Unfortunately there was a bit of an accident with the car and the garage door. This happened around noon. We called to see if someone could help us out. They said they were booked for the day but would try and fit us in after hours. Looking at the garage I imagined the worst to get it fixed. It looked VERY expensive. Later in the evening Albert arrived and went to work on the garage door. After about 45 min it was in great shape for a really good and fair price. I appreciated that he looked for solutions on how to fix things without trying to up-sell us. He put some more years into our garage when I imagined the worst. My garage door broke at 9 o’clock on a Friday night I called the number and the lady that answered the phone was very kind and helpful and said she would contact the technician and see if he could come out right away. We have used A+ Northern Utah Doors for years and a few different homes and love them. We tried one other company once and will never use them again and will always use A+ Northern Utah Doors. This time the cable came off and they came out on a Saturday at a time that worked for me, fixed the cable, lubed and greased everything and the door worked great. Next day, Sunday, door kept getting stuck part way up and wouldnt go any farther. I called them on Monday, they came out, they saw where it was sticking, fixed that and didnt charge anything to come out again. Love these guys and recommend them to everyone!

I had a broken spring on my 18 foot garage door. I called in the afternoon and before 5:30 that night a service technician showed up at my front door to replace the spring. I was impressed that they came so quickly and after normal business hours. The technician said that because of the size of the door that he did not have a spring on his truct, but would be back tomorrow with a new set of springs. True to his word, he came the next day in the early afternoon with the new springs. He installed them quickly and adjusted the tension. He then lubricated all of the rollers with being asked. He was very cordial and knew exactly what he was doing. I asked him to adjust the door so it would close tight at the top and he quickly did it. I also asked him if he could fix the bottom weather seal and the top seal on the door. He told me that he did not carry the parts with him, but that his other technician would come and replace both parts which he did. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and very customer oriented and their price was very reasonable. Thanks to them my garage door is working and looks very nice again.

These guys just replaced my garage door in WVC. It was an older model that needed to be special ordered. They were quick to respond to messages and their prices are extremely competitive. Also, they do not try to up-sell you which I absolutely LOVE! They didnt try to convince me I needed anything other than what I requested - amazing these days! There were also no hidden fees. Despite some difficulties removing my old door (because it was incredibly old and busted), I was charged the exact amount I was quoted. Everyone I worked with was polite and courteous. The install was faster than I expected and I absolutely love my new garage door! Its so quiet and clean and it looks great! Also, the guys who did the installation were pretty knowledgeable. My old garage door wouldnt shut properly and they were able to show me a warped strut in the problem area just moments after looking at it. I will come to them for any future business!

Reversed into the bottom panel of my garage door and another company advised I replace the whole door due to the age of it and the stress the support strut would cause on the spring and motor. These guys came by and straightened the bottom panel and serviced the door. Now you can barely tell there was any damage! Try these guys first! Highly recommended!

Fast service. We called late in the afternoon on Monday and they were there Tuesday morning, exactly when they said they would be. We acknowledged that we thought the issue was a faulty spring. When the repair crew got to our house, they informed us that it was not the spring, it was the drum, saving us at least $700.
