Allison and the manager helped me today at the location in League City. They were awesome! I wish the customer service in my town at Metro PCS was half as great as it was here. Kudos and yall keep it up❤

I have been a Metro customer over 10 years. Stopped in to adjust my plan and buy a new phone. The girl and the counter was rude, condescending almost combative. Then she acted like I was an inconvenience. Horrible experience today.
