As busy as they were when I went in, they made sure to address every person that walked in the door, and tried to assess their problem. At one point an associate was on hold helping a customer, and while on hold was helping myself and another gentleman. By the time he was done helping the customer he was on hold for he had already fixed my problem. Yes I was there for a good 45 min, but their customers service made it worth the wait. Good job, guys!

This is the best tmobile store I have been in. Asif took time to help me get a better plan and helped me to understand somethings I had not known being 63. If you dont just want to be sold and then left to your own devices to figure all of the quiks out use this tmobe location

She was patient, funny, full of knowledge not just about T-Mobile offers but about all their devices. We switch providers and she made it so easy. I went in to this location to have a screen protector installed on my Samsung 9 phone. The screen protector started to crack the next day (the phone wasnt dropped). The crack grew and now stretches down. Then the screen protector fell off the phone. Now I have tape around the phone and screen protector. Bad product.

The service here is horrible, honestly I went and sing in they tell me that there was a 45 minutes waiting line so I give them my number I suppose to be tested or called I wait for hour and 30 minutes and never got any of the two so I went and ask them what was wrong and they tell me that I wasnt signed at any time so finely they said I can go in but me and my wife want to look at phones to buy one and never got let to see them and only one person can go at a time they was so rude to us so we decided to leave and never buy a phone please dont go there

So now I cannot log into the app. Cant get streaming. Cannot get what I am paying for. Data has already run out on my unlimited data plan.

T-mobile company used to be one of the best deals going. they have become one of the absolute worst!!! i was a t-mobile customer for nearly 20 TWENTY years, and the loyalty has gone to the wayside! their customer service and practices have become extremely disappointing, and quite frankly angering. i definitely look forward to being more happy now that i have left the company. of course, could not do so without one last blow from the horrible company they have become! i cant even believe what i heard on the phone just now. a big fat LIE about what i was told on my last call to the company to cancel my acct. pls get ur facts straight t-mobile! you have lost a customer for life, and as many more as i can convince along the way...i promise you that! thank goodness there are many other better companies to choose from!!!
Very rude staff. Told me that I could not enter without a face mask and they couldn’t access my account without being inside the store. Then proceeded to tak info from another guy without a face mask right in front of me.
If you know whats good for you, you will go to another location! I dealt with a guy named Peabody and he was so nice in store. He had mentioned he was ready to get off as soon as he was done with me so he could go eat. Understandable after a long day. Well he failed to mention that I needed to do certain things to get a rebate after switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. Went back to this store today and the employee and manager I talked acted like they didnt care what Peabody said and how upset I was. They were pretty much like youre sol this is the way it is. I called the customer service line and they were as much help as the people in office. The only person that even fixed the problem was a woman named Ashley M at the reimbursement processing center. She saved two customers!
I have been a T-Mobile customer for four years. I didn’t add a line today, because my search was more in regards to wearables, for my child In particular. Today I went in and the guy who helped me, I failed to get his name, (sleeve tattoo, beard) was the best T-Mobile provided! He answered my question and legit did some research to make sure he could give me an answer in regards to what I was looking for. My little boy has autism and I mentioned this when coming into the store with my questions in regards to the wearables. Thank you to whoever helped me! You’re making this store a good one! The rest of the staff were very friendly too.
I dont use T-Mobile, but the location on Google is placed in the building where Dollar Store is located. As you can see from my photo attached with this review, T-Mobile is located at the far end of the next building directly to the south of Dollar Store.I have tried to correct the location using Google Maps but for some reason, Google Maps rejected my suggested correction.I find this to be annoying because who ever is in charge of approving suggested correction is not in the field like the work force of Google Maps, the Google guides.

Id give 0 stars if I could. I switched because they pay for the remainder of the balance on your phone at a different carrier. The information the sales associate had given me and what was supposed to happen were completely different so when it was time for them to give me the money back for paying it off they just said they couldnt help me at all. The manager did almost nothing to help. He said I wasnt there so I dont know what she told you so you wont really get your money back. I had to call their customer service and have a 35 minute phone call to get this resolved. If you are going to be in charge of large amounts of money make sure everyone is on the same page.
Need to figure out how to change your hours online. Everything says they close at 9pm showed up at 8:05pm. Doors were locked. Plenty of people inside. No one even bothered to look up and acknowledge that I was at the damn door. Poor service.
I dont hate this place but I do have to say that T-Mobile needs to replace the only Spanish speaking customer service Female there.I have 6 phones for many years with them and one of them is for my mom to have when she visits from Mexico...She went in asking for a Spanish speaking customer service representative and they said there was only ONE girl named (Shermine Brock or Rock... something like that)And they werent sure if she would want to help.... I was parking my car but when I went in to see how my mom was doing it was clear that this female T-MOBILE representative was being very rude, unfriendly with my mom.... she had no interest in helping even looked bothered by us asking questions saying she didnt know...so we went to someone else that was really nice and helpful. ..Thank you Rachel.
9 out of 10, you will have to wait. Its ridiculous! They always have these empty stations where more employees could be but there arent. I have come to this place at many different times and there is ALWAYS a wait....and Im not complaining about 15 to 20 minutes either. ONCE I wait 10 minutes and every other time Ive had to wait anywhere in between 30 minutes to an hour and a half! I cant believe I pay this amount for my services and have to wait like this. Im not sure if its because their understaffed or just as crazy as Wal-Mart who never wants to utilize more employees and would just rather have customers weight.

