I bought a ghd platinum flatiron a year ago and it recently started blinking red and shorting out. I took it back with the box and receipt for the two year, in-store, warranty and am very impressed! The girls asked if I wanted the same model or to trade it in for a different one. Ghd brought the gold one back, which has been my favorite! I traded it in for that, got $42.74 back from the difference, AND the two-year warranty starts again today. Love the customer service here. Thank you!!

Wow I have been a customer here for 20 years I have never been treated so rudely.... Im sorry am I interrupting your conversation with your friend thats working with you .... kenzie. I have never seen so much disdain and being put out by helping a customer wow!!! Im seriously hoping the girl working with her was not the store manager because both of them were so rude I seriously walked in and wanted to walk right out.

There are two very rude girls that work there now. I believe they are newer. They could really use some training on proper costumer service. They are exactly why I have never liked cosmo prof, almost always i encounter rude employees.
