don’t know what’s changed in the last two months but there’s a lot of new faces that seem like they have no clue what they’re doing.

One night,I didn’t even get to shop there because the night cashier was staring at me with this very angry look before I walked into the store!!!!! I do not know what her problem is! As long as she’s working there, I will not be back!They hire a lot of rude employees,one of them is an elderly woman that has been there for a long time.I said have a nice day and she gave me an attitude and said “yeah right”because she hates working there!It seems like all the employees are like that.There is another woman that will ask you if you want anything else multiple times!You only need to ask me once if I want anything else!!!!!!!I don’t need to be asked several times!!!!!!!I suspect she has had customers that ask for other things later and she’s trying to avoid that but you can’t do that!!!!!!Ask me once and that’s all,thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The “do you want anything else”lady is also very pushy!She rushes you and makes you feel uncomfortable!She’s another rude employee that hates her job and is giving horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The men are rude too and there was a guy that was working in Speedy Café who had a disgusting beard eventually they made him wear a beard guard! Probably because they had complaints because this man looked like he had not showered in years!!!!!!!

They turned off the air hoses in the truck lanes and did not put up a sign. I lost two pounds of air before I realized the hose was letting air out. Manager was clueless.

Wish there were a way to mute the noise blasting out at the pump speakers - i hate that. otherwise a good place for gas.

A little short staffed for a Saturday night. Very long line, but it moved steady.
