This storage Facility staff was amazing. Before I even looked at the place I called and the staff was so helpful, kind, and informative,. They were one of the main reasons why I chose this facility, because when speaking to them they answered all my questions and we’re very kind. Very customer oriented organization.They were everything people like when calling and trying to find out information. Once we got there the manager Accommodating And helpful. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone near and far.

I’ve used this storage place for a couple of years now, and I’ve been very pleased. When my card declined due to being deactivated, they sent a polite email to make sure I realized the payment hadn’t gone through. They are very understanding!

I love how clean ProStorage is. I also love that it is inside. My belongings stay temperature regulated, clean, there isn’t dust, and bugs and rodents are non existent. I know my belongings are safe and will be in the same condition I left them in. It’s nice to have air conditioning when you are looking around your unit. No sweating! There is plenty of lighting as well. A big bonus, they have a restroom! Best place I’ve ever had a storage unit with.

Stopped by as I am serving overseas to ensure there werent any issues with my account and/or unit and the manager mentioned to me that he was throwing on a first responder discount. He was polite and put up with me as I had him pull my key as I am having one stored there in the office since I did not travel with mine. I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

We have had many storage units in the past but none of them compare to ProStorage! The staff is amazing and so easy and willing to work with you. Id give them more than five stars it I could!

I love the indoor aspect of Pro Storage, I dont have to worry about the weather leaking in. The storage area is kept clean and I havent noticed any bugs. I like that there is a lot of security camera coverage so its not a worry that something might happen. Highly recommend Pro Storage in Layton.

Place is always clean and usually no one is around so its easy to go through stuff.

Easy in and easy out. The best part of this place is that it is climate controlled. My unit was indoors so I was never out in the elements while at my unit. The high ceilings allow for stacking really high. Freight elevators and carts make moving very simple. One down side was that they could not pro-rate so I had to pay for a full month even though my unit was empty for 2 weeks.

We had a great experience with CubeSmart on Gordon Avenue. We reserved our unit over the phone and then we stopped by to check it out before actually renting the unit. They took us on a tour and explained how everything worked. Moving day went smoothly. There were plenty of hand trucks for us to use to take our items from the moving van, down the elevator, and to our storage unit.

We first started renting when they were Cubesmart. They changed owners and they were going to increase our rent but when we got the unit we had an agreement for a certain price for a certain amount of time and they only increased it by a small amount. That pleased us a lot. They are clean, have carts to help move your things. We really like Pro Storage and will stay as long as they are affordable for us.

Easy & worry free storage. This was our first storage unit & we never worried about our stuff being stolen or broken. We even had an earth quake while our stuff was there & nothing budged!

Always really clean. Easy to navigate. Indoors always a plus. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Customer service was quite good, however they raised our price 3 times to be more competitive. By the time we moved out we were paying almost $50 more a month than the new storage place on Antelope. If it werent such a pain to move everything we would have moved over a year ago.

Awesome service. Love the online process. Lost my key in the first few weeks and they only charge you for the replacement lock.

The managers at Pro Storage are always willing to help. There once was an odd mid-payment period invoice that was explained with a call. Additionally, I have had to change my method of payment a couple of times and was helped with that.

The whole process was very quick and convenient. I was given a follow up call after my reservation was made to ensure that I didnt need any additional services such as movers, security systems etc.

The local team loves to explain policy and is very good at eliminating the human element from customer service. The customer service team that helps over the phone with the corporate side is very positive, which leaves us scratching our heads about what this company really stands for. They charged us $250+/month for a 10x20 and we found another in the same area for $95/month. We were more than happy to move our stuff.

In recently getting a storage unit, my wife and I were helped by Debbie who was very nice and helped us find the most effective unit for our storage needs. The unit and the rest of the facility are kept immaculately clean and well secured. We opted for one of the climate controlled units, which was kept at the perfect temperature and humidity. I would highly recommend this CubeSmart location to anyone that needs storage.

This CubeSmart Storage facility was very clean and easy to find. We arrived and were very surprised on the cleanliness of this place, not a spec of dust or dirt! They were very kind and quick about getting us a storage unit here, they followed me up with call throughout the week to help keep me updated on my unit up until the point of moving things into it. Reggie Smith was very kind and helpful when showing us around the building and getting things ready for us! She was very knowledgeable on Insurance information, payments, units etc. She had a smile on her face the whole time! Once again, great facility and great customer service, thank you!

The young man at the front desk which I do believe was the general manager but Im sorry I cant recall his name help me and I was in a bind and I needed a storage quickly and with this virus Im not many people were taking immediate appointments he was able to not only get me in the same day but also got me my storage that I needed and very friendly and very customer service pro its clean the place is clean my storage area is clean the whole place is very very clean and I do appreciate that thank you so much

Yesterday I went to CubeSmart to get my first storage unit ever. Reggie, the general manager, was so helpful and patient as my husband and looked at multiple different sizes and answered all of our questions and concerns. Once we settled on a size the “paperwork” process was quick and easy. If your looking for a storage place I highly recommend checking it out.

I rented a 10x25 storage unit sight unseen from AZ, to store my household goods. From the minute I spoke to Debbie to the last box that went into the storage unit, was flawless. First impressions are lasting ones and Debbie hit one out of the park! The place is clean, full of security cameras and has reasonable hours of access. Worth the extra drive from Ogden to rent the space here.

We just moved to Utah and needed a place to store our stuff until we get everything settled. A friend told us about cube smart storage. Reggie was just amazing. She really went out of her way to help up out and went the extra mile. She was friendly, and the facility was just clean and amazing. It was such a great experience. I am normally not one for reviews, but this facility and Reggie deserve 5 stars.

This place is great! I made a reservation online and went in to get everything set up, Debbie (I believe) is very friendly and helpful. The building is clean and well maintained, the storage unit we got is perfect for what we need. Would definitely recommend this business.

Loved renting from these guys! Nice climate control to keep my things safe. Very easy to rent from and helpful in setting me up with a reservation before hand. Also very nice staff and great hours! With auto drafted payments, and a quick, painless move out process as well I will definitely rent again if needed in the future.

Only complaint is the bathroom

I was very happy with the quality of the facility and service of the employees, but it was a little pricey for the area.

Moved across the country and needed to store our stuff for a time. Cubesmart was one of the cheapest options to do that. I would recommend buying their lock if you want to. Maintain the insurance in case something ever gets broken into. That will never happen because of how secure the place is.

Mary was awesome to work with. She helped us make sure we got the best value and it took literally minutes to get all signed up.
