This location has some great employees. Went in there today to get some handsoap and check out the body mists, and a few other things with my Mom. Anne I believe her name is amazing and made my visit wonderful. 5 stars to her. I will keep returning to this location. Keep up the great work and customer service. Thank you!!

Love their scents and products but prices have gone up and coupons have disappeared. Every time I go in, there are 20 employees that will not leave me alone. Its a turn off

Wowza the employees here are very friendly and helpful! They met me at the door, offered me hand sanitizer and offered to guide me where I needed to go. I’m more of a fall scents person so I ended up leaving without purchasing anything but that store is a treat.

I sweat I am addicted to this place. They have some of the best scents, and prices that I can afford as well! They have sales quite often. This location specifically is my favorite one!!

Always a sale of some sort. We love stocking up on car scents, hand gels and hand soap scents for the season! So much fun!

Staff is super helpful and non-intrusive. Store is arranged well to accommodate in store shopping. Selection is always updated and in stock. My wife and I have fun exploring the new scents and media. We bought a wall plug for the first time. Leaves a nice, low intensity consistent smell compared to the more powerful three wick candles. Both have their place. Glad this place seems to be doing well!

I prefer to look at the merchandise without having employees swarm all over me which seems to be to discourage shoplifting, no problem. Just let me browse and if I need your help I will come to you, not you come to me. We good? Alrighty.

Just want to give a shout out to Annee. She went above and beyond today. My daughter wanted a crab sanitizer holder so bad and they were out of them. Annee called several stores trying to find one, but no luck. She was very apologetic and sincerely felt bad that she couldnt find one... she even tried to help my daughter pick something else out. She took down my name and number and said she would call me if they got any in stock. We walked out of the store and I received a call within minutes that they just had a delivery and had one in stock! My daughter was so excited and it made her whole day. Annee was even very patient with my girls and let them count out all their change to pay for their stuff. It was such a little thing that made such a big difference in my daughters day. Thank you Annee! You are amazing.

This destination is always one of my wifes favorites its addictive I dont think she cannot go in there and drop at least $100 and come out and have this enormous smile on her face its fun for me to watch and worth it cuz this is like Disneyland to her its one of her most favorite places to go

Horrible! I just left after being followed around the store by leomar, I made sure to get her name so I could report her. There was other customers in the store but she was only following me and bothering me. I know it had to do with my color cuz I seen her talking to another employee while looking at me. I loved this store but not anymore because of the racial profiling. Sad to see it.

I actually shop at bath and body a lot! But this last trip, I will not be shopping at the Layton one and I dont even know how I feel about their customer service contact!! I was missing items when I got home and I called and they said so sorry, nothing we can do about it? So I paid for things, on my receipt, that I did not get!! Thats so not cool at all!!! Check your bag for every single item before you leave because they dont care at all!!

Cant get enough of their candles and cute little stands. Im kinda a germ freak all the time way before the pandemic. I love the spray hand sanitizer so many yummy smells will be a forever favorite for me.

Very busy. Long line to get in but only waited five minutes. Packed in the store, but everyone one very friendly. The checkout line was also long, but moved quickly and the cashier was very nice.

Esther was so rude. I will not be coming back to this store again. She was so patronizing not only to the customers, but also to the employees that work there! How can someone who works in retail be so bad at customer service?? Not only was she yelling at another employee (who was just doing their job), she was rude to my daughters and made them too scared to ask for help. Definitely not coming back again and Esther really needs to get off her high horse and check herself.

I will never step foot in this store again. Esther at the door was rude to my kids who are 12 telling them they couldnt come in without buying stuff and said they are messing up their numbers. I have worked for this company and know their emphasis on good customer service, this was not it. Rude employees do not belong at this company. We did buy stuff although I didnt want to give money to a company that treats their customers like that. Never again.

Love this store!!! Had no clue they sold mens products as well and boy am I happy I found out they did. Freshwater is by far the best scent I have found!! And their wallplug scents have been great inside of my home they last a very long time and smell better then any other wallplug scent I have ever bought in the past.

Wanted to swap out some soap flavors, and they were very good about it. We always cant wait to get home and use all the new fun flavors of soaps we find there. Everyone there is always so helpful and friendly. We love Bath & Body Works!

I am addicted to the hand sanitizers!!! This is one of my all time favorite stores!!

I went to Bath and Body Works in the layton hills mall with my five year old daughter. As soon as we entered the store, my daughter ran up to this older sales lady and said, Do you remember me? The sales lady, I think her name was Ladean, said absolutely, sweet girl gave her a hug, then took her by the hand and lead her to the fragerances where she pulled out one with glitter in it and sprayed it on her. Mandy smiled from ear to ear and showed everyone we met the rest of the day! Ladean was as interested in making a little girl happy as making sale, which I may add also happened. Yes, we will be a frequent customers. We need more sales people like her!

