I went to the store to pick up a desk that I ordered and there was a small problem with the items received. I spoke to a lady named Izzy about the issue and she proceeded to get on her phone and cuss and complain about another employee. She cussed about him to the other person for a good 5 minutes before coming back to help me. I was embarrassed for the young man that went out of his way to order the desk for us in the first place. Izzy was unprofessional and acted childish in front of customers.

We were being watched and followed like we were going to steal something. I guess you cant look around and take any time deciding what you want to buy, without looking suspicious. We did decide what we wanted and bought it. We might have purchased more but didnt dare to hang around any longer. WORD TO YOU: There is a difference between customer service and customer surveillance.

It isnt as good as the Staples that used to be here but the selection is ok. There are better cheaper stores with the same materials.

The young ladies that helped me in the Print department were AMAZING!!! They Went above and beyond to get my book finished before closing. Thanks guys. It looks AWESOME😁
