I found Precision Auto Glass on a google search for shops near me and read the reviews. Then I filed a glass claim on-line with my auto insurance company and said I wanted to use (Precision Auto Glass) and I am glad I did. I had one car that needed a new windshield and one car that just needed a rock chip repair. I chose the, come to my home option and got them both fixed right in my driveway. Clint Kelley was the technician and he was experienced, professional, and did a great job. I couldnt be more pleased. Now I got free rock chip repair for life and I highly recommend them. These guys were awesome. Quick quote and that was exactly what I paid. My car was done hours before the promised time. I called one day, installed the next.The younger girl who quoted us, set the appointment and charged us out was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Employees like her are keepers and should always be cherished. She was the only person we worked with there, she was the voice and face of this company. If she was bad I’d never return. Because of the job of the installer, and her positive attitude, we have found the window place we will always use.

Needed to replace two windshields at once. When doing web search, came across Precision Glass nearby which Id never heard of. After reading reviews they were all so good, so I wondered if they were real. I called for a quote, and quote was almost half of other quotes so set up appointment. I figured windshields may be a bit wavy, or have flaws mentioned in other companies reviews because they were so much less.Their technician Clint came by at first part of appointment window. As I sat and watched, he replaced both windshields. I had thought of doing job myself so had watched many YouTube videos and knew what needed to be done for correct install but never mentioned to Clint.Windshields were both done right. Installation went quickly but not because Clint was hurrying, but because he was obviously quite experienced and had the right tools. I couldnt see any flaws in either windshield, but Clint pointed out what I thought was a small scrape on windshield after hed cleaned it. He offered to replace windshield or discount price. I took discount because it was small and wouldnt affect integrity of windshield. Even with discount for scrape, total cost was about $20 less than quoted and there were no add-ons which I was expecting.So, in my opinion, these guys are for real and the reviews are legitimate.I would highly recommend Precision to any one and tell you to ask for Clint! This review is honest. I dont know anybody at Precision and hadnt heard of them before. The only thing I got for this review was a can of glass cleaner AFTER everything was said and done and I told Clint I was pleased and would leave a good review. I called around and shopped out 5-6 other Auto windshield repair shops, and not only was Precision Auto Glass the lowest price I found, their price to come to my house and replace my wifes mini-van was lower than every other shop requiring me to bring my van to them. Of course other shops offered on-sight replacement, but their up-charge for that was WAY more expensive. I thought because it was such a good deal, that perhaps Id loose out on customer experience, materials, or quality of the install. I couldnt be more wrong. The Installer, Clint, was fantastic! He called/arrived when they said they would, he quoted me 30 minutes to get the job done, and roughly 25 minutes later, he was done! I had a few other cosmetic issues going on with the window seals that he fixed, and then he totally went the extra mile and fixed a area on the Van where someone had rubbed their car against the fender. I 100% recommend using these guys, you will not be disappointed! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Great windshield at a good price. Staff was super cool. I was about to give a 5 star until I took the tape off today and noticed they chipped the paint on my truck all along the top of the windshield. I am just sick about it.

Super helpful. I stopped by to order a small side window on my RV which is a sprinter van. Turns out I didn’t need to replace the window, just the crank mechanism that is attached to the window. Helped clean the crank mechanisms so they will work better and I’ll be back to have him replace and fix the window when the part is better.

Clint Kelley replaced our windshield in our SUV. He came to our house and he was professional, on time, and did a great job. He was even nice enough to come back when I missed his call 🤦.The kind lady that answered the phone to set up my appointment was very efficient and had great customer service skills. She called my insurance right then, put us on a conference call, and got everything set up within a few minutes. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Precision has done handful of windshields and recently a passenger window that blew out on the freeway. Just had my windshield replaced here and the staff was amazing and got us in and out quickly. The price was also fantastic. We went to go somewhere else because they have a contract with our insurance but they wanted to charge us $540.00 to replace the windshield just because that was our deductible and wouldnt let us reschedule without using our insurance. We would have been charged $360.00 without using insurance, instead we used Precision Auto Glass and paid $250.00. So friendly and did an amazing job!!!!! They will always have my business.

They were the only ones that didnt give me the run-around on my motorhome windshield fix, other companies basically said to sell it, they wouldnt warranty it either, Precision explained all the steps they go through and will square up if needed when the glass is in so I shouldnt have that problem anymore, They also replaced my Tahoe windshield glass, what a great job they did

They are super nice. If you need a windshield fixed go to them! They had to replace my windshield because it cracked and it took about an hour and 15 minutes, which unfortunately is a long time to wait, especially if youre going to sit there and wait (which I did). They do have a tv in the waiting room with Netflix, YouTube and other apps so you can watch that while you wait which is nice. When they gave my car back it was having a problem with it and they wouldnt let me leave until they discovered the problem. They looked for about an hour and tried all these different things to fix it. Unfortunately they werent able to find the problem let alone a solution, but they were very kind and said that if it was a result of something they did that they would pay to have it fixed. They also wanted to know if it manages to fix itself and promised to call tomorrow to find out how it is working. They are so nice and helpful! If you need a windshield fixed go to them!!

I took my husbands car here for windshield replacement and they were the best price for quality! I came 15 minutes early just in case and they got me in right away, estimated time to get it done was 90 minutes but they were done in a hour.

The girl who answered the phone (cant remember her name) was so professional and not pushy at all. Someone was at our house the next day. Way did I give Precision Auto Glass 5 stars. They are awesome. I had a windshield that lost its seal and started to leak water into the fuse box. I took my car to the place that installed the windshield to see if they would fix the bad seal. They were recently bought by another company. These companies are major chains. I asked how much to replace my windshield and was given a price I thought was high and was frustrated they would not warranty their work better.I called Precision on New Years Eve. They were closing / closed for the day, however they listen to my issue. They quoted me a great price. I asked if they would be willing to stay until I could drive my vehicle over and park it in their garage to avoid being out in the snow storm. They had room and accommodated by staying until I could get there. Car was fixed first day after the holiday.I would recommend them to everyone. They are wonderful people and give great service!

Quality friendly customer service!!!Had a windshield replacement done by their mobile team while I was at work. Was greeted kindly and courteously. They installed the glass and was done in a reasonable amount of time.Two weeks later in my brand new windshield I got a rock chip. I called in and they told me to swing by the shop and take a look at it and see if they can fix it.
