Wow! Between Joe and his wonderful staff, this car lot, but more specifically the people are absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived (6/22/21), I was warmly greeted in the parking lot. Although they were busy, I noticed each customer was treated with active acknowledgment and genuine attention. Inventory was nice, the prices are fair and competitive, they were flexible with purchase agreement and extremely knowledgeable about financing options. I appreciated how transparent and honest every detail was explained and each aspect of the terms were clearly described and outlined. I’m a middle aged man who has bought many used vehicles around middle TN since 1990 and can truly attest my experience with Auto Village in Lebanon was a distinct one of a kind. These people are fair, honest, flexible and genuine!

I called 3 other car lots before this place. This one is the only one willing to work with me. They are polite and very helpful. The office is clean and comfortable. They are honest and will tell you the truth and do everything possible to help you get a new used car.

Growing up I was taught that cars sales men only want one thing and thats to con you out of money. That is not the case here! Joe and his team took time out of the holiday weekend to help me and my husband find a car in the time limit insurance gave us. If you are wanting to buy a car from someone honest- definitely stop by here.

Wouldnt allow me to put zero stars so one will do. My parents sent me to Joe for a car in August 2020. I’ve always worked with car lots in the Nashville area with absolutely no issues getting anything fixed, true car fax, grace period on payments, professionalism, etc. I have a 2017 Ford Escape that was sold to me with a nail in the tire and the key battery was dead when I told Joe’s assistant Randy about these minor issues he said “what do you want me to do about it” I literally had just drove off the lot with the car 20 minutes prior and watched them pump air in the tire as if it was fine. Plus my vehicle was not cleaned out, I had to clean old busted sauce packets out of my glove box and scrub stickers off my sun visors after I waited a day and a half for them to “clean” and get the car “ready” for me. Joe is very admit about getting you in a car even if you are still undecided and trying to way your options. My parents get the upmost respect from him and that is the only way he is allowed to communicate with me due to a situation where he decided to be very unprofessional and rude. Which he had already done on multiple accounts to my sister about her car repairs he messed up on. I am a full time student in college and work full time, He texted me outside of his work hours and during my school hours making accusations about my character and making threats “you want to play games with me, game over” “you think you’re in control” and threatening to send my account over to collections when I never requested for it to be, I requested he not text me outside of work hours at all, I missed one call from his office during school hours (I’m not allowed to have a phone there rightfully so) and I told him the situation and that I will be calling first thing in the morning to speak with him. You will definitely be better off going somewhere else for a RELIABLE, LONG LASTING vehicle that won’t be needing major repairs for REASONABLE priced used cars. I’m almost paying 20,000 for a car a know for sure won’t last after 4-5 years with the rattling that started underneath the car 2 days after purchase. Being voted best car salesmen is one thing but an honest car salesmen he is not! Joe is about making his money, all respect to that but don’t inconvenience yourself by going here at all.Edit: none of this review has anything to do with personal life, just my experience with this lot. Clearly a language barrier there. My parents have been working with Joe the last four years with their vehicles but haven’t worked with them for 25 years, please again do not allow a car salesmen to lie for sales.

Am not satisfied, they had work done to the car I bought but wont give me paperwork that proves what was fixed.

Great people. This is how every car buying experience should be. Great customer service and they genuinely car for the customers not just selling a vehicle. If you are looking for a vehicle visit Auto village you will not be sorry!Update: unfortunately 1 month after buying my van the transmission went out as I was taking my kids somewhere. Upon checking the transmission fluid there was 3-4 times more fluid in it than there should have been. I am not sure if this was intentional or not.

Joe from Auto Village was absolutely fantastic. I spoke with him on the phone to inquire about the car, I told him we would be out to test drive the vehicle. He washed the car and pulled it into the garage so it was out of the sun and cool when we checked the car out. We drove the car on the highway on our test drive. This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. When we sat down to complete the paperwork I felt like I was chatting with an old friend. Thank you Joe.

Make shure you ask for carfax report and dont listen to joe when hes all like Im voted top salesman in Wilson county I asked him if my vehicle was wrecked he said no long story short it was wrecked twice he lied for a sale also cruise control didnt work only front speaker for radio auxiliary and cigarette/power outlet didnt work

My husband and I found a Honda Odyssey online we wanted to see... I called and spoke to Joe and he told me to just call if we decided to come and hed wait for us since we live an hour away and would come close to closing time. We got there at 5:45 and Joe stayed there, answered all our questions... We ended up buying the van that night!! We love the van so much... It was very easy to work with auto village and wed recommend our friends and family to buy from them.

Recently drove into parking lot no one came out to ask if needed help. Purchased a vehicle from them in old location a few years back.Salesman very nice but sold us a truck full of RUST. Would have contacted BBB but was dealing with other problems. Please check under vehicle for RUST before you buy!!
