I scheduled a window replacement with Jake at Wagoner Glass for a specific time. After waiting nearly 90 minutes I contacted Jake, who stated the appointment was for a different time, I forwarded him a copy of HIS text which verified the appointment time. He then went on to say his people were running behind and deflected responsibility. When asked why nobody called to explain the situation, the implication was this was my problem with little concern for my time and needs. I choose a different company that I could depend on.
