Jennys is overwhelming in a good way. Ive been there twice now, and both times have received outstanding service. Trish is a lovely lady who has taken the time to answer questions and point me in the right direction. They have everything from make up and lashes to wigs and so much HAIR. I love going in here and am happy to be a return customer.

I love Jennys Beauty Supply store. Everything that I need is in there from, shampoos and conditioners, lotions and fragrant oils, all types of hair products and wigs and weave products. They even have face soaps and creams and hair rollers. Remember those? Jennys really takes me back to when I went shopping for beauty supplies with my mom. I recommend Jennys to everyone I know.

This is my new hair supply store! I go down to Sallys off of S. Cumberland St. and they are not as broad with there supply choice nor do they have a huge selection of black beauty products. This store does! The staff spoke to me immediately when I walked in, regardless of the fact that they were busy, and they were quick to assist me in finding what I needed. I will be back to spend my hard earned coins here

I would give them a 0 if I could the owner has very bad attitude unprofessional and has no customer service! I was a regular customer for while til I was disrespected by him my money will be spent where it is valued. The women that works in there are good helpers but if you are black I would advise you to take your money where it is welcomed he does not care about BLACKS period!!!!!! Go to princess on main st or divas in hermitage.

I searched high and low for a certain type of braid hair/color and they are the only ones that carried it! I literally called 20 other places for this particular hair (Freetress Bohemian Braid in TT27) and NO ONE had it. Their prices were also less, as well! Great customer service and I highly recommend.
