In and out in no time flat customer service was pretty good and organized. I had virtually no problems picking up my truck for the long four-day drive from Utah to Florida. I like the fact that they service their vehicles more than their competitor U-Haul which really gave me some piece of mind in the midst of doing a cross country relocation!

Can’t say enough good things about Penske. We did one way to Houston, our truck was leaking water so the refunded a portion of the money no questions asked. They were timely courteous and most of all reliable. They even matched budgets pricing to get us a great deal. Will never use a different rental truck company. Well done Penske.

This location is great. We picked up a 26’ Penske Truck from this location. Very helpful and friendly staff. We were very pleased with our experience.

I rented a truck and trailer for an interstate move from this location. I got a much better price on their website than I could find at any of their competitors, and pickup was as smooth as could be (the truck and trailer were pulled up and waiting for me when I arrived). I couldnt ask for anything more from a rental truck company.

Returned my truck there from a cross country trip. Easy and smooth return.

I was told I would have a moving truck by 12pm and even checked the morning of. Im on a limited time frame for people helping me load it and at 12, as I arrived, they called to inform me my truck was not there. I was then told it would be half an hour. 45 minutes later I arrive AGAIN and Im told its 5 minutes out. Ive been here almost half an hour past that and still no truck. Ive officially lost all of the helpers due to their work schedule and will have to be further behind getting out of town because I have to load a truck all on my own. This has been horrible and I will never rent from here or recommend them again.
