FedEx always has the worst possible service, and even when you think that they cant be worse they find new ways. From folding in 4 a university diploma that says do not fold and you paid extra for the special service to moving to a new location during business hours. Now I have to look for another FedEx office that is miles aways. I sure hope you go out of business soon.
This place has recently moved to two store a down but it continues to have great service. Every time I have go there, the staff members are very nice and very helpful. I often use fedex to ship packages because of their service and their customer service although it is a bit more expensive than competitors. One pay for the service and customer care.
Maybe a little understaffed, but attendants genuinely pleasant and very very patient with my low-tech-ness.
Ive been using services here weekly for 10 yrs. From day 1 they have been amazing and friendly going above and beyond.

The service at this location was great but I paid for the quickest first class service possible. We were told that it should arrive by the 7th of February. Its now the 26th and our family still cant receive the package. The computer still shows that its stuck in Frankfurt when in fact its in Kazakhstan. They really need to update their system more often. Our family is still waiting for the documents sent. DONT PAY EXTRA when shipping overseas. It will take forever to get there anyway. We were told that its being held in fedex customs. How much longer FEDEX??? They should at least discount my purchase since they have so many problems getting my documents in time. These documents are very important and now very late!!
If I could leave a zero I would. What purpose does it serve for me to give you my info when sending a package if you will not use it to recover it reprint my tracking number. While it is my own fault that it was thrown away there should be a recovery process, especially when you go back to the original shipment center. I literally had no idea what I was doing when I walked in with a print job. I had both Sheila and Melissa help me out and they did an exceptional job! They were friendly and helpful and even though I messed some stuff up they reassured me and helped me get the job done right! Fantastic experience and the products were great as well!
Sadie and Ian were absolutely phenomenal in the print area. They were patient through all the trials and errors of figuring out how to line up my wedding invitations and stuck with us until we got the problem resolved. Not only that, but the invitations came out simply gorgeous! They made us feel like we werent just customers but part of the family as they offered unique ideas and chatted with us. Fantastic Service. The Ladies at FEDEX In Layton are GREAT! I have never had a bad experience at this location. I do a lot of printing with this location for our business. If ever there is a mistake they are quick to fix it and at no additional charge. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Love this location. The employees are always friendly and very welcoming. Never have had an issue with service. Ship and print from here at least once a week. Check out the bathrooms they are always spotless.
HORRID SERVICE. My wife went in, was the ONLY customer, and had a very simple task for the employee. She had already sent the documents over, she knew what colors and prints she needed, it was a super easy task for the employees. My wife was there over 45 MINUTES. The employee, Ian, got so incredibly overwhelmed by other customers and helped 15 people before simply finishing with my wife! Her prints were done and Ian could have simply had her pay and leave, but he made her wait! Pathetic!Management, fire Ian! Worthless employee. Also, there was a lady there (blonde, middle-aged gal) who was “assisting” Ian, but she never helped finish up with my wife. Poorly ran location! We’ll be going elsewhere in the future.
I came here to get a few different sized boxes for something. They had a great selection and at a good price. I got a slight deal since I wasn’t nor did I intend to actually use them for shipping, I just needed some boxes for storage and FedEx always has a great selection.

Ridiculous pricing. All I needed was to scan some building plans onto my own thumb drive. I was quoted $320+ to scan 30 pages...to print the dang pages on the same size paper is only $150...what a joke. More than double the price for a service that doesnt use any paper or ink. Go somewhere else!

