Everyone was great to me! Customer Service was Exceptional, my car was done 2 weeks in advance, and my car looks like it was never in an accident! I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision! Someone always greets you with a smile and open arms, there to answer any questions you have and thats what I loved!

This is the second time our family has utilized the services of Caliber Collision and we couldnt be more happy with the work they did! The bumper on my wifes Subaru was repaired extremely well and the staff was extremely friendly and communicated well with us by keeping us updated. They cleaned the car well before having us pick it up. There was nothing I could say negative on the business. I would gladly go back to them for any body damage repair work needed on any of our vehicles. Highly recommend them!

They failed to meet the completion date by a week due to last minute order of blackout tape. Resulting in me having to have my rental longer than expected, which I then had to pay out of pocket for the rental I had, since my insurance company stopped covering it. My car looks like nothing ever happened to, which is great. But after a closer inspection I seen that two of the pieces they had to put back on where not done correctly.I highly recommend going to Simpsons in North Annville. My brother and father have gone there and had great experiences. I should have done the same.

We were referred by our insurance company. Next day was the estimate and was able to schedule the work right away. They took care of lining up the rental car. I loved the text updates as work progressed. Everyone was very friendly. Speedy service, work looks good. They went above and beyond what we expected. Definitely will be keeping this place in mind for work in the future.

This place is extremely nice. We were sent here by geico to have a window and light replaced. Staff is VERY friendly. They also have free coffee in the lobby and it’s not like gross car place sitting outside all day coffee, it’s a keurig!

After a tree branch fell on my car causing dents and a broken rear windshield, I left it with this place to get fixed. They put the wrong windshield on my car, somehow damaged my key fob, and replaced a part on the front of the car nowhere near where the damage was. This part they replaced is just hanging off and wont stay where its supposed to be. They did a terrible job at reattaching my spoiler, there are various scrapes on my car that werent there before. They surprisingly replaced the glass to be the right one, but on the same day they told me they would be in contact about replacing my key fob they damaged, and I never heard back from them. Even after reaching out to them I still havent heard anything in more than a month.This is by far the worst car service Ive ever experienced. I highly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere if you care about it at all.

I was rear-ended at a stop sign around 3pm on a Friday afternoon with damage to my bumper. I contacted USAA and they got me set up with Caliber Collision, who then contacted me within an hour of the accident. Janelle was friendly and efficient and had me set up the following week for repair. I was told the latest it would be repaired was in 4 days, they had it done and ready for pickup in 2 days. They also had Enterprise meet me the morning of my appointment at their location and I was able to leave the rental at their location when I retrieved my car.Overall, I highly recommend Caliber Collision for their timeliness, professionalism, customer service and communication. They made an inconvenience as convenient as possible. Thank you.

Caliber Collision was prompt with my repair, communicative, and great to work with. They kept me updated, even on Christmas, and my car looks great coming out of their shop. They even work with Enterprise, it was convenient leaving the rental with Caliber.

The Paint job was Perfect But ... It took longer than I was Quoted . I feel they should have quoted out a longer completion date just incase there are any unexpected problems . Not finishing on time made things a little bothersome .

My care was hit while parked and the whole left rear, side and front were needed replace along with rear suspension and tires. The Delaware County location was so busy, they asked permission to tow my car to the Lebanon location. I knew within 72 hours what the estimated cost of repair would be. Caliber estimated a 42 day turn around due to part delivery. From the moment they picked up my car from the accident scene to the day I got my car back, I received text message and phone calls to advise the status each time the car went from one process to another. My car was complete two week early and it came back looking like it came off the New car assembly line that day. I would recommend Caliber Collision to everyone needing repairs.

I had an unfortunate accident that was not my fault and was very disappointed. I called my insurance and Caliber was one of the places listed. They were new and a large company in the area so I gave them a try. I am so happy I did! Believe it or not my car after repaired looked better then it did before the accident!I am so happy to have a shop of this caliber (no pun intended) in the Lebanon area. If you are in an accident definitely have to use them to make your car like new again.
