Had to buy a battery. I have a foot in a cast and I walk with a cane. They saw me coming in and took my old battery and carried the new one out for me. They have always been helpful. Auto Zone is my go to place.

I like AutoZone. Seems like they always have everything I need sometimes as well mess up with their willing to fix it.

Some of the best help I have ever received. I was replacing a battery, the connection snapped as I was taking it off. The corrosion on the battery made the bronze weak. Most places would have just let it be, these guys spent the next hour helping me figure out how to replace the connections and get the new battery back in place! I will be back again!

Girl manager Amanda was mean to customers and co workers, when I was checking out her co worker which was awesome that had been helping me out she wouldn’t come over and help us because she was off the clock and couldn’t even come over and type in her code so I could get my moneys back from I tool I had rented we had to wait for 20 min for the other manager to show up so I could get my money.

Very helpful staff. Justin, the assistant manager, if I recall correctly, was the one who helped us. We ended up not needing to purchase anything this time, and even so, he happily spent another 20 minutes helping us.

1. The store manager is extremely rude to customers, hard to understand when speaking to on the phone or in person, and doesn’t really know his job. I’ve argued with him before over a part that I needed and he gave me the wrong part on multiple occasions. Staff is friendly and helpful, but not a knowledgeable as they should be when working on vehicles or the know how to do so, bring back the old manager and staff again There must be a reason why the old assistant managers quit with the new one that came in.2. My Girlfriends car battery went out on her when I was out of town. I bought a new battery from Autozone for her to put in that was at my house, she took the battery to Autozone for help to install. The Store manager refused to help her put it in, claiming she didn’t buy it there, even though I bought it, so a nice red shirt employee helped her install the battery before he started work that day. Is this the type of people you want running and ruining your business?3. Store manager is very rude and demeaning to assistant managers and employees on a daily basis. To the point that they don’t want to come in or people don’t want to help the store. Maybe this is something corporate should think about.

The store manager, Leo, was amazing. He tried everything he knew how to help us loosen a severely corroded nut and bolt. He was incredibly patient and courteous. We will be back because if the customer service we received here.

Cant believe how much batterys cost. They werent very friendly either.

The staff is always very helpful. Its great to get the $20 reward after a certain amount of purchases. Prices are comparable to other auto parts stores. This particular location seems to habe a smaller inventory than others nearby. I love how close to home it is.

I had been having issues with my battery, Jackob took the time to test it and help me out with what we thought was just a bad connection. Few days later it was more than a bad connection and the battery needed to be swapped out. Jackob was very nice and helped me out with that too. He very friendly and accommodating.

Went in to get a motorcycle battery tested. It was dead as i suspected and couldnt be revived. They didnt have one in stock but gave me a suggestion ofbwhere to go. I appreciated their help

I dont know anything about cars, so when my car suddenly wouldnt start or turn over or anything, I thought I was in big trouble. I walked to the Auto Zone and told them what was going on and, without skipping a beat, one of their employees grabbed some gear, offered me a ride back to my car, and got it fixed without charging me a dime. They were quick, friendly, and more than willing to go the extra mile!

I had came in to get windshield wipers and brake pads for the front and rear tires of my vehicle and a man named Parker helped me on 6/29 I get home and put one windshield wiper on and its to big for my vehicle so i go back and return them and got a different kind then i get home and tried to put the break pads on which was also the wrong kind so i go back again to return the pads and get what was supposed to be the correct kind this time a lady named Sarah helped and Parker was also there and explained this is the second time i came back in a day because i was given the wrong parts and i told them multiple times what type of car i have and the year so now 6/30 I try and put the pads I already exchanged once and once again they gave me the wrong kind three times i had to go back because they could not give me the right parts for my vehicle I will not be going back to this locationthey are not very knowledgeable and wasted my time .

Excellent staff. Very helpful, friendly, and fun. I had questions and then showed me on their vehicle how to do something.

The person who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me information about the whole variety of windshield wipers that fit my car. He even installed them on my car after I had picked out a pair.

Always go here when I need a part fast. They will also loan you specialty tools that you would otherwise have to buy.

Amazing, the clerk there was able to figure out my issues with my car not starting up and dying and I ended up having to buy a new alternator was turned out great and a new battery I will recommend the store to anyone whos looking for parts.