The lady that assisted me was incredibly hateful. She was the same way on Saturday and I sought assistance from someone else. Tonight however, I had no choice but to have her prepare my shipping. She told me I had no other option than to do 2 day shipping when on Saturday I mailed the same thing and the older lady gave me several different options for delivery dates. She then asked if I was mailing anything of any value. Im not mailing trash, what the heck does that mean? She then was snotty after telling me I had to do the 2 day shipping and told me this wasnt the post office we arent cheap. Are you kidding me? Completely hateful and I will take my business elsewhere in the future. Considering I run my own company and ship several items I refuse to be talked to like that, tonight was the last time Ill use this location and quite possibly FedEx in general. An too be forced to pay for 2 day shipping when the other lady Saturday gave me options was just taking advantage of me because she wasnt happy about Saturday. Completely upset by the service I received.
When I need something shipped this is the place I go to First. When I have my packages shipped here I know that theyll arrive where I need them to. The staff is professional, and has done a very good job of taking care of my needs. They are good add recommending packing and shipping when I just bring in an object that I need to send somewhere. This place suits my needs, why would I go anywhere else?
On multiple occasions my experience here has been very dissatisfying, the staff is very unfriendly and not willing to help.
Wow the employee, Savannah, was absolutely outstanding!! I have never felt so much pressure nd relief from going into a store. She gave me so many suggestions because so had several boxes that I had shipped that items had broke on shipping. She really took th e time to explain, show me, and WOW she defined earned my business for life! I always ship through USPS but her kindness was so genuine that I will now be shipping my 15 to 20 boxes a week through the red ex store in Layton. She absolutely made my day. She had no idea that today was such a bad day for me and her kindness really changed that around for me! Thank you Savannah
I went to the Layton Fedex Store this morning needing to print a page off my laptop. I have had a medical issue where I sometimes need help following steps. I ask for help with getting there wifi so I could send the email that needed to be printed. She basically refused to help me even after I told her about my medical issues. She brushed me off 3 more times where I had to leave without getting what I needed. At the time I started I was the only customer in the store. This is bad service and I will not be using Fedex ever again. As a veteran ... I would never treat anyone else like this.
Sadie is a wonderful associate! She was so helpful and kind. My pictures printed out very well. Only 4 stars because their internet is so terribly slow and theres no cell reception if your sending documents from your phone.

The counter clerks were rude, and flat out refused to take my package even after placing it in one of their free boxes complaining that I didnt put enough padding around the item I was shipping. The item I was shipping was wrapped in a bubble envelope and then placed in the larger box. They would only ship it if I bought one of their $12 boxes rather than using the free one. I happened to be lucky enough to catch the Fedex driver and asked if he knew another place that I could take the package to and he said it look fine to him and was willing to accept the package. The package arrived just fine. But the store in question I would avoid like the plague unless you want to be ripped off.
Every time I go the staff have been very helpful; whether Im shipping large boxes or printing booklets in color double-sided.
The employee acted annoyed that I was there. Her name tag was blank so I couldnt get her name. So, that is smart on her part since she seemed put out that she had to assist me.
Not that it is saying much but better service than the UPS store nearby could provide.

I work in SLC but I live out in Davis County and I bring my shipping home to ship at this FedEx because they are fast and friendly and no parking problems

DONT I REPEAT DONT USE THEM!! EVERY TIME I USE THEM IM GETTING SCREWED!!! I got a quote from them over the phone for just over $100 to ship it and when I got to the store the price magically jumped from $122.00 to $242.00, I want answers but I cant even get ahold of their support to get answers, just their crappy automaton, Im going though UPS every time I can from now on, thats for nothing fexcrap
I went in my first time and had a great worker help me out. She was fantastic. It was my first time being there and she made me want to come back with a friend to print out our school syllabus.When I went back the next time (about 2 weeks ago), I believe it was the store manager that helped us this time. She complained that our order was to big and kept stating that this was going to take some time. And she didnt have the time to deal with it and it needed to be done as an order. This was after about 15 minutes of me trying to help her and help explain to her which items I needed off of my USB drive. She let other customers interrupt and helped them because mine was going to take a while. I understood that my order was a lot, but making a customer feel that bad for an order and that it was going to be a real pain in the neck to finish is unacceptable customer service. I dont love writing reviews because I believe everyone has a bad day here and there, and I wanted to give this worker a benefit of the doubt. She was sure nice with the one customer that kept wanting to check if his scan worked on his USB port and she would help him while I was trying to show her things that needed to be copied. After about 30 minutes she got our stuff loaded onto the drive and then we proceeded to get the order into the system to have us pick it up the next day. She never told us it would be an extra charge for 3 hole punch, she rolled her eyes a few times when asked if she checked the powerpoints if they had any notes attached to them (which she told me they did not, and they actually do. I watched her open up only ONE pp when we had about 10 different pp.s). The store NEVER called us the next day, I called around 2:30pm to ask if our order was done and it was finished the night before (they cant call pass 8pm-love that idea so good job). But that shouldve been done first thing in the morning. We got our order that afternoon and we ended up missing about 30 pages of things, they didnt do double copies for some units and then we got some papers that were triple copies of other things.Bottom line; I felt like she didnt really care about helping us and just wanted us to be out of the store. Our order was a little difficult but a customer should NEVER feel that way when leaving a store. Not good service at all. Wish I could say different.

This place is a joke specially the people that work here need to be educated and trained, they treat people like garbage I visited this place on Thursday 05/24/2018 around 4pm and the guy with the facial hair that is super unprofessional would be fired if he worked under my watch, he is a thief and a rip off avoid this place and go elsewhere.
