I was sent the wrong item for my truck, and after following their return instructions I’ve still yet to receive a refund or the correct product after nearly 2 months. All you get from customer service is the runaround and no one gives you a straight answer. Very unimpressed as I sit waiting on an answer for my $800+ spent on a part that was sent incorrectly…

These folks had my parts to me from Utah to Ohio in a week during the worst time to try to ship something. Very impressed. A few of the parts I ordered were obviously from different manufacturers. On the manufacturers websitee it said the parts were over a month out from shipping. These folks made it happen.Update 8/29/21: MOTHER OF GOD!!!Finally got the truck back together, got the fuel lines bled, and fired it up. Sounds like a whole different truck. I was finally able to play with the tuner and have the truck running smooth. It is now the beast it always wanted to be. Cant believe how much more power was pent up in this little 5.9 Cummins.Thank you again

I will update this review once I get my order. But so far, I am less than impressed with the transaction. I ordered a part early on Monday morning and was told it would definitely ship out that morning. I made sure to ask this question twice as it was very important given some timelines on my end. I had yet to receive tracking or an update on the order and called in towards the end of the day on the following Tuesday. It had not shipped yet and was still at the vendor. I was told it was ready for USPS pickup and that is was shipped in the eyes of Diesel Auto Power. I was also informed on this phone call that orders generally take 2-days to process. I find it deceitful that a sales rep will basically say what is needed to get the sale executed rather than inform me that typically orders take 2-days and they can not guarantee shipping. Likely wont spend my money here in the future.Wish I had read the previous low ranked reviews. Seems like they try to get then sale, then customer service is a dumpster fire afterwards.

Awesome to work with. I worked with Matt and Fred. Both were very helpful. I will not be going to any other shop again. I dont believe in bashing other shops so I will keep their name off of this, but I had called another local shop to ask for some advice and to see if they could answer some of my questions. I had a terrible experience. My dad has spent a lot of money at the other shop and I have had them do a little bit of work for me in the past as well. I was surprised to say the least with the arrogant attitude and the unprofessional way of answering my questions. I had a good friend of mine refer me to DAP and I will never go to another shop again. I called in to ask about pricing and some other questions and first talked with Fred. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I took my injectors in and talked with both Fred and Matt. Both had great attitudes and I could tell they would be honest with me. 2 Injectors tested bad. I sought their guidance in what injectors would be best for my truck with the upgrades I already had. They pointed me in right direction. I got my injectors back in a very quick manor. Threw them in and was having a different issue non related to injectors. Went back in to pick their brains and yet again they pointed me in the right direction. Truck is running good and I am a very happy customer. I have worked in a similar industry and know the importance of having a good customer. I believe if we are a good customer then we will be treated as such. Thank you Diesel Auto Power. Matt and Fred...you guys deserve raises!haha Look forward to working with you guys down the road!

Only problem I had was a sweatshirt they sent me the wrong size, I emailed them and they sent me a return label and had the correct size at my door two days after! I purchased my quadzilla and 150hp injectors from here and they work great. But most importantly when an if I ever have a question these guys know their stuff when I call with a question they know it and if not they try to help find the answer. This is a great place!

Overall, the experience was awesome! I purchased a package deal VP44 and FASS fuel system from them. I called in to inquire about several things, and they were able to answer all of my questions before making the purchase. I received my shipments much quicker than I was expecting (around 2 days). I will definitely be giving them my business again in the near future, when I decide to pull the trigger on some more parts for my 24v.

I bought some new injectors through these guys they were awesome to work with and they had the best price I could find. About 3000 miles later my truck started to misfire. I called and asked customer service if they have ever had that problem. They told me to pull the injectors out and bring them up to them so they can look at the for me. After a couple days they got back to me saying they found some degree in the injector and got me back on the road in no time. I would recommend this company to anybody, great service, trustworthy people, and very helpful with any questions.

I ordered fuel lines on december 7th, I sent you an email on december 30th. On january 6th, I had not receive my order and no answer from your company. I sent you a new email on january 7th, no answer. By chance I paid with Paypal, I was able to get a refund by them. Never got an answer/explanation from you! (Sorry for my english, I usually speak french).

I just installed a set of DAP 75hp injectors in my 01 Ram 24 valve and they are great. Smoother idle than stock, great power, no smoke. Approximately 1-2 MPG increase so far, Ill know better after a few long trips.Quick shipping, great price and products. Thanks!

About a year ago I Purchased two injectors for my dodge diesel, noticed after awhile my truck was smoking black a lot!! Ended up getting worse, well unfortunately I was sent the wrong injectors!! By the time I found out my engine was damaged I now have Washed out cylinders and Lots of blow by, but wait you might wanna keep reading. So I did what anyone would do and called DAP and told them they had sent me wrong injectors and that my engine was damaged! Rightfully so they wanted proof, after sending them back they agreed that they had done wrong! They had said this has never happened before and they were gonna make this right! Well wow did they ever!!! DAP ended up rebuilding an engine for me with all new injectors plus shipping it all the way to Alberta Canada where I live and finding a diesel shop up here to do the swap all at their cost. I can not say enough good things about this company and am 5 star times ten impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone for anything !!!!! I would also like to say a special thanks to Mitchell and the warranty department for everything that they have done for me!!!!!! My truck is running great!!!!

Order injectors for my truck and worked great. Had to call back to get copper washers and removal nut as they weren’t sent with the injectors the first time but customer service was A+. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love going through DAP. Ordered injectors and they came in 2 days with the free shipping option (i live in michigan). Then was pricing a exhaust and CAI to help with my egt after the injectors and DAP was the best price between several other sites. Emailed customer service about the shipping (exhaust shipped seperately from CAI so i wanted to clarify and make sure everything was square with my order) and whoever emailed me back was extremely polite and got back to me within an hour. Highly recommend and will definitely keep working with DAP!

I bought a cp3 pump from DAP and had it put in by my mechanic just to find out that it had a leak. This is a 5.9 hour job. My mechanic had to pull everything back off and do the job all over again. Not to mention that I had paid for a 2 day delivery that took a week. Then had to re order the part which took another 3 days. I will say Mitchell that works here was a big help and got it done for me in a reasonable amount of time and I appreciate that. Thanks Mitchell!. Sorry I digressed, so all in all I had to pay my mechanic to do the work twice. 🤬 I fell I should be compensated something for the messed up part. Hope to hear from someone soon.

I ordered from them a while back and had a horrible experience, but they said to give them another shot so I did ordering even more then before. Wow did i make a huge mistake. there customer service is absolutely horrible the only time there care is when you are paying and if they mess up its your fault not theirs i have never seen just a horrible customer service i talked to the owner and he said yes they messed up but it didnt matter and refused to talk to me again by ignoring me even though i had to pay for there mistake literally! this company is a joke and trash!!!! Do not shop here unless you like waiting 2-3 times as long as it should be for your stuff and when they forget to give you stuff you purchased that you have to pay for the shipping of those items or (even know i paid for them from them) to go buy them from somewhere else and too bad.

What a nightmare if a business the customer service and parts team are very rude the most rudest people i have have ever come across the company sent me wrong parts for my truck and i have tried to have them just to exchange the parts which the parts guy was extremely rude and laughing about their mistakes that they never make mistakes that its the customer who makes the mistakes .the parts guy goes on telling me that i dont know my business that i need to get out of being a mechanic that i do not know anything very very rude and argumentative i will never trust this company ever again very DISHONEST people SCAMMERS BEWARE
