I called to refill a prescription, they don’t need to be so rude.

I was in need of their brand pink spray calamine. They only stock a few cans. Id already bought out 3 stores and NEEDED more. Wasnt helpfull to call and hear no for a friend to check anyways while there to find some... This stuff needs to be sold in industrial size cans!!! Its the only way to cure my poison ivy oak problem...

This pharmacy has by far the best customer service around! I have had several issues with my insurance and the techs here worked really hard to get them fixed so I could get my med for my baby. The pharmacist also takes time to go over then medication with you in detail with side effects to watch for. Highly recommend this place!

Every single time I have to use this pharmacy I literally dread it. Either it’s never ready when they say it’s going to be ready, OR they’ll say it’s ready and when I go to pick it up they don’t have the prescription or don’t have enough pills to fill it. My doctor called in 2 prescriptions this morning, and I go in around 5:30 to check the status on it. The pharmacy tech said I’ll be lucky if it’s ready by 8 pm. I asked her to please at least have the one I needed ready by the end of the night and she said she’ll try but don’t count on it. 8:30 came along so I called to see if they could have it ready before they close and she rudely said no. Every Time I have to get something filled they always give me a runaround. I’m so disgusted by these so called medical “professionals”.

The pharmacists and pharmacist techs here have been getting progressively more and more rude over the past year. They act like its an inconvenience to fill your prescription, it is never ready when they say it will be, and they treat you like a criminal even if you are picking up something as simple as Enbrel. Ill definitely be looking for a new pharmacy.

Wonderful customer service, knowledgeable pharmacist and friendly staff.

No use for 2 lane in pharmacy drive through just for them to say I’ll help u after the first person in lane.

This pharmacy is AWESOME, SPLENDID, GREAT, WONDERFUL, KIND, FAST, ACCURATE, CONSIDERATE, and CONVENIENT (drive-thru window)!!!!

Super slow service with incompetent people. Called with insurance info and when showed up in person to pick up they said they never had it. Also made me wait over 35 minutes while waiting to pick up until they told me they didnt even have enough pills to fill the RX.
