I am so happy with the work that Nate and Mike did. We just replaced our Kitchen window and they did a fantastic job. They showed up right on time and did the whole install quickly. The free rock chip add-on is very generous.But I have to say that they were the only glass company to give me a quote that included both labor and tax. This is a very respectful thing to do. I would definitely use them again! We had a broken window and I called for an estimate on how much it would be. Someone came out in the next couple days. He was very friendly and happy to answer my questions. We had to wait 3 weeks for the glass but thats because it was a custom size. When our glass was ready, Chad and Drew came and installed the new window within 30 minutes! Very quick and we are very happy 😁

Valley Glass did a good job fixing the window on our car last Thursday. Staff were friendly and the window replacement went quickly. It has been a few days and we have had no problems, so I assumed the install was done correctly. The new window is amazing, its like driving a new car. The best part about the whole experience was that they did the window for about $100 less than the other bid we got for the window job. To top that they said they would replace rock chips for free as long as I own the car. I used to go to techniglass in Clearfield however I went to get a rock chip repaired a couple months back and they refused to honor my lifetime repair because they were aquired be Safelite the signage inside and out was still techniglass. I ended up spending close to the cost of this new windshield to repair three chips. Fast forward to last week I went to get a bid and the signage was changed and they bid $100 over Valley Glass and no free rock chip repair. Thanks Valley Glass, I will be back.

June 29th updated review: They took care of the repair like they said they would! As far as the window replacement goes… they did a great job and they repaired the damage that was done to my Jeep. Took a little longer than I wanted but it’s taken care of and that’s all that matters!Previous review: I’ll be coming back to update my review based on how they handle my situation. I was going to have Safelite come to my house to repair my cracked passenger side window but my insurance agent talked me into going to Valley Glass because she refers a lot of people to them. Shortly after they took my Jeep back, the gentleman I was working with came up to me and said, “Nate… there was an accident in our shop and unfortunately your Jeep was damaged. We are going to get the window replaced and then we can go out together and assess the damage. I’m so sorry….” Window got replaced and sure enough there was a nice dent on my Jeep.Having owned a business myself I understand that things happen… mistakes happen and people aren’t perfect. They made a mistake… there’s a debt in my Jeep but all I care about is what they’re going to do to fix it and make it right. He let me know that their insurance person is in St George this weekend and will be reaching out to me the beginning of next week so that we can get this fixed. He didn’t have me oat for the replaced window yet and personally I don’t think I should have to with what happened but I’ll leave that up to them. Dealing with insurance is ALWAYS a nightmare so I’m interested to see how painless or painful getting this fixed is going to be and after everything is fixed and taken care of then I’ll come back to update my review. It’s times like this that you get to see how much a business truly does value their customers and if they make a mistake what they’re going to do to make things right.

We came in to use our wasatch savings 2020 to 2021 $10 off for a chip that started growing. It was so tiny that they did not charge us. We were able to get right in early in the morning. Their lobby is open and so clean. The location has easy access from Main and Gentile.

I went to Valley Glass in Layton a few weeks ago to have a windshield chip repaired. The service was so fast. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. My husband had a chip in his truck windshield, so I ran home and brought that one in to be repaired as well. The chips were almost completely undetectable afterwards. A genuinely great experience.

Very good customer service. Found another chip I had missed on the windshield and repaired that one also. Cynn, the lady I dealt with, also answered my questions about replacing the windshield in the future if we need to. My wife and I have had glass repairs done in the past and will continue to have them done there.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Don’t let them replace your windshield. August 26 a Windshield is installed crooked, sticks out on upper Left side, doesn’t cover the trim on the R side. I thought they had scratched the paint in 2 places. I called and got an after hours service saying a manager would be texted and would call me. Danica didn’t call. Went back next morning and Dustin tells me it’s urethane on the paint, but doesn’t remove it. Wants 2 weeks to let urethane cure to replace the windshield “with a higher quality one”??? So they used a poor quality windshield the first time? I stood there as a Replacement was scheduled for September 9 at 8am. I arrive and they’re having a meeting. While removing items from my car Dustin comes out to meet me and says he has bad news. Glass is backordered until September 28. But nobody bothered to call me? Wasting my time for the second time, he still offers no apology. I ask what kind of operation he’s running. Again no apology other than they’ll get me on the schedule end of September after the back order. But then the next day I’m called saying glass is in and ready to schedule. Really? So did they even order replacement “upgraded glass for the 9th” or forget? Did they forget to schedule me? Did they not have installers there that day? Dustin won’t say. He simply said they never know when a supplier will have glass. He blames a crooked install on bad glass. And still never offered an apology when I asked if he was really being honest with me about forgetting to order glass or have installers there or even bothering to call before I waste 2 trips to the store. Don’t use Valley Glass Layton.**Update: the business response was written by somebody outside the store and completely unfamiliar with what actually happened. I didn’t bring issues to your attention until the next day? I called same day at 5:30pm, as I had arranged to pick the car up at that time. Your “after hours service” said they would text Danica, who never called me about the damage to the paint after your poor quality install. After receiving no call I returned first thing the next day, not wanting to leave the car sitting outside overnight. Dustin acknowledges the crooked installation and leftover urethane in the paint in 2 places. This isn’t about glass quality. It’s about installation quality and very poor customer service. 3 trips to have a windshield installed properly & 3 trips to have urethane removed from the paint is unacceptable.

Im over 50 in age, so Ive had a few windshields replaced. This is by far the BEST experience Ive ever had. Carson and his awesome partner came to my home and had me a my cracked windshield replaced in about 30 minutes. Then Carson helped me solve another issue on my wifes car from another company replacing her windshield last year and they broke off all the clips in her windshield side trim. Carson put me with Kylee at Valley Glass on the spot and she ordered me a new trim for my wifes car for under $18. Wow, thanks Valley Glass and especially Carson and Kylee (I hope I spelled this close to correct). These guys are the best!!!

They were very quick, polite, and thorough, same day they came out and measured. The longest wait time was after ordering the windows panes since what I needed was not a standard size it was 6 to 10 days. They got me right in on the schedule and came and changed all three of them out in about an hour. I will definitely be recommending them in the future.

They had the rock chip repaired in less than 10 minutes, filed the insurance claim and gave me a free can of glass cleaner. Great customer service! Would definitely return for any glass needs!

First of all, the work they did looks fantastic. I had them install a Euro glass shower corner enclosure and a large mirror above the vanity. They had to work with bowed shower walls, non-square walls, and a gap between the wall and vanity and they still made it look awesome.More importantly, they were great to work with. From the first time I called to set up a estimate they were responsive and respected my time. They are serious about customer satisfaction as well. I also highly admire their integrity. I had already agreed to pay for a change that I wanted. Jess went back to the office to find out how much it would cost. He found some new information and rather than let me pay what I already thought it would cost, he called me back and lowered the price. I would highly recommend Valley Glass.

4 am New Years morning, a rock shattered our front window, the stationary part, and left a huge hole. We called Valley Glass the next day, they came out, ordered the new replacement and brought it out and did the job, quickly and efficiently, and left me with a clean and whole window. Thanks guys, Danika and everyone else we dealt with were all kind and very efficient.

We called around for the best price for our window, and Valley Glass was considerably cheaper. They sent someone out that day to give us a quote. Matt came to fix our window and was done in under an hour. He was so nice and offered to help move our furniture back after fixing the window. If I ever have a son who throws a rock at a window and shatters it again, Ill definitely call Valley Glass again!
