DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Josh scammed me back in April and Ive been fighting ever since. I went in to upgrade my sons phone. He assured me he could lower my bill (that I was fine with before walking into this store) and Im now paying almost double what I was. I have contacted Josh no less than 6 times in the past several months to fix the issue and he just lies to me, claiming that its AT&T not doing their part. Last I had contact with him was 9/03 and he said Ill call you later this evening to let you know what we need to do. Its now 9/22 and Im still waiting for that phone call. There are so many unauthorized changes on my account. I saved all of the text messages from him.

I came in the store to inquire about my phone and Josh was very helpful and worked with me making the beat decision I needed at that time. You need more salesman like him that will help you and make sure you understand what you need to do.

Josh, the only employee who works at this store, is dishonest and scams his customers. He did not process my trade in. I have been trying for 6 months now (multiple times per month) to address the issue. I have met with Josh several times who reassures me that he is resolving my issue and that many people complained of this not getting credit for their trade-in. I have a picture of me handing him my phone. I have called AT&T who opened an internal investigation, but ultimately blew me off saying the trade-in was never received and closed my case without notifying me. I tried to find someone in AT&T retail store management, but was not able to even get past the initial voice tree. If you want trade-in credit - you better make sure they process the trade-in while you are in the store. Josh is a scam artist.5/31/21I did as you asked in your response and sent you an email on 5/21/21. I have yet to hear back. Thanks again for further wasting my time.

The sales guy Josh is very nice and helpful... Until you realize that everything he said to you to make the sale was a lie! Very dishonest and avoids you when you return to the store to try to get your account corrected. Do not recommend !

Joshua was very helpful and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured into buying anything. I ended up getting a Pixel 5 and he was able to add a discount for me since I am a nurse. Highly recommend this location and I am very pleased with Joshuas knowledge and helpfulness.

Josh scammed me too. Promised my bill would be no more than $160 and change. It hasnt been less than $500. ATT wont help me out, some guy yesterday finally did the things Josh had been promising me to do since March 1, but I dont understand is how ATT isnt taking responsibility. As soon as I can Im switching everything to any other service. He actually ran and hid when he saw me walking into store yesterday. Promised all these credits I have never seen. Shame on you ATT

My fiancée and I went in a couple months ago to get her a new phone, and we were given the LAST Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra that ANY of their stores had in the entire Houston-Metro area! The top of the top of the line when it comes to mobile tech, and we got it on an upgrade. Joshua was absolutely fantastic, and we plan to come back for my upgrade sometime in the next month. Thank you again for the fantastic service!As someone who has over 7 years in customer service with several in a retail sales environment, the negative reviews that Ive seen seem a bit predatory in the sense that they wanted their service on THEIR time schedule without any appreciation for the service unless it was catered directly to their needs. Went to exchange a new phone early 12/27 as the one received was not the one that was ordered online. Disinterested, bored employee helped me.We cant waive our restocking fee.Our manager is not here.We dont know when theyll be here.We dont have ANY phones to exchange withAll the messages I received were negative, none were customer-focused or helpful. When I stated that I have 7 lines with ATT and would now look into moving all of them to Verizon due to this negative experience, all I got were shrugs. The employees offered NOTHING to pacify/retain an angry customer. They couldnt have cared less. Verizon or even prepaid is looking better every day...

I want to compliment the customer service I received from the authorized representative (Will). He went above and beyond to help several folks at the same time. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind, as he wore a cheerful smile the entire time. I was already impressed at his courteousness and most thankful that he was going to walk me to my car since I was handicapped - then I was so surprised that he even swooped me up and carried me all the way to my car when I told him I couldn’t walk very fast. After that he also jumped in my car to connect my phone to the car as well. I just had to post this compliment for him since people are quick to post the bad reports and not always the good ones. He should (at the very least) be recognized and have a big pat in his back! What a wonderful example of customer service!

Will, the salesman, gave me a great deal on a prepaid account with AT&T, which the other AT&T store in Dickinson was completely unaware of the special. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I will definitely go back to this location.

This store is nicely decorated and well staffed. The workers there were very nice and went the extra mile to assist me. Its location is a lil hidden but its very convenient as its located next to HEB where I shop for groceries. Ive never had problems here and all my experiences here have been very smooth. As many times as Ive had a pleasant experience here I just had to leave a review. Keep up the good work guys! :)

The woman who works there is very rude and unaccommodating both times I have been there. She curtly said, I told you to come back the next day, but you didnt. Instead of calling someone to help explain to her how to handle the situation. I told her my schedule might not be the same as hers. I am 80 years old and couldnt keep coming back until I could get my refund for my fliptop cellphone. I told her I was going to leave the box there, so someone else could do the paperwork. She sure doesnt represent AT&T very well.

Did not follow through with a promo, helped me sign up for new phone on which I was ineligible for the promo now AT&T customer service won’t fix it either. The lady that works here has a constant attitude. Rude employees, with exception of Will. The franchise owner offered false hopes and promises and never called back and never followed through.

Taylor R. in your League City store was probably the most educated, in tune, cellular rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He worked every angle to my benefit to get me set up with AT&T. Not pushy, pleasant to do business and even helped me switch my Ipad from a II to an AirII. Give him a raise because if I had a slot in my company, you would be short one employee. I had been with Verizon and would still be there if not for Taylor.

In addition, he was able to make me a great deal that allowed me to transition to ATT from another provider and save money on wireless service. The manager stayed past closing time for me to make an emergency purchase before the holidays, and knew exactly what I needed and resolved my inquiry with excellent customer service, I live 15-20 minutes away and I will be returning to shop here again.

This AT&T store was very helpful and friendly. Very much enjoyed working with them in transferring my Tmobile account.AT&T on the other hand sucks the big one!!! You buy data for your plan and they block any sharing utility for a computer!!! Why buy a data plan if you are stuck using it on a screen thats too small to see? What difference does it make how you use the data you paid for?I was stupid enough to pay for 3 months in advance (makes bill paying easier) when I found that I could not use the hotspot capabilities and switched back to Tmobile, AT&T stole the money I paid in advance for billing. WOW!!! Dont try that one at home!!! So now Im stuck having to explain to the credit card Co. and have them retrieve my money. Good thing I didnt pay cash!!!AT&T YOU SUCK!!!
