Every time I go through Daily Rise in Layton I think “I should write a review.” Matcha is my drink of choice and they have one of the best in the state-not from concentrate or a box-and made to order. AND they have THE best service! The ladies are happy, helpful, and so fun 🤩 Thank you 🙏🏻

Been awhile sense I have gone so I thought heck why not... they made the drink kinda backwards. My kiddo got a big hot cocoa, I had a small Latte and my hubby had a medium velvet hammer. Lol but other than that little mix up... the people are peppy and always smiling. Just going there for a coffee and a smile helps me feel better.

What this place lacks in service time, it totally makes up in the quality of its coffee and the sweetness of its employees. Ill definitely be back if I have some extra time to wait in line that long. I highly recommend the Java Bean or the Caramel Rise! Although all their drinks are great :)

Great location and service. Line was backed up but extra service was called in and they got it moving. One girl was able to take orders from the back door which sped it up. Friendly environment from what I experienced from drive thru.

We love this place. Their Java Bean is to die for. Caramel Rise is great too. However their beans are one of the best. We buy our beans from Daily Rise and we especially enjoy their Sumatra, Wilderness Blend and Ethiopian Guji beans.Oh and they serve incredible breakfast burritos! Don’t miss out on this spot.

I drove by this place wondering if it was good. Stopped with my kids and they have an awesome selection of drinks and they make the cutest hot chocolates for the littles! I love the caramel rise, but I love above all of this.. THEY HAVE DAIRY FREE OPTIONS!!! In terms of quality... they surpass Starbucks. In friendliness, they are matched. Even with a pandemic, they are happy to make you your coffee and wish you a good day. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone :)

Still not enough communication between workers.I can handle a little whip, but when I order aXL, breve style, hot chocolate, no whip.The server asks regular hot chocolate?Yes please.And I then get an espresso hot chocolate. Im frustrated. I unfortunately have a 20 minute drive before I end up getting to taste my drink.Suggestion: rotate staff to take the order and prep.Please focus and refine communication

This place has the BEST employees and they are so customer oriented. The second you pull up to the window (or when they come out to your car if there is a line) they just have the biggest smiles and most genuine greetings. The coffee is absolutely amazing and if you ever are not sure of what you want they will talk it out with you and suggest some of the best coffee drinks you will ever try. I’ve always left this establishment with a big smile on my face and that’s not really something I think a lot of people could say about the places they frequently visit. Leave them a big tip! They definitely deserve it!

Ive been waiting in line for 20 minutes and only 1 car has moved. 2 more in front of me. Havent even had my drink yet. This is my first time here. Thought it would be faster than Starbucks because the line was shorter. Going to be late getting back from break and will be in trouble with the boss. 0 stars. Never coming back.

I recently started coming here after Dunkin closed. I SHOULD HAVE SWITCHED SOONER. Quality is superior and is a way better option than the other two nearby coffee chains. The employees are always so cheerful and help me get my day started on a positive note.

The drive-thru was easy and the service was very friendly. Their Milky Way signature drink was delicious but sweeter than I typically like. Both of their breakfast burritos were fantastic and not too large.

Staff was super friendly and drinks were good quality. Price point is comparable to Starbucks. Seemed like the staff inside preparing the orders couldnt quite keep up well and appeared to be a little frantic.

The coffee is amazing and the staff is the most friendly and upbeat people. It just makes you happy to go there. They will also make whatever you want even if it isnt on the menu.

This is the only coffee house I have found to be consistent on the taste of their drinks, not to mention its the best tasting coffee ever. Friendliest staff. I drive from Bountiful just for their brew.

They are way too happy that it makes me question how antisocial I really am. Its a nice welcomed change knowing they are happy to serve great coffee. Flavor and quality is amazing. Only negative thing is the wait but that is only because there are so many waiting in line wanting the same great thing. The line does move quickly though.

Probably the best coffee I have ever had! The only downside is because its so good the lines can be pretty ridiculous. And I would say three out of five times that I go the line moves very slow. But those other two times it can move pretty fast. Either way its worth it, I just wish that I could get up earlier so I always wasnt in such a hurry. I would gather everyday if I could get up early enough to wait in a line every day.

My favorite place this year. Their coffee is so delicious. We were house sitting in Layton & this became our morning go to place. Out of all the coffee houses Ive been to in the area, this is the best. Its out of my way but I drive here if I want to treat myself for some delicious coffee mocha.

These guys used to be my coffee shop. Until I took myself and three people with me over to get coffee. The coffee and the product was delicious it was everything else that was so disappointing. The girl making our dreams literally got out of it back seat have the car in front of me because she was playing with their dog she apologized as she walked by my car and said I had to pet the puppy. As we pull up to the window to place our order all you can hear is another employee complaining about Juanita and her coming in and touching everything even though she had covid and wasnt wearing a mask and then proceeded to make my drinks so not only did the person that made all four of my drink was first playing with a puppy in the backseat of a car but also had contact with somebody full well knowing they had covid yet you are still at work

When I pulled up the ladies were so kind and friendly! When I asked if they had lotion by chance because my hands were so dry they happily shared it with me and recommended the brand they used. On top of the perfect customer service the drinks were divine! ( Java Bean and Chai Latte ) Ill be going back for sure every time I pass through Layton ❤️

