Good location and decent service but they dont combine coupons with email offers even though the coupon doesnt say so. Somewhat busy during sales but dead because of high retail sales tax for developers. Welcome to joco.

All the amazing Fall scents are in! This location was well organized and stocked. They had several employees walking around offering to help find something as well as handing out shopping bags.

The help we received was so great. Looking for a last minute gift and they made it almost effortless.

It was a beautiful store, clean, smelled great! But I was not greeted when I entered, no one offered to help me find anything or even asked me if I had any questions, and I stood for 30 seconds alone before I was called over to be checked out, although no one else was standing to be checked out. Other people were greeted when they came in and conversations struck, but nothing for me. I did make a purchase for a gift I received from a friend, but I dont think I will come back to this location in the future.

It was a nice experience. The workers was friendly and helpful! I was upset about the inventory issue on the fragrance I wanted. However, it wasnt enough to discredit the store. Will recommend it.

Its OK. I remember this place having the whole store be as presentable as the front. The workers were friendly, it just was not as appealing as I used to remember.

I have not shopped at this particular location before. It was always at Oak Park Mall. Its been a long time since I have enjoyed shopping at one of my favorite stores. Hands down the nicest, most welcoming, non overbearing folks ever! The store smelled so good! My friend and I spent close to an hour. It was lovely. These gals deserve to be recognized by higher up management.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I do recommend coming as soon as they open, especially if theres a sale going on because standing outside waiting to for admission can be a pain.

My husband and was not greeted when we walked in at all. Then a man at the store only came running over to us because he taught we was trying to steal because i was digging in my purse when I was looking for coupons. The girl at register didnt seem too friendly either. I really felt like due to the color of our skin we wasnt treated equal. I wont be returning. I only gave 1 star because i had to.

This bath and body works is in a great location and its a very large store in comparison to some others in the area the workers are super friendly and they always have had a full collection/inventory Ive never had a problem with them being out of stock of anything that I want or needed. I will definitely return to this location for all my bath and body work shopping!

Really good customer service!! There is always someone at the door to greet with you shopping bag and the cashiers ask about coupons and other sales you may have. Love Town Center Bath and body...****plus they leave out the gift wrap so you dont have to ask for it at the register****

Absolutely love the variety of scents as well as price points for gift giving. You are sure to find something for everyone at this store. Love the quality of the products and the beautiful packaging.

I purchased a gift card for cash November 7th as part of anniversary gift for my wife. When my wife tried to use it she got a message pin invalid. Store clerk must have taken my money and pocketed it for herself. I went to store and asked to talk with the manager. A young girl said she was the manager. I explained to her why I was there and she said she needed to ask someone else. Then another young girl asked why I was there. I then asked the first young girl if she was the manager or not. The second young girl said they were both the manager. I explained again and she asked if i had a receipt. I said I did not. Silly me, I had purchased many gift cards there over the years for my daughters, daughter in laws, grand daughters etc and never thought of getting a receipt and never had a problem. She said call the number on back of the card which i already had. The people at that number said they could not release any information about the card. I called their corporate number and they had told me to go to the store i purchased the card it. So here i am. I asked if they could look to see if they had any register overages from November 7th and she told me it does not work that way. I would think if there was $30 extra in the cash register at the end of the day it would be noted somewhere. Long story short, these people do not care and i believe their clerk at the time just handed me a cad from behind the counter and pocketed the money. My advice. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!

Went in to buy some Easters items, etc. What should have been an easy 5 star review turned to a 3 and this is why. I puchased about $160 worth of items and as I was checking out the young lady asked if I was on their email list. I advised yes, I am. Then she tells me that I should have a $10 off coupon. Unfortunately, I do not have my phone on me. Several other stores will then just ask for your phone number and if you are in the system they give you the discount anyway so when she asked for my number I thought great, Im going to get the discount. Nope, I was told this is not store policy I would have to have my phone and proof of an email that probably came through as spam with the last several days. Now, I am actually upset at something I should be happy about over a $10 discount. Might want to rethink this policy Bath & Body Works.

I like this location for the friendly staff and fast in and out but, they dont always have what I want in stock.

Basic store layout at this location, in case you need a quick stop: candles to the left, followed by wall scents and the hand soaps wall, leading to spa items in the back left corner. Holiday features in the very front and middle, top 5 favorite scents directly to the right, followed by signature collection items of lotion, shower gel, and body spray of each scent, then mens products and lip care in the back right corner.

Great little storr, friendly knowledgeable staff helped me quickly and informed me about a grest deal.

Its always a delight to stop in here and try out the various different fragrances, especially when we get coupons in the mail.
