Always friendly staff and it’s just nice to sit and drink something and snack while doing work or reading. Thank you 😊 to the lovey people working there. The hours are Great. I can eat my morning started early as I am already up early. Tough to find places in UT open this early .

I really enjoy this Starbucks location. Its always clean and ready to serve you. Service has always been wonderful and the coffee has been wonderful as well. Location wise it just stands out which is good for the area.Keep it up everyone!

We had such a great experience here yesterday. One person wanted coffee and the other 4 people in the car dont drink it, so when we pulled into Starbucks, we didnt begin to know what to order. The gentleman working the drive through (Alex!) was so sweet and patient with us while we asked for recommendations for non-coffee beverages. He was super knowledgeable about their menu and made some excellent suggestions!!

ZERO customer service, literally pushed back at me when I told them my drink tasted wrong - the same drink I’ve been drinking for at least 10 years.Also parking is a joke, their customers block off the entire East entrance into the strip mall they are located in.

Had the best experience, had a problem with a different Starbucks told them, they made it so easy and took such great care of me. Absolutely recommend. Staff was caring and wonderful. Thank you so much for being awesome

Yummy yummy. I am officially hooked on the espresso Frappuccino and the bacon 🥓 and gruyere egg bites! The Frappuccino isn’t too sweet and it is the perfect flavor of rich coffee for me. The egg bites are packed with protein and the perfect little meal when driving to work. Highly recommend!

Nice workers i love it got my order right

I have to say this is my downfall every single day for years.Even when the drive through is wrapped long and down blocking other restaurants its worth the wait. Be careful there have been times Ive witnessed people almost playing bumper cars if someone tried to get in front of them!! Yikes

Abby took my order and all I did was hear her and it put a smile on my face when I needed it the most. She was super energetic and seemed happy! Thanks for the great service especially at 8 p.m.

Every time I ask for light ice, they never seem to listen. Can you please explain how this is “light” ice. If I wanted to pay $6 for ice, I would go to the grocery store.

The employees are nice. However, the location is always SO busy. I usually try to avoid using this Starbucks if I can.

I would drop a 5th star if the drive through was a little less hectic! However, the staff is excellent, patient and more than willing to set you up with the right go-juice for your day!.. just go inside if the line for the drive through is running 2 different directions (youll see what i mean if you stop by).

Aubrey was at the window and what a pure delight she was! Sometimes the interaction at the window can be too much but she was an absolute gem.

Patrick is a god send. I can always count on him to consistently make my drink perfect. His customer service is on point, I wish I could duplicate him at all your locations.

Asked For a Carmel chai frappuccino. Got caramel frappuccino. Not quite the same. Really didnt like it.

This place is terrible. I love Starbucks, I go there everyday. But instead of taking a 5 minute drive to the Layton store, I take a 20 minute route to Clinton. Literally, ANYWHERE ELSE! I would like to apologize to anyone who comes here, I would also like to warn you about their terrible customer service and their poor ability to make their sandwiches correctly. Earlier today, I ordered one that was FROZEN still! Can you believe that? I went in and was nice, asking for them to fix it. She glared at me and rudely interrupted my sentence to say, “Buy a new one if you don’t like it so much.” I explained to her that the sandwich was cold, and she rolled her eyes and walked off. No one helped me after that, this place sucks!

Hate the long lines around 5. So I always go before or after the rush. Love love love their Iced Chi Latte. (Whole milk, 2 shots of vanilla, and whipped cream of course.) The app is a must have. Love earning my points to get rewards.

Fast service, great tasting drinks

We ordered 2 easy to make drinks and she repeated the order but both were still made wrong. We were here 2 years ago and apparently nothing has changed. I cannot believe starbucks hired such incompetant employees. Will not be returning to rhis location

The service here was unacceptable. They were extremely rude & short with me at the window. My friends and I felt unwelcome & as if we did something wrong. In addition to this, when I received my sandwich cold and asked for it warm, they simply told me to buy a new one. Take the time to drive to the Clinton Starbucks!

The cashier was very friendly. She offered me a good substitute from the bakery when the pumpkin cream cheese muffin was no longer available. She also offered a puppuccino the second she saw my dog. She complimented me by telling me how cute he was. She had my order ready within less than 4 minutes of me ordering it via the mobile app.I was at the Starbucks located in Layton Utah.

Very friendly staff. They had a crazy long and disorganized drive thru but the inside ordering was quick and easy.