I really like this place. The staff in the coffee shack are always energetic and positive and happy to see you. I usually only buy beans here but they will run back into the roasting building and look for whatever Im asking for if they dont have it in the shack. Ive gone into the roasting building to check it out and talk with the roasters about their beans and Ive been welcomed to try stuff and smell it, theyll answer your questions and are happy to help you find the best bean or blend for your tastes. I love that theyre local and just down the street from my house. Definitely my local go to place for beans. They do some cool stuff like bourbon barrel aged beans in co-op with High West Distillery. They have some great single origins too and everything they sell is organic. Give em a shot if you love coffee. Even more so if you like to make your own like I do.Pro-Tip. If its really busy at the drive up, just park your car and walk up to the walk-up window. I never drive through here.Edit. Cant figure out how to respond to a review. So the bean Im into is Papa New Guinea. It is awesome as espresso.

Once again they come through as the coffee shop I remember. They quickly resolve any issue you may have. Their goal is to keep the loyal customer coming back for more instead of pushing to the next money sign (which these days says a lot of a company). Fantastic customer service and coffee!

Lots of unique options, professional staff, and delicious product, but the location is not the best as its on one of the busiest corners in Layton and the driveway is tiny. The service is extremely slow especially in the mornings, I was in line at 7, for 20 minutes or so and I got 1 drink. It would be much better if there were a few more staff members and was located in a less congested area, but I suppose it makes sense to put the product where the customers are. Ill definitely go back, not often, but when I have time to wait for 15-25 minutes.

Just want to share my “Air head” moment today... husband & I decided we wanted coffee from the Daily Rise vs (the other chains that must not be named) 🤣 husband took my car I took my daughters car after 20 min wait for coffee (🤨) it’s finally my turn the young lady that helps me is so vivacious, excited full of energy & eager to help me after a long wait, I look around & realized I had NO WALLET NO MONEY 😭 all that waiting for nothing, I politely Apologize to the young lady for not ordering anything because I had no money on me... SHE WAS SO KIND (humanity restored) SHE TOLD ME I WAS GOING TO GET MY COFFEES NOT TO WORRY THAT I COULD GO BACK & PAY LATER 🥺 I was literally 50 shades of red 😲 I was so grateful for her kind deed I drove away in awe & the kindness & respect this young lady showed me, I drove to Big-O-tire got my wallet fought the traffic back to the Daily Rise & paid for my coffee’s ☕️THANK YOU ladies you truly made my day and I can’t wait to pay it forward.

Just moved to the area. This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and quick, and every drink Ive had so far is delicious. So glad to have it nearby.

They always have great coffee here! I love that the staff is always so friendly and helpful. They are happy to take the time to explain what is in each drink, and how it’s made, we well as what they might suggest based on your needs. This location does not have a walk up window as the Ogden location does, but they do have two drive through windows, which really helps to speed things along. Because they are on Antelope Drive, don’t plan on turning left out of their parking lot on busy days! Daily Rise is also nice because they use a specialty roast for their coffee. This makes their coffee taste better and have a stronger flavor then Starbucks would ever do. Two shots of espresso from Daily Rise tastes more like 3 shots from Starbucks. This is good because you don’t need to pay for an extra shot just for the extra flavor. They are also nice because they are a much more local company than other coffee places. They are small enough that most of their customers are regulars and the employees know their order, but large enough that they can keep prices low and have two locations!

Came here with my wife since Starbucks was closed and Ive found my new favorite coffee spot! I got a white chocolate Americano and it instantly became my favorite drink. Not to mention the staff was super friendly and was chatting with the customers while making the coffee very friendly environment!

Ive gone here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. I live right by Starbucks but would rather make the drive down the road for the coffee and happy baristas at the Daily Rise. When we are visiting in Layton our first and last stop is always the Daily Rise. This year we brought our granddaughter Scarlett and she wanted to visit every day to get her “usual”. On our last day there, the staff at the Daily Rise made her feel so special by having her drink all ready for her when she got to the window. It really made her day!!! Highly recommend this place.

Always a 5 star experience! Better then star bucks and cheaper! Daily rise has been my #1 coffee shop for 4 years now, nothing but happy faces and awesome attitudes. Every cop they make is made with love! And did I mention they have over 300 different flavors of coffee? And there cold Brew is made to be less asiatic so it doesnt upset your stomach! The espresso is good here but dont go if you are in a hurry. The drive thru line is super slow and you order at the window. I would stop here more often if they streamlined ordering. Super friendly staff though.

Amazing coffee! Friendly service! They can pretty much make whatever you want, tons of flavorings. Im digging the Toffee nut right now, its awesome, not too sweet just right! They also have smoothies for anyone who doesnt want a coffee (or is too young) my LO loves their strawberry smoothie! They hook it up on the whip cream. They use to give a coffee bean on top of your coffee, Im gonna ask next time and see if they still do it and you just need to ask or if it got too expensive.

This is some of the best coffee in Utah! The staff is very friendly and quick. Mind you they are always busy so it takes a few minutes if you are not at the front of the line. They are even very kind to my son and he loves going there for hot cocoa.