I cant not tell you how painful it is to deal with the employees here. I can not remember one time that Ive gone into this store and things have run smoothly. Female manager walks around like she has a stick up her you know what and they constantly mess things up. Go to 517 tmobile, they know what they are doing and dont act like its a hassle to help you.
I was helped by a young lady around 2:30pm. She helped me figure out how to get me and my husbands accounts together and get a family plan, but had to do that over the phone with customer care, which means I had to leave and then come back later to get an upgrade on a phone. That was minorly annoying, but she was nice and helpful. I told her i would be back at a certain time which was 2 hours from then. She said she would make an appointment time for it. I left and then came back at that time. When I got back I told the young man who asked if i needed help, that I had been there 2 hours earlier and made an appointment time with the young lady. He said she had left, and started talking about how they go on commission and his attitude was calm, but at the same time what he was saying made me feel that he wasnt going to help me because I was already someone elses customer. I started getting irritated and just asked flat out, does this mean I have to come back when shes here, because she said she would make an appointment time and now shes not here? He said he could help me but then felt the need to explain again that they work on commission. Honestly, I dont care if they work on commission, if I made an appointment and she failed to tell me that she wouldnt be there to help me, I dont care, I am coming in at my convenience to get what i need, and even if she had told me she wouldnt be there, I still wouldve been back at that time. I also went to the website and found no where on there a place to leave feedback about customer service, so that is also irritating. The reps were very nice and they helped me with what I needed, but they need to get over the commission thing so that they can improve their customer service. They should never tell a customer that they make commission if it concerns 2 reps helping the same customer. Just my opinion, because then it sounds like that is more important than what the customer needs help with.

Didn’t explain product well and wanted to put you on the more expensive plans. Went to the baybrook mall T-Moble store and had a way better experience. I will skip this location and go to the baybrook mall location from now on.

This place is hit and miss. I love T-mobile as a provider but it seems that the in store teams generally have no idea how the promotions work or how to set your account up correctly so that they will apply.

Trying to get a problem corrected that was caused by T-mobile. ..spent 1 1/2 hrs trying to get it resolved. ..Mathew in the store tried and just kept getting same run around with customer service we are getting. Would not recommend T-mobile to anyone. ...only reason I gave 1 star is for Mathew. He saw it was the stores fault and is trying to get problem corrected.
I came in this morning for the black friday deal where you trade in your old phone and you get a free S7. I asked how much my rate plan would go up and was told it would change about $4-6 because I had to switch to the T-mobile One plan. I was ok with $4-6 because heck, I was getting a new phone. After the sales rep got someone from T-Mobile on the line they told me my plan would change by over $20 I immediately said Never mind I dont want to proceed because you told me $6 worst case. They then proceeded to tell me that it has already been processed and I couldnt have my paid off Galaxy S6 back. I proceeded to tell her that she told me it would change by $6 and it ended up being over $20. At that rate, the phone was NOT free for me and I would have to pay an additional cost every month. I left with NO phone at all and called T-Mobile customer care directly, who proceeded to tell me they couldnt do anything about it even though the whole situation is messed up. Been with T-Mobile over 10 years and now all my lines are getting switched over due to a customer being lied to and their plan being changed based on a lie...
Despite having a bad experience with T-Mobile corporate this store has pretty good customer service when they get to you. The wait seemed unnecessary, being that there were two available associates on the sales floor.
It doesnt allow you to not give any stars, so I had to put 1, not that they deserve that. It saddens me to say that after 11 years of service with Tmobile, we have had the absolute worst experience over the weekend. We were kicked out of this store because my husband was open carrying his fire arm. My husband has his license to carry and is very well versed on the laws and the signage required. We always check before we even get out of our vehicle to see if there is a legal notice restricting the carrying of a concealed or open carried firearm. We have been inside this specific store on several occasions with my husband openly carrying, and actually had employees thank him and ask questions about it, and even go as far to say they were in the process of getting their license. But not once have we ever been treated so rudely and unprofessionally. First, a young lady came and asked my husband to leave because he was open carrying, when my husband explained to her that they dont have the proper signage restricting the open carrying of firearms, he said that he would gladly conceal the weapon so that no one could see it. Well, about 5 minutes later another employee (not a manager) came out from the back and again asked my husband to leave because of his carrying of his firearm. After much conversation and the employees in this particular location not being familiar with the laws, we did leave the store. We asked for phone numbers to the supervisors and district managers to discuss the experience and was refused that information. We went into the parking lot, called the store and was able to speak to the store manager, who also is very ignorant in the laws allowing or restricting the carrying of concealed or open fire arms. It is very sad that a company as large as Tmobile in a city that has the most Handgun License per capital in the state of Texas doesnt have the proper signage and sends their employees out to communicate with customers ill-prepared with the correct knowledge of the laws. Just as it is our right to carry a firearm, it is your right to not have them in your place of business. However, in order to do so, you MUST have the proper signage as dictated by the Texas Legislature. All of this could have been avoided, if Tmobile had the correct signage and educated their staff on the current laws. Unfortunately, Tmobile has lost us as a customer of 11 years. We changed providers this weekend.
Turn over rate seems to be high, so dont get to comfortable with seeing a familiar face. Other than that, prices unbeatable and products are great....

I get varying service depending on which day I go or which time of day. Sometimes they just dont want to do anything at all to help, and sometimes they do, depending on who you speak to. Go to the one on Bay Area if it isnt too far.

Miguel saved us! We had a really rough weekend after being screwed over by the cellular sales Verizon down the road, and went in with our guard up. Miguel was very patient, answered ALL our questions, and really cared about us and our experience.
Suck suck suck the website clearly say they close at 9pm yet they shut down early like 8pm and changed there sign after I complained. No help at all. I just needed to pick up my phone that I ordered and pay every month for the warranty and insurance..... Next time I will drive out of the way to resolve my issue!!!