Good service, over priced products

Every time i come here, i am EXTREMELY disappointed. The amount of cold/frozen uncooked sandwiches I’ve received, and when I went and told them they didn’t cook it, they told me to “buy a new one then.” It is extremely disappointing the customer service these workers here have to. I work in the parking lot of this one, and literally drive to Clinton to get real customer service and correctly made sandwiches . I know some Starbucks employees at different locations, they hate this one too! They are ridiculous. But a new one??? For your mistake? No, I’ll leave a terrible Google review instead about the countless disappointing times I’ve gone (:. Take your business to a new Starbucks. The same thing happened to 6 people I know as well!!

I love this location but today when I went and got my dragon drink and breakfast sandwich my dragon drink was made with blackberrys? Typically if they are out of dragon fruit they tell me and let me change my order but now I have an odd tasting drink .

Edit:. This place never ceases to amaze me with how bad a Starbucks can actually get. Its always crawling with flies, and most of the employees are just bad. I dont know if they ate busy, or if they just dont care.

They intentionally made me a disgusting drink and gave me the wrong breakfast. I ordered oatmeal, which comes with honey, blueberries, etc. in a separate baggie, she handed me the bag saying that it was the oatmeal toppings, which in fact it was actually a chocolate crossiant. She kept looking at me in a way that now I know for sure they did this on purpose for whatever reason. The drink was hot water with some foam on top which was supposed to be a chai tea latte. It was absolutely awful. I dont know how anyone could treat customers with such disrespect. I have gone to that Star Bucks many times and never had an issue. I will not be returning here again after my experience this morning. They should be embarrassed of such behavior.

Good service, parking was kind of a nightmare, and getting out of the parking lot wasnt much better. Better to come here when traffic isnt so bad.

They are always pretty backed up. It took over two hours to get our DoorDash today. Coffee was hot but they didn’t put whip cream, sauce, or the caramel brule on it, which is the reason I ordered it :( $8 for a plain old coffee. Definitely disappointed.

Jam is seriously the best!! She was so nice when we went through the drive through and went beyond just asking us for our order (asked how we were doing and was so sweet and friendly) When we pulled up to the window she gave us a free drink too!! Also the taste of the frappucino we got tasted better than any time we have ever been before!! The whole experience was so amazing and personal and honestly if you haven’t given her a raise already DO IT! SHE DESERVES IT!! Definitely will be going back to see her!! Thanks jam!

It’s a hit or miss at this location. Some days it’s great and others can be a total fail. I’ve had hot coffee filled to the brim, spilling out of the cup with every sip I take(dangerous when driving) or my order didn’t have anything in it that I paid for. This is the only location I have those issues with.

Excellent coffee but that parking lot is AWFUL and cost 4 stars, its a complete cluster f$@#! Horrible location, GET RID OF THE DRIVE THRU and make it a walk in/online order pickup only. Or get rid of the multiple sectioned off parking and driveways..

Its good, but often gets pretty busy so you might have to wait long periods of time. Is it just me or is the parking lot wack 🤔

I love Starbucks but this particular location has an awful parking and drive through situation. There are always people blocking the main driveway and there are multiple entrances so there are lines on either side of the drive through.

I love Starbucks when I came here the people were fast and really polite even with busy traffic overwhelming them. I suggest coming to this joint that are amazing!

Layton location drive thru is usually always long and vehicles coming from all directions to get in line. Not very organized or in a very great location for getting in and out of the parking lot or drive thru.

Ok so this Starbucks is right next to where I get my haircut. I don’t do Starbucks daily but I make it more at a treat. This particular store is next to the West Valley City mall. It’s nice inside and relaxing.

This drive thru is an absolute mess. There’s no room for cars and they all come in from different directions. If you’re trying to get to another business by them and turn in, you’ll be stuck. Cars try and cut in super fast and won’t let anyone through. There’s a Dunkin’ close by and there is never a line since everyone goes here🤷🏼‍♀️

I specifically asked for half as much ice as they normally put and they completely disregarded my request. Now I paid $4 for 4 oz of coffee and the rest was just ice. Its extremely important that you listen to customers requests. I will not be going to this Starbucks anymore.

I have frequented Starbucks from Layton to Sandy. Layton, while not the most posh inside, is a good store. Their espresso is good and their staff are friendly. Though, I do feel it is set up to be a bit more transactional. Their parking lot is kind if small and can be difficult to get in and out of. But the service is good and I have yet to have a bad experience with their staff, or their espresso (unlike some other locations).

I’ve been to this particular store only a few times as I try my best to avoid it. First, I got stuck in the drive-thru lane for 20 minutes. Ordering inside is just as chaotic—even if you preorder through the app it takes forever to get a simple drink. Maybe it’s the training, or lack thereof, that makes this particular Starbucks unlike the others. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to another store.

I had a 12 drink order and every single one of the baristas was absolutely so sweet and amazing. They laughed with me as I carried all of these drinks to my car and were so helpful. The girl with the green beanie is a sweetheart. ❤️