This place doesnt carry any of the foot lotions or the foot scrubs that exfoliate. You find them only online.I originally took in my fragrance Sensual Amber to exchange for one that I received for Mothers Day, and they dont even carry it in the store.The bottle I had didnt even have the plastic slender pump in the bottle for the sprayer.

They have tons of different scents with lotions, body spray, shower gel, candles and more. There is definitely something for everyone. I love the seasonal scents they have so its always fun to go since there is usually something new. The staff here are really helpful and make sure you have everything you need. Make sure you shop the sales, because otherwise it is pretty expensive.

I attended this store during the $4.95 sale yesterday. Although the store was crazy busy, a wonderful sales representative named LuDean took the time to help me with everything I needed. She was kind, helpful, and wonderful to work with. I walked away happy with everything I wanted and would go to this store again and again. Thank you!

I love Bath and Body Works, but especially this location! I love coming in and seeing sweet LuDean. Shes so kind and precious and just makes shopping that much more fun.

Esther was very friendly & helpful. She helped me with everything I needed. She also asked if I was getting their emails. I told her that I was supposed to get them but I dont for some reason. She gave me $10 off a purchase of $30 or more just for updating my information.

Amazing selection of lotions, body sprays, candles, and even hands sanitizer!! Everyone was very helpful! They answered any questions we had, specially regarding their aromatherapy products! Their prices are a little expensive.... but they usually have a really good sales.

I was shopping for my wife, and this older lady named Ladean was so helpful, funny and enjoyable. She told me where to find the best deals and had great suggestions. I am going back for more gifts in the future!

I came in because they were having a candle sale and none of the staff greeted me or acknowledged me. I think the sales are great and they have wonderful products but if someone acknowledged me I would have felt more compelled to spend money. I love their body sprays!

Clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and there are often discounts. It is a very loud store with a lot of smells and often a lot of people, so it is not a great place for people who may be overstimulated, but I always have a good time there and get quality products.

This is probably one of my favorite stores. I love the employees that clean store. All the sales and smells. I can never leave this store on the budget i set is my only down fall with this store. The aisles are big enough to make your way through them as well.

The mens section makes mall trips worth it.

This store always carries pleasantly fragrant candles. I like their white citrus wash as it is invigorating. The mahogany wash is also wonderful.

Great smelling, somewhat decent lotion. Very friendly staff. I wish they sold the popping foaming moisturizer year round. Stop bundle pricing to manipulate me into buying more. I would buy more if they reduced the price for one. I dont like spending $30 in one stop for lotion. I would keep coming back if the bottles were $8.

Love Bath and Body Works . Yes its pricey but lotion on the skin is very important so might as well get some that smells amazing. My favorite is the buy 3 and get 3 free . Every month I will spend about $60-$100 for my body spray, lotions and hand soaps and my car smells and every penny is worth it.

I mean, I love their stuff, but its dang expensive. And honestly, I dont go often enough that I have to smell everything in the store before I can make a decision. Then it gets overwhelming and sometimes the employees try to be way too involved in your choices, and sometimes, when you really want help, theyre nowhere in sight. I dont know, Im not obsessed. I think I just prefer getting whatever liquid hand soap at Wal-Mart for $7 less.I have to say though, my daughters absolutely love everything about it. So they can spend their money the way they choose. And this is one of their top priorities.

Love this place, oringinally gave a 3 star. But have change my mind. Went there with my grandson and was nicely greeted and ask if I needed help by a young lady. I told her no. That I wanted something not sure what, were just looking around. She said some kind words and left us to shop. Well an older lady wouldnt stop following us and asking stupid 😡 questions. Acting like I was going to steal. So I started to play along. Every time Id pick something up to smell it she would actually take it from me and put it back and recommend something else. So I decided I wasnt going to make up my mind for awhile. Had time to kill. I then started saying I want this or this and this woman told me she would carry it for me. Huh? She would take the item and walk all the way to the register and set it behind the counter. Then come back. Now Im not the only shopper in the store. So why am I getting all the attention. You couldnt but only tell she was trying to get us out of there. So I kept her holding on to stuff putting it back, taking stuff to her pile of stuff she didnt want me to steal. Finally I go to the register to pay as she followed. Started to pay and started telling her naww I dont think I want this and that all the way to the last thing. Then told her I really couldnt concentrate on shopping and cant make up my mind. And that Ill just come back later. Well later hasnt come. My light friends or youd probably would say white friends want to go cause a scene there. And have her fired. (More things happened. ) But asked them not to. They said they wouldnt and that that lady can go to hell by herself. Cracked me up but really theres nothing funny about the situation. It happens all the time to darker shaded humans here in Utah. All over the country. But this is my home state. I shouldnt be made to feel like this, sad and scared in my home. I didnt teach my children racsim and bigotry. Utah did. I am not proud to call Utah my home anymore. Im ashamed and wish I could leave. And dont trip I will leave. But Im going to get back what Utah stole from me before I go.
